Morning View es una hermosa y nueva casa de lujo de 9 habitaciones, 11. 5 baños, personalizada frente a la playa con elevador y piscina privada climatizada. Cuenta con salas de estar en cada uno de los 3 niveles e incluye un dormitorio y baño adaptado para discapacitados (la ducha tiene un borde de 1. 5 "). Disponible a partir del 1 de octubre.

El piso principal tiene una gran sala enorme con una sala de estar amplia, una mesa de comedor de 16 'con capacidad para 16-20 invitados y una cocina bien equipada con una gran isla con capacidad para 8. Este nivel también incluye 2 habitaciones King, cada una con baño privado, medio baño cerca de la piscina y lavandería. El ascensor llega a todos los pisos.

Los porches de la planta principal ofrecen cenas al aire libre, asientos, su piscina privada climatizada y un paseo por las dunas a la playa blanca azucarada de Gulf Shores. Debajo encontrarás una gran parrilla, una larga mesa de picnic y más asientos a la sombra y espacios de vida al aire libre.

El piso medio tiene 4 habitaciones (2 reyes, 2 que tienen un par de reinas). Todo abierto a porches junto a la playa. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado. También encontrarás un medio baño en el pasillo, además de una sala de lavandería.

El piso superior tiene 3 dormitorios (2 que tienen un rey más un sofá cama doble XL incorporado, 1 con un par de reinas). Cada uno tiene un baño privado. También encontrará una espaciosa habitación familiar llena de luz, una lavandería, otro baño completo y un rincón fresco con 2 camas individuales XL incorporadas y 2 nidos dobles XL.

La piscina se puede calentar por $ 50 / día. También encontrarás una parrilla, cenas al aire libre, columpios y más.

Ubicado en la tranquila zona de West Beach de Gulf Shores, tendrá 100 'de hermosa playa privada, pero estará a solo minutos de los restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones de Gulf Shores.

House was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked well with utensils. Having an elevator was great for getting luggage up and down instead of having to carry up flights of stairs. Washers and dryers on every floor was a huge plus as well. We did have a small issue with a dryer not working, sent a text, and someone was there within a few hours to fix. Great customer service any time we had a question! Would definitely stay there again!

A MUST Oceanfront Rental for large Groups

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five Days did not seem long enough to enjoy the GORGEOUS and well kept Morning View Beach Home. The VIEW of the blue ocean and openness of the main floor living room was breathtaking!!!The kitchen was very well stocked. Prompt responses to my questions from Gulf Shores property mgmt was an added benefit when planning a large party gathering. We did opt for heating pool in 2nd week of October but the Ocean was actually warmer. The additional living areas were more spacious than they appeared in photos so that was a huge plus too!! All of our guests were just in awe of the entire home and location!! Also heads up no gas grill and two small charcoal grills. We used them both! It’s Morning View is MUST to ENJOY!!!

Family reunion

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated our yearly family reunion at Morning View. We ranged from 18 months to 93 years The physical layout of the house was great We enjoyed games in the large great room and nice size pool. The kitchen was not as equipped as any of our previous rentals, which was frustrating. Also, although the house was clean, the upper 2 floors smelled damp.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed with the amenities, layout, cleanliness, views, etc.... Our extended family of 12 had an amazing time. From our 90 year old matriarch, to our newest 3 month old addition, there was plenty for everyone. We all had our own spaces to relax, play games, read, watch movies, sleep, fish, swim, cook, and the list goes on. We can’t think of another thing we could have asked for. We had a few things we needed in the house that were not there when we arrived, and the management was SUPER responsive to our needs! The service was great! This house and the management team exceeded our expectations. Can’t wait to revisit this beach house with our family!

Amazing Property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing Property right on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. I loved the big couch and kitchen table so that everyone could be together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had lots of extras, ice maker was a plus! The elevator made it convenient to load and unload. Great views of the beach from the house and pool. Even when you were in the pool, you felt like you were at the beach. Beds were comfortable and AC worked fantastic. The only downside were the biting flies the first few days made being on the beach miserable. We had to use insect repellent on top of our sunscreen. Even at the house they were bad. We discovered that when the wind blows from the North, they blow in from the bay area. The wind changed and it improved the rest of the week.

Our large family of 30 stayed here and it was so amazing. Right on the beach, shower and spigot outside for rinsing sand and private pool. Would definitely stay here again. It had two fridges and an under counter ice maker. Thank you!

Lots of room and we need it because there's a lot of us. Gulf Shores is our favorite vacation location and we've already booked the same house for next year!

We have stayed in many beach homes over the years, and this one was the best by far! The house was in excellent condition and very, very clean on arrival. The heated pool was AMAZING to have right on the deck, overlooking the beach and ocean, which was only steps away. The setup of the bedrooms worked excellent for our group, and we could have easily slept more people. The kitchen was well equipped and there was an abundance of living space for everyone to spread out and chill when we weren't at the beach or pool. The management company was extremely responsive and answered any questions/concerns within minutes, providing excellent service. Would highly, highly recommend -- 10/10!

Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful property in a great location, far enough away that we almost had a private beach but close enough to run out if need be. Highly recommend this house. The only issue we had was the pool was supposedly heated to 88 but never got above 72. Made it a little hard on the kids. Still would not keep me from coming back. The pool pump just needs to run 24/7 in order to keep the water circulating to keep it warm.
