Esta hermosa y espaciosa casa de 4 dormitorios ha sido recientemente renovada a un estándar muy alto. Está ubicado justo en el centro de Vilamoura, a 5 minutos a pie del puerto deportivo, y de todos los restaurantes, supermercados, pubs, bares, cafés, casino, discoteca, etc.
Esta es una casa de 4 camas y 3 baños con 4 pisos, cada planta como un dormitorio con 2 camas individuales juntas y cada una de ellas como ventanas grandes donde se pueden ver impresionantes puestas de sol, fácilmente duermen 8. Cada piso como cuarto de baño también, uno de ellos con lavadora y secadora de cabello, planta baja también con un patio amplio y lleno de flores con barbacoa, mesa grande y sillas y hamacas. La casa está completamente amueblada, ¡se beneficia de una cocina de lujo con encimeras de granito! Hay aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, la sala de estar cuenta con televisión por cable, chimenea y puerta con capucha que da acceso a la belleza y una entrada muy florecida con sofás y mesa. La casa está decorada con obras de arte muy hermosas!
Perfectamente adecuado para familias o amigos, parejas, golf y profesionales que desean disfrutar de un tiempo increíble y relajado en Vilamoura. Tenga en cuenta que hay 6 tramos de escaleras a cada piso.

Fantastic location, ideal facilities and layout

Such a great find this villa, literally 30 seconds from the vilamoura marina walkway. Spacious, clean, well stocked and so convenient. Ideal for a group wanting a base to enjoy the marina and local tourist places. Would definitely book again and would (and will) recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent location

We were 7 guys on a golfing trip, the apartment was in a fantastic location and we had no issues parking the two cars we had hired. Communication and check in and check out was handled very efficiently by Mafalda at Homeslow

Excellent property and host

The accommodation was perfect for 8 single guys. Excellent location - easy for restaurants and the Marina. Check in and ou was great, no problems. Special huge thank you to Mafalda, who communicated amazingly well with us in the lead up to our trip and during our stay, she made the whole trip completely problem free Brilliant time, thank you

Very nice unit

This is an excellent unit to stay in for a visit to Vilamoura. The location was very central. The host was extremely responsive. We even got locked out late on Sunday night due to our own error and she came right away to our rescue.

Ideal Location, perfect for our golf trip

As soon as we arrived Marco the agent was waiting for us and was extremely helpful, communications prior to the trip were also excellent. The house was in a perfect location just 100 metres from the Marina so no need for taxis at night. We were 4 men so we were able to have separate bedrooms although all the rooms were twins so would have been suitable for more people. There is a communal swimming pool which looked great but not required in February although the weather was perfect for golf, around 18 deg C each day !! The kitchen had everything you needed, fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster etc so very easy. There are so many golf courses within a 20 minute drive so it's location for golf and going out in the evening is difficult to beat. The property is in excellent condition and very secure, I would fully recommend this house and we will definitely stay there on our next trip to Vilamoura

Fantastic location

Stylish property, literally a few minutes walk behind the marina. 15 min walk (kids pace) to both lovely beaches. Pool area was clean and easily accessed, quite cold in April but that didn’t seem to bother the kids. We had no car but this was not a problem as all amenities including supermarkets were walkable and a taxi rank is just round the corner if you wish to go further afield. Marco was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any enquiries both before the holiday and whilst we were there. The only tiny issues were a lack of a blackout blind in the first floor bedroom and perhaps some foldable chairs to take down to the pool area. I have not taken off any stars as if we had raised these issues whilst we we there I’m sure they would have been dealt with immediately and it didn’t effect the enjoyment of our holiday in anyway. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this property.

our family felt that like our home but in Portugal and it;s still amazing there.

We love your communal pool and this is a very clean and more private pool to access there. We use our separate toilet sin this apartment and they have three reception - cool lounge and cool cosy outside lounge and lovely space in rear of the garden. Kitchen layout is great layout plan including dining room. Spot on for staying there.

gorgeous town house, fantastic location

this property is lovely, fantastic location, only 2 minutes from Marina and about 15 minutes from the gorgeous beaches. It has everything you need with plenty of space and was exceptionally clean. All communication with Marco before we went was great, responded to my emails very quickly and nothing was a problem, he organised transfers from airpot too which was very efficient the day of arrival. overall a fantastic place to stay with a five star service, thank you Marco

Great accommodation in a good location

The villa is well-equipped, clean and ideal for guests looking to enjoy the Marina area and surrounding areas. The management company were very helpful with regard to check in and check out times. We did not encounter any issues and had a very good stay at the property. Would highly recommend for groups of golfers or friends.

4 day trip with friends

Location, location, location. This property couldn’t be better for all our needs this holiday. We were a group of 7 guys so not having to get taxi at night was a great advantage. Marco very helpful and no problems at all. Very clean and modern house. Hope to be back again

Great few days in Vilamoura!

Marco the agent was very helpful and waited for us even though we were several hours delayed. Thanks Marco! What a location! Only a minutes walk from the Marina and a great location for golf, food and fun. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped so ideal for a family or a small group. There were 3 of us so we have a room each and one to spare! The large pool is a bit cold (in April), but come May, June, July I would say it would be great! Thanks again Marco! We will be back next year!

Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, beaches near you, from lots of fun to the calmest and quietest, for any type of person who want to spend their holidays in the Algarve, nothing better than Marina de Vilamoura, the perfect place!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I fall in love with this house by the fact that it's located in a quiet area, but it's 5 minute walk from the busiest part of Vilamoura, so I can decide the type of day or night I'm looking forward to it. And because it's very familiar, with a covered patio in the back of the house with barbecue facilities so I can have a good time with family or friends, and the entrance in the front yard, I can relax as well in the sofas. So it's a house for all tastes and easy to fall in love with. The decoration and the work of art around the all house is something that it's easy on the eye as long as the swimming pool, to refresh every day in a hot day in Portugal!
