Beautiful View of the Desert Mountains! This 2 Bed/2 Baths, Sleeps up to 8 people, This is a 3rd floor end unit w/ a lot of natural light.

Looking for a retreat to St. George, Utah? Whether you're golfing, biking, hiking, shopping or just relaxing, you will enjoy staying in this amazing Las Palmas condominium. Located on the 3rd floor, end unit of Building 20 (one of the newest at the Las Palmas Resort). You get a fully stocked kitchen, appliances & modern decor and furnishings and fabulous views of the desert mountains through oversized windows. An open floor plan with a dining area and family room which makes a great environment for everyone. A new 65' flat screen 'Smart' TV with a DVD player will make watching movies more enjoyable. The patio is a nice size with a barbecue grill and dining for 4. The Master Suite has a KING bedroom set complete with 32' flat screen TV and a private en suite with a walk-in shower. This room also has a private door to the patio. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed as well as a bunk bed with 2 TWIN. With a private entrance to the second bathroom. This unit will comfortably sleep 6 in beds. If you need an air mattress or pack-n-play you can reserve that when making a reservation. This can be a great addition to any of our Building 20 condos - especially if you have an extra large group who wants to stay close to one another, but also might need a few more bedrooms/bathrooms.

Inside great, Outside okay, Cable non-existent

This unit was clean and well kept on the inside. The outside of the property needs some attention. There are torn awnings and crumbling concrete. The indoor pool was nice and we enjoyed using it. The only issue we had was that the cable tv had been disconnected and was never resolved while we were there for our stay. We called the property managers and they told us to call the Internet company in charge of it being hooked back up. Unfortunately that company never returned any of our calls. As it was we were busy playing outside and enjoying the beautiful weather so we didn't need to watch TV. However, it would have been nice to watch something in the evenings and it was really annoying that it was never resolved and we were the ones expected to contact the cable company to fix it.

Clean and Beautiful

This place was so nice. Great place to stay for our family. Could use some black out curtains in the master bedroom over the patio door. It’s pretty bright in there with all the lights from the complex. Otherwise a great stay.

Smoke Smell

Right when we walked into the condo, it smelled like cigarette smoke very strong and remained the whole two days and two nights that we were there. After being in the condo for 10 minutes I had a headache. When I went through the channels to contact the property manager, he did not get back to me until the next morning. When I told him the problem he said that the cleaner and inspector said that it didn’t smell like smoke the day before and that he wouldn’t do anything to help me. He didn’t believe me. Everyone that stayed with us could smell it. The condo was nice otherwise, however, this smoke smell ruined the whole stay. Instead of getting curious and sending someone over to check it out, he just told me I was wrong. Very disappointing.

Fantastic Family Getaway!

We visit St George often and always stay in Las Palmas and this condo is by far one of the best! Super clean and comfortable for our family of 4. It is huge for a 2 bedroom, plenty of space for everyone without feeling like we're stepping over each other. The condo is well equipped for whatever your plans are, the kitchen has everything you need, and the comfy power reclining sectional was a hit after a long day of hiking. Check-in was a breeze and we didn't have a single hiccup or issue during our stay. We'll be coming back soon!

Long weekend getaway

We had a four day trip. Check in was a breeze. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, it wouldn’t hurt to change out pillows. Overall the place was inviting and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Family Friendly spot!

We loved our stay at this location! The condo was super spacious, clean and comfy! Lots of games and puzzles for fun family nights. The kids loved the pools! The location was super convenient to local amenities and hikes. We will definitely be back!

We love staying at Las Palmas. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It had everything we needed & then some. It had such a homie feel, we loved coming “home” after long days of soccer games. Very spacious & comfortable & the balcony overlooking the pool was great!

The apartment was very comfortable and clean, it was perfect for our family weekend, we had a little problem with the disposal but we contacted the manager and they solved it right away! I recommend them 100%

Great spot with plenty of amenities

This was a great spot with access to multiple pools and the rec center. This was about a 10 minute drive from most of the food or coffee options, but was well worth it. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay - Great for Families w/teens

We had a wonderful stay in St. George at this property. The unit was beautiful, easy to access, many amenities we needed & appreciated. The deck was nice to enjoy meals on & to get some sunshine. It was quiet & easy to relax. Floor plan was great. Nice bathrooms, soaking tubs, walk in closets to keep belongings out of the way!! The only downfall really was that the pools were always full & there was nowhere to sit or enjoy outside of the cement & you had to wait to catch a lawn chair when they opened up, we did visit during Easter break so it was busy. But overall nice property, kept very nice, TV's worked, beds were comfortable, AC works, washer/dryer was great to have on hand also!! Thanks a bunch

so cozy and lots of space!

Loved staying here! The rooms are big with large closets and private bathrooms. the main room is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. It was great because our pack n play fit in the spacious closet and our baby slept great because it was quiet and completely dark. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

Updated & Spacious - fantastic retreat!

Las Palmas has been around for a while, so we weren’t sure what to expect. This place was fantastic! We stayed with three teenagers, and they loved it. So much space to relax - great, clean, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Very well kept. Really good location too. Easy access to everything - but of course it is St George, so not far to go to get anywhere. Loved the vaulted ceilings - made it even feel bigger! Would definitely rent this unit again!

Wonderful Place!

Very easy check in process and parking available. The place was just as described, very spacious, clean and included everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its located in a corner close enough to the family pools but not as close so that you can also enjoy some quietness. Totally recommend!

Beautiful unit!

This condo was immaculately clean! Our stay was amazing and we felt so at home in this gorgeous big condo with incredible views! Loved being on the end unit with a huge patio that overlooked beautiful open space.

Great condo getaway!

Great top-floor, corner unit with plenty of space for our family of 5. Beds were comfortable and allowed for a good night’s rest (even my kids said that the bunk beds were comfortable.) Bathrooms were also large and it was nice to have two of them so we didn’t have to share with the kids. Being on the top floor meant no foot traffic overhead, and the vaulted ceilings made the unit feel even more spacious. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the large pool with water slides. Our family spent 2 whole days there and never got bored! Only a few minor suggestions: the guest bedroom ceiling fan needs to be adjusted and/or oiled. My kids said it squeaked pretty bad during the night and woke them up. Also, several of the dishes in the cupboard (bowls, plates) and some silverware appeared dirty and as if it hadn’t been washed properly (likely from previous tenants). One last suggestion: Upgrade the master bedroom television to a larger one as it is quite small. All in all though, none of these detracted a great deal from our visit, and we would stay in this unit again. Thanks for a great weekend!

Not what we thought...

Bed was really comfortable but Place wasn’t 100% clean. I had to clean most everything before we used it. Carpets really need to be cleaned. Also did not get the price I was quoted 🙁
