We thank our guests for the nice review and our response is just to point out two things that seem important to us and that, certainly,we were not capable to well explain before. The first thing about the water : the water in the house, which does not pass by any filter, is the same water of the city of Siena, absolutely secure and considered one of the best waters of Tuscany. The second thing is about the roads and GPS: our house is on the border between the two municipalities and can be reached, in fact, from both municipalities. Most GPS indicates - correctly - the main road which it comes from Siena (which is also the shortest) other GPS systems, we do not know why, sometimes, indicate the other one , that is the road coming from Sovicille which, in effect , it is not very smooth. In order to avoid this , we usually give our guest, before their arrival, very specific directions that, obviously, this time there were not so helpful and we apologize for that.

We always appreciate suggestions and criticisms of our customers because they really help us to improve our offer and in this case too we will treasure the suggestions, but we think it is necessary to clarify some things : the house is at the end of a dirt road (1.7 miles) along which there are 11 among houses and villas, this road is well signposted and is easily findable by most GPS, but being a country road, GPS not indicates exactly house numbers and that is why we always provide our guests, prior to their arrival (and in this case it was done), the exact details to be entered into the GPS, together the Google Maps coordinates and our phone numbers, asking the cell phone numbers of the guests, just to avoid any misunderstanding. The house is about 12 km (less then 20 minutes drive), not from the main road, but even from the center of Siena ! It 'really ungenerous to say that we are in the middle of nowere. As far as the parking lot, it is true, it is more convenient to park in front of the house, and that is what is always allowed when the two apartments are occupied by the same group, but when the groups are different, we kindly ask both to park in the lot behind the house (25 meters away ), this will enable everyone to have the right peace and tranquility, of course it is always allowed the loading and unloading. About our consumption policy, all it's very simple : "Prices include water, gas and electricity They do not include the cost of gas for heating, - calculated consumption - and the cost of firewood for the stove." So I do not understand why the counts on consumption, it was ( it is, and it will be) all inclusive. Finally, the person who came later. Of what we had not been warned and, perhaps it does not consider that we are required, by law, to inform the competent authorities .the generality of our guests, and if we dont we can incur fines or penalties. However, all this will be an incentive for us to communicate more and better with our customers to ensure that their holiday is, indeed, a beautiful holiday.
