The pictures on here don’t do this property justice! It’s so much more beautiful in person. Loved that we had many restaurants and stores minutes away. This house is perfect and would definitely rent again when in the area.

Beautiful home! Great Hosts!

Property owners were excellent! Home was beautiful, clean, and comfy! Location was perfect and convenient for all needs. Plenty of space for a family. The property owners thought of all the things the renter would need. Would love to stay again if we return to the area.

Vacation home

House was clean, kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. Beds comfortable, nice bathrooms. Movie room was a plus. Has a garage we didn't use. Owner helpful. I would stay there again. Thanks for having us as your guest.

Great Stay

Everything was perfect from the time we walked in until the time we left. The kitchen was well stocked and we made ourselves at home during our stay. We would stay at this property again next time we’re in Las Cruces.

Wonderful!

This place was perfect for our family to gather for our girls college graduation. We enjoyed so much sitting outside and hearing the waterfall and enjoying the scenery. Everything was clean and well stocked! Look forward to coming back soon!

Great quick getaway!

The house looked even better in person! My ganily and I were there for the Bataan Memorial Death march and it was the perfect distance. Not too far away and secluded enough to enjoy some quiet time. Would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Another Fun Stay

Once again our family enjoyed gathering at this clean and beautiful home. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The family room, dining room and patio are comfortable places for gathering. The kitchen is well stocked and central to all activities. We will come again.

Southern New Mexico Vacation

We stayed here for about a week, with Las Cruces as our home base for visits to the Organ Mountains, White Sands, Three Rivers Petroglyphs, and Gila Cliff Dwellings (that last one is a bit of a trek from LC). The house was fantastic!!! Very convenient, beautiful, clean, well decorated, comfortable, and with a fantastic weight lifting setup for those interested in getting some workouts in while traveling. Amy was also extremely helpful and responsive. One of the best VRBO stays we've ever had. Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable, close to everything but feels secluded place to stay pick this place. Excellent accommodations! Very clean. Furniture is comfortable for all sizes. I am 6’3 and my wife is 5’3. Both of us had an enjoyable trip. The home theater made for a great stay for me while my wife shopped with her local family. Thanks Amy and Larry!

Very, very nice

Our stay wasn't for pleasure. My brother was in hospital in Las Cruces for an undetermined stay. We welcomed the peace of the rental after long afternoons at the hospital. Owner was flexible with dates b/c of our situation. Everything was so, so nice. Fountain in back yard attracted various bird species including quail, loved.

Once Again a Wonderful Experience

Amy, Our family gathered again at your beautiful home with its spacious areas for spreading out and very comfortable bedrooms. Thanks for providing such a well-stocked kitchen (and grill) as we enjoy gathering to prepare meals together. We especially enjoyed coffee on the back patio with the sunrise over the Organ Mountains and access to desert walking trails. As always, you are easy to reach and check-in was seamless. We'll be back again.

Peaceful beauty

We had an extended stay visiting our daughter and for work. The home had everything you could need to cook including staples to make a meal. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. An amazing media room to watch movies, sports or just take a nap! The back yard was an países of wildlife with open trails behind. Beautiful views! Amy was easy to reach and helped us get settled! She has great taste in decorating! The home was beautiful. Thank you!

Best I found in Las Cruces

This house was exactly what I was looking for while in Las Cruces. It is very spacious and has everything you will need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped. The gym in the garage is top tier and gave me the ability to maintain my normal routine away from home. It is conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood above town and very close to grocery stores, restaurants etc. Amy is an exceptional host that was very communicative and accommodating. 10/10 highly recommend.

Wonderful, Relaxing Vacation

This property was beautiful! It was very clean, very well equipped with towels, paper goods, coffee and much more! The bed in the master was very comfortable and the sheets were so great that I took a photo of the tags so that I could buy a set. A highlight for us was the water feature in the beautiful backyard. In the early evening we sat on the patio and different animals would come to get a drink. One evening we saw many quail, some doves, and a rabbit! It was very peaceful and relaxing. Amy was very helpful and replied quickly to any questions that we had. Our stay was exceptional!

Our escape from early snow

We were able to eat lunch outside a couple of days . At home we would have been shoveling snow. We were able to play golf several days while we were in Las Cruces. At home all the courses are closed and we would have been shoveling snow. We enjoyed walking in the desert and the neighborhood everyday; without needing to wear snow boots. This house is located easy distance from where we enjoyed to visit.

Best Rental Ever

We are a couple in our 80s who have rented often. Amy's place in Las Cruces tops them all. It is spacious, clean, well-appointed in every way (furnishings, utensils, decorations, bedding, etc.) It even has a home theater in which we, as KC residents, enjoyed the Super Bowl! The house sits on the edge of the neighborhood, which allows great views of the Organ Mountains and access to hiking trails. We liked the backyard and birds bathing in the rock fountain constructed back there. The neighborhood is close to the big medical center and we were impressed with the availability of shops and good restaurants within easy driving distance.

Beautiful propert/Thoughtful touches

We stayed at this property over a long weekend. We have stayed in countless VRBOs over the years, and this is in our top 3. There is such pride in ownership in this rental property. The decor is tasteful, and the amenities astounding. There is a full move/theatre room. There is a full workout area is the immaculate garage. High end appliances just like home, not some inexpensive rental ones. The thoughtful touches: full spices in the pantry, with some starter staples, like olive oil, flour,etc. Iced glasses and some beer in the refrigerator. Citronella candles on the patio. Qtips and high quality toilet paper. Ahhh, just like home.
