Bienvenido! Este apartamento de apartamentos de dos dormitorios está situado en el centro histórico de Madagascar. Se tiró en una calle sin coches, en el primer piso, de la casa portuguesa clásico, que ha sido restaurado. El apartamento (68 sqm) tiene una gran sala de estar, una cocina abierta y dos dormitorios separados. La mayor parte de los puntos destacados de Lisboa se encuentran en pie! Usted tiene acceso directo para publicar transporte y fácil acceso al aeropuerto en taxi en menos de 20 minutos.

El apartamento de buen gusto se encuentra en el primer piso de un hermoso casco histórico construido en 1870 y ha sido totalmente renovado este año. Se trata de una estructura de construcción de construcción con excepcional alta ceilings y las únicas ventanas están combinadas con el diseño moderno y el aire interior.
El 68 metros cuadrados ofrece dos hermosas habitaciones, frente a la tranquilidad courtyard. Cada una con una cama doble y un montón de colchón. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, en el centro de la ciudad. El nuevo baño de baño y de cocina están completamente equipadas y ofrecen todo el confort.

El histórico neighbourhood "Madragoa" con los tradicionales edificios y pequeñas calles han cogido los crowds y el tráfico lejos. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad.
Madragoa es parte de los "Santos" distrito, uno de los favourite riverfront districts in old Lisbon. Perfect location

This is a cute 2 bedroom apartment in the old part of Lisbon with many great cafes and restaurants literally right at your front door and despite the active street life outside the apartment is perfectly quiet.Most of Lisbon’s attractions are within a 20 minute walk although Lisbon’s hills can be a challenge. The 25 tram is your friend when heading home or Uber or Bolt are cheap and efficient.Host Margarida is really helpful with tips and recommendations and very responsive.Highly recommended.

Light and airy in good location

This was perfect for my husband and I and our college aged daughter. The apartment itself is light and airy. There are great traditional Portuguese restaurants a short walk away, along with good breakfast options. It was a fun neighborhood without feeling overrun by tourists. The bedrooms are located in the back of the apartment so it was very quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

A very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed for our first visit to Lisbon. Margarida made everything very easy for us including a change of dates and fabulous airport transfers. Nice restaurants surrounding the apartment which was perfect for us after a couple of days of sightseeing. We would recommend the apartment.

Our visit

This flat was perfect for the 4 of us on our visit to Lisbon. It was sunny and bright, comfortable and charming. Location was great. Neighborhood was great. Loved it! Communication with Margarida was very good also.

A great week in a lovely apartment. We really liked the location. The building was very quiet and overlooking a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise but some local life to add atmosphere. Flat was very stylish but comfortable. We communicated with Margarida via text and she was always helpful. I would recommend the taxi transfer from (and to) the airport which was efficient and reasonable.

Merveilleux - Great Stay!

Margarida was a fabulous host.The communication was fast and accurate and the apartment experience was very good - the location is also prime since its a walking distance for many restaurant and attractions. Very luminous and very quiet at night. We do like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped. Great find!

Margarida was positive, responsible and helpful every step of the way. The apartment is beautiful-high ceilings, loads of light, fantastic beds and lovely furnishings. Kitchen fully stocked but truthfully, with all the amazing restaurants within walking distance, we did not eat in once. We walked a lot, all over the city, exploring, and the prime location allowed for walking rather than having to take Ubers and taxis. We only wish we had more time…

Quiet retreat

Me and my family stayed, played and worked in this apartment for 14 days. We loved it!! It’s close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by locals. A large grocery store is just a short walk away as well as many delicious cafes. The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for day to day living. The host was amazing and quick to respond and offer suggestions. If you take an Uber, get dropped off and picked up at Flora & Fauna. It’s the easiest and most of the roads around the apartment are pedestrian routes. We were sad to leave our temporary home away from away. We might have to make it an annual trip. 😉

Surrounded by the magic of Lisboa and Madragoa

The Art historian's residence was everything we had hoped it would be. The elegant simplicity of the residence set the stage for a memorable week in Lisboa. We had just finished walking the Portuguese Camino and were looking forward to nestling into a Lisboa neighborhood that would take us out of the tourist hubbub of this big city. The Madragoa neighborhood and the residence could not have been any more perfect. We were an easy walk to the tram and buses that took us anywhere we wanted to go and whenever we chose to walk we always enjoyed where I feet took us. Margarida was a gracious host, whose recommendations for walks, restaurants, grocery shopping and COVID testing, etc. was always timely and spot on. She even arranged for our transport to and from the airport with an exceptional driver, making our arrival and departure absolutely seamless. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. By the end of the week, we had learned so much about the neighborhood and surrounding areas that we wanted more time to apply all that we had figured out. This was a perfect introduction to Lisboa and left us wanting to linger a bit longer.

Lisbon Apartment Central and Foodie Heaven

The unit has two bedrooms with a conjoined Kitchen/living room space. It is ideal for 4 people, I would find 5 adults a little tight. If the fifth was a child then that would work. The hostess (Margarida) was perfect. Check-in was flawless and accommodated the fact that my daughter and fiance arrived an hour before me yet she met with them and allowed check-in. Her instructions were clear and accurate. Her restaurant recommendations were excellent. The location is so central, close to everything yet not in the very busy Alfama district, or the loud Barrio Alto bar district. With 4 people it cost us less than 5 Euro's to Uber anywhere in central Lisbon so it was actually cheaper than the tram. A few minutes walk and we were on the "Green Street" where there were at least 6 small ocal restaurants. The food was excellent in each place. I really can't rate this high enough and will definitely be back my next trip to Lisbon.

Im Herzen von Lissabon mit herzlichem Empfang.

Der Empfang durch Margarida war sehr nett. Sie hatte wertvolle Tipps, von Läden, Cafés, Restaurants in der Umgebung, Ausflugszielen, Rundgängen (per Mail), und Hinweisen zum Transfer innerhalb der Stadt. Dazu liegt im Appartement eine Liste aus mit Tipps und nützlichen Hinweisen. In dem Appartment haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Betten waren klasse, und auch wenn es keinen Balkon hat, gibt es im Zimmer eine Balkontür, an der man im Zimmer sitzen kann und neben Vögeln den Klangteppich des Treibens im Viertel hören kann. Die Sonne scheint genau dort hinein. Ein schöner Platz zum Lesen. Bücher, vor allem zu Kunst und Design sind vorhanden. Kinderspielzeug haben wir nicht gefunden, dafür ein Tablet, und Kinder sind willkommen. Für Familien mit 2 Kindern ist das Appartement geeignet. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Ein winziges Lädchen ist in der Straße. Dort bekommt man neben leckeren Brötchen das Wichtigste zum Leben. Frühstücken kann man sehr gut im Fauna & Flora. Der Park Estrela (sehr erholsam und am Ende der unweit verlaufenden Tram 28 gelegen) ist ein schöner Tipp. Aussichtspunkte. Chiado. Besser kann man nicht wohnen. Man kann günstiger wohnen, das stimmt wohl, aber es hat sich voll gelohnt.

El perfecto apartamento de vacaciones

¡Recomendamos la casa de Margarida! La ubicación es brillante, justo en la ciudad, pero en un barrio tranquilo. Dando la perfecta y auténtica experiencia portuguesa. Las recomendaciones de Margarida fueron muy útiles, y somos capaces de ponernos en contacto si alguna vez lo necesitamos. El lugar es muy limpio, soleado y tranquilo.

Fast perfekt

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Lissabon verbracht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war über das Beschriebene hinaus sehr gut! Margarida war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die uns mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt und immer schnell geantwortet hat. Für uns kein großes Problem, aber bei der Planung zu bedenken: die nächste Metro-Station (Cais de Sodré) ist 15 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
