Peaceful Family Stay

This home is thoughtfully furnished and very comfortable. This kitchen has everything needed. The views of the Organ Mountains from the back patio are spectacular especially as the sun comes up in the morning. New, quiet, clean neighborhood. Communication with the host from check-in to check-out was top notch! We had a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing 10-day stay at this Vrbo! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. This is the second time we have stayed in this property. The property is maintained in pristine condition and is equipped with all of the needs for a perfect stay. The Property Manager- Octavio is a great communicator and wants to to do everything to guarantee an exemplary stay in his property! This casita was perfect! The house has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with very easy access to shopping. The view of the Organ Mountains from the patio is simply breathtaking. On days when you don’t want to go to out, you can still get your steps in at the home gym. Octavio, the host, is just the best!

Perfect Home-Away-From-Home

We were in town for a week of visiting with family and outdoor recreation and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of a place to stay. Beautiful home, beautifully furnished, and perfectly equipped and maintained. We had a schedule change while we were in town and wanted to extend our stay. Octavio couldn’t have been more responsive or accommodating. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

The Perfect Vacation Home

This was the perfect house for our stay in Las Cruces. It was close to shopping and our family. The house was Perfect. It was cozy and comfortable. The perfect space for our family. It had everything you needed for a home away from home. The house was beautifully decorated and the back yard was great. The view of the mountains was awesome. I started my day watching the sunrise and taking in the beautiful view with a cup of coffee. The host thought of everything and was so helpful during our stay. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absolutely beautiful! 5 star home and host!

Beautiful does not begin to describe this home, and the breathtaking view from the back patio. We have stayed in a lot of your VROB’s, which were absolutely wonderful but this particular one was amazing and incredible. The house has everything you can need and the backyard is so inviting , along with the peaceful, quiet neighborhood it was perfect for our family while visiting Las Cruces for our sons college graduation. The host Octavio, was amazing and accommodating, making this a memorable time with our family. We will definitely be reserving this particular, VROB in the future. I highly recommend this for your next visit to Las Cruces, you will not be disappointed.

This neighborhood offers the best of both worlds. It's a newly developed area with modern houses, ensuring a peaceful and quality living environment. The friendly neighbors create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, its proximity to groceries stores, restaurants, and easy access to highway 70 and I-25 make it a convenient and comfortable place. NMSU and the main hospitals are 10 to 12 minutes away.
