Pacific Paradise Condo

Este condominio segundo piso cuenta con dos amplias y luminosas suites de un dormitorio principal con baño en suite. Ambos dormitorios tienen camas tamaño king, y un montón de armario y espacio en el armario. La sala de estar es un plan abierto con una cocina bien equipada, comedor y sala de estar.

El balcón da a la piscina y preciosos jardines. Hay zonas comunes muy agradables (barbacoa, etc) y dos piscinas separadas para disfrutar. Esta es una pequeña urbanización cerrada de sólo 30 unidades.

A poca distancia (el más cercano está a sólo 10 minutos) son tres hermosas playas (Playa Principal, La Ropa, La Madera), y un montón de restaurantes y tiendas. Los taxis y autobuses son abundantes y baratos para viajes a otros puntos de interés. Dentro de una hora en coche se pueden encontrar algunos de los mejores surf (Soladita y Tracones) y el buceo / snorkel en esta zona de México. El aeropuerto de Zihuatanejo / Ixtapa está a sólo 30 minutos de distancia.

Zihuatanejo, o Zihuan, ya que los locales les gusta llamarlo, es una ciudad muy agradable y relajado. Pero, si usted está en una acción poco más, Ixtapa se encuentra a poca distancia (20 minutos en coche o taxi), con todas las comodidades de un resort de clase mundial. Además, la pesca de altura de Zihuan es excelente, con unas grandes torneos de pesca de los pares que se celebran aquí cada año.

Great location! We were there a week and loved the location of this condo. It was walking distance to everything. Our flight was delayed for 2 days and they were very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

such a great place

condo so clean and easy, close to local beach, shopping great restaurants. love margaritas for brunch, Reubens for great burgers, taxi so easy across road, excellent coffee shop on corner.

Loved our stay at La Ceiba

My husband, 4 month old and I stayed for 11 days mid December at the condo. It had everything we need and the Property Manager Alemendra was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Great location to walk easily to restaurants and the malecon. The grounds themslves are beautiful.

A slice of paradise

We travelled with two couples and we're very comfortable in our two bed ,two bath condo. The Mexican charm was achieved with authentic decor and and outfitted with beautiful pottery. Everything we needed to cook , play in the pool and have a good night's rest was there The common area was lovely and tranquil. This is not a party place but a calm oasis.

Little Oasis Near to Everything

First of all we’d like to thank the property manager Almendra for waiting for our late arrival! She is always around to help with any questions or needs we had. Jesus, the grounds keeper does a wonderful job keeping the pools and plants looking beautiful. The condo is well appointed, comfortable & quiet with the adult pool just down the stairs. The small deck off the kitchen is a nice place to sip coffee and view the pool through the palm trees. We had an excellent stay taking advantage of all the restaurants nearby, Playa La Madera and the Paseo de Pescada, and downtown Zihuatanejo. Beautiful Playa La Ropa is a quick cab ride or 20 min walk away.

Perfect location and a wonderful property

Close to everything; restaurants, stores, markets and the beach. Best location in Zihuatanejo. It is exactly as advertised. A beautiful garden property that is mostly quiet, with refreshing pools for the unending warmth of the area. Zihuatanejo people are very friendly. We felt safe in the area at all times. We met many new Canadian and American friends as well. We visited La Ropa beach, which is a couple miles away and we found that we were far closer to all amenities at our property. We only needed a taxi three times in 3 weeks. The condo is well-equipped and is spacious, although a few more towels would be nice. Almendra is an attentive manageress who is always willing to assist.

Everything nearby!

Working with James and Almendra was easy peasy! Everything was as advertised. The very big plus if you don’t feel like cooking, are al the assortments if very nice restaurants within a few blocks and taxi stand in front of the condo. Most rides are 4060 pesos to town, the supermarket and La Ropa Beach. Very easy walk to Plays Maderai if you go the right direction, not climbing the big hill and down a hundred steps. Gill the route to the Sun and Moon hotel for the easy walk. Thank you again to James and Almendra! We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

1 week stay in La Ceiba

We had a wonderful time staying in La Ceiba. Almendra was an excellent property manager who was available at all times. She even went as far as getting me some cooking oil when I was about to go to OXXO to get some. My family of 4 with my 14 year old daughter and 84 year old mother had a great time. It was just so hot in July and so we lived in the swimming pools and at the beach.

Perfect location

Perfect location! You can walk to the center to the market and get fresh fruit and shop, pick between several restaurants down the street and walk to the la Madera beach in 2 mins. The only con is that you buy and stock your own toilet paper and paper towels, but their is an xoox right down the street. I will book here again 😊

Hello, Thank you for your positive review. We just arrived at the condo on 19 April, 5 days after the last guest departed. Both bathrooms were fully stocked with toilet paper. I did notice that the paper towels were low. As I am the owner, I was concerned about Christina's comment about having to purchase her own TP and paper towels. This is not the case at all. I did speak with Almendra, our property manager, and she said that she was not aware that the stocks were low, and that no one asked her for additional supplies. I am sorry that you felt it necessary to buy your own. Again, for all future guests, we always supply the toilet paper and paper towels. If anyone finds that there is not sufficient supplies, please contact Almendra immediately, and she will provide more. Looking forward to having you again in the future. It is an amazing and beautiful area.

Amazing location in Zihuatenejo

We stayed in Pacific Paradise Condo for 8 days. It's quaint, a 3 minute walk to the beach and fantastic and affordable restaurants. Amazing location! Can hardly wait to go back!

Had a good relaxing stay at La Ceiba. Almendra was good at letting us know where things were and what to do in Zihua. Goya was excellent in taking care of the house keeps. The groundsman was there every day to clean the pool and sweep. Our condo was top notch with all the amenities and then some with fine cooking and eating utensils. The property is quiet due to the thick walls and plentiful vegetation. The humming birds and iguanas were fun to watch. Spent many hours by and in the (2) clean and refreshing pools. Will try to stay again soon. Thanks! Robert

Only Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer...

Our nine weeks at La Cieba proved how right we were to choose it as our first venture into staying long-term in Mexico. The grounds are gorgeous; very well kept, private and peaceful. The other residents are friendly and frequently shared a potluck meal or evening glass of wine by the pool. Everything you need is within walking distance and that exercise is an added benefit. This particular unit is very comfortable and fairly well appointed. We did purchase a few utensiles to add to the collection, and a sharp knife might be a welcome addition, but it was easy enought to cook a good meal. While the deck was too small to be of much use it was nice to sit and sip a morning coffee. The best addition that could be made would be some shades for the windows as the afternoon sun coming in is fierce. Thank you so much for sharing your piece of heaven with us, and I hope we will be back next year!

Walking distance to beach

Spent a little over a week. We had some issues with housekeeping and air-conditioning that were attended to. The bedrooms are spacious and there are plenty of towels to use. Very colorful. The kitchen was adequate. The unit could use a new coffee machine. Looks a little better on the pictures. There is a balcony but it is very narrow and not pleasant to use which was a dissappointment for us. It is located in a secure complex, need a key to get in and most people there are permanent residents. There are 2 small pools and tables/chairs/umbrellas to sit by the pool if that's what you like. Plants, flowers and trees all over the common grounds. Also a little restaurant next to the complex, but we did not eat there. A short taxi drive to the grocery store. It is walking distance to the beach. A good value for the price.

James and Angela are now retired. For them, life is truely is a beach, with beach properties in Brazil and Mexico. James is originally from California and Angela is Brazilian. We love Zihua and hope that our guests will enjoy this little piece of paradise as well.

We bought this property 'sight unseen' on the recommendation of an old freind. We were not disappointed, and love Zihautaejo and our friendly La Ceiba condo community.

Great Location! You can literally walk to everything, or taxis are inexpensive and plentiful. This is a real Mexican community with lots of great local events going on year round.
