Pase unas vacaciones deliciosamente relajantes cerca de las playas del Golfo de México durante su estadía en la casa de vacaciones Pair-A-Dice. Te sentirás como en casa con wifi gratis, una amplia sala de estar, un comedor y una cocina completa, equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Esta casa también contiene una lavadora y secadora, lo que le permite mantenerse al día con la ropa mientras está de vacaciones. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King y viene con un baño principal contiguo con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha a ras de suelo. El segundo y tercer dormitorio contienen una cama queen. No solo estará cerca de la playa, sino que tendrá acceso a una parrilla de gas privada, piscinas comunitarias, canchas de tenis y canchas de baloncesto durante su escapada a la playa.

Great for families

Had a great stay with family. Location was difficult to locate initially and need some specific details to locate property when guests initially arrive. Otherwise our stay was great.

Excellent stay!

Our family of 6 stayed in this house and it was perfect. The floor plan is spacious and the house was equipped with everything we needed for a week at the beach. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the house and it was super convenient with only a 5 min walk to the beach!

The house was perfect size and location for us, it’s located close enough to all of the “Destin” things but far enough away we didn’t have to fight huge crowds at the beach. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing time. The place wad so clean, updated and had everything we needed. We were located a very short distance from the pool and the beach. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Location was great

We had a great time during our stay! Walk to the beach is great for families. Kitchen had pretty much all the tools we needed and the grill worked great too. Pool onsite was great and well maintained. This is the perfect family rental! Only thing we would have wanted was for the place to be a little cleaner. The tile floors need a good scrubbing as our feet were dirtier from inside than outside at the pool/beach.

Beautiful, clean, updated, and comfortable!

We greatly enjoyed the spacious, clean home. The location was perfect and the house supplied everything we needed! We loved the area and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We had wished the pool area had a hot tub and was disappointed that the basketball backboard was broken and not safe to use. Other than that, the neighborhood was extremely quiet and well maintained. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect spot to stay

The house was clean and roomy. Kitchen was great, had both a Keurig and drip coffeepot which I thought was pretty great. Trash cans conveniently outside the house. The neighborhood was gated and just adorable. Short walk to the beach, not bad at all. The private stretch of beach is not as crowded as other parts of the beach so big plus there as well. The house was very homey to come back to each day. We will very likely stay here again next year, so far my favorite place to stay in Destin.

Great Property in a Great Location

Easy walk to beach, across the street from pool, large bedrooms and a cavernous master bath. Kitchen is easy to clean and modern. One restaurant in walking distance. Many attractions in biking distance. Beachfront is clean and private access included with fee. Good response from prop manager when we were accidentally locked out and when we needed replacement propane for the grill. Nice rental!

Our Pair a Dice house was perfect for the group we took. As I understand, it had some newer owners but the property manager was on the ball with the one concern we had with the French door not locking. Needed some touch up paint and just overall deep cleaning around vents and windows but overall was a very good experience!! Would stay here again no doubt!!!

Emerald Shores vacation home

The location of home was perfect. Very short walk to Emerald Shores. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful. Really felt like a vacation home. I recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, dishwashing soap, hand soaps, etc. They only supplied 1 days worth and renters responsible for restock. That was my only complaint. Really enjoyed it!!!

Only one complaint

This area is great.Close to the beach and customer service was good. My only compliant is the mattress and the pillows in the condo were old and very uncomfortable. They need to be updated. Besides being uncomfortable, no complaints!

Wonderful vacation!

Beautiful home Easy walk to beach but tram service available if you wanted. The driver, Cole, was terrific. Previous reviews said there were no beach items or hair dryers or cookware. There was plenty of cookware, 2 hair dryers, 2 beach chairs, 1 camp chair, a wagon. A set of beach chairs & umbrella comes with unit. You can rent additional ones. You do need to purchase amenity bands ($30) per household but those allow you access to all amenities. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Of course the beach is beautiful as always but we can give THAT credit only to God. He does GREAT work!

Cute but Limited

Cute beach house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Kitchen is limited with cooking items. No pans for the oven for example. I had to go buy pans and a pot holder to cook. Bring your own or plan to eat out. Only 1 bathroom had toilet paper when we first got there. Beach access was nice. There are no items in the house to use at the beach. Chairs, beach towels, wagon, etc... This was the only VRBO we've stayed at that didn't at least have something. Bring your own beach items if you stay.

Perfect for a small family or two couples

The home was well equipped for a week long beach vacation. The home was very clean, with very comfortable bedding. Large closets in each bedroom. The only items to note were a cracked burner on the flat top range and one of the chest of drawers had a door unhinged. Overall, it appears to be very well maintained. We would definitely stay in this house again.

Issues overshadowed nice property

This is the first beach property I have stayed in during the past 10 years that provided zero in terms of beach items - no chairs, no wagon, not even so much as a kid's sand bucket! Also, no hair dryers. This seems like a small thing except you don't realize it until after you have washed your hair and would like to go out! The other issue we had was with the property management company. Though we rented from VRBO, this property is managed by Southern Resorts. Our smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night (don't they always?) Monday night. I alerted the management company first thing Tuesday morning. No one came Tuesday and when I asked was told "sorry, we just didn't get to it/". My husband had to climb up on a chair to remove the smoke detector from the ceiling so that we could sleep Tuesday night. I was assured someone would come Wednesday, but no one came at all dujring the trip. If the property management company was performing basic maintenance and changed the batteries as suggested twice a year, this would never have happened. But to have it happen and then never resolved it really unacceptable. The house itself was very nice and exactly as pictured. But the issues overshadowed our stay.

Ok house but not well maintained

The house is in a nice development, and has great access to the beach and pool. However the house and amenities left a bit to be desired. I ended up walking around taking ~10 pictures to document existing damage to furniture and objects within the house to ensure I was not charged for their damage. The whirlpool tub does not work in the master bathroom, the smoke detector is missing in the main living space/kitchen. Matching remotes for the TV's in the units could not be found. Along with other annoyances, I am typically go with the flow on most things, but this tipped the scale for me into this place needing some attention.

Horrible experience

I have rented in this community twice before with no problems. This time was a nightmare. This property manager is absolutely horrible. All they care about is your money. They were impossible to get in contact with. We showed up on the day of our arrival at 3:30 to find the home was locked. We were supposed to check in at 4pm but assumed 30 minutes early would be fine. Especially after a ten hour car with with kids. After calling the property management company for over an hour with no luck I FINALLY got someone on the phone. She was so rude and told me sorry I can’t help you.... check in is at 4pm. We sat in our car for 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Like I said I have rented In that community twice before and arrived even a few hours early with no problem. This was just the beginning of our issues with this house. The bed post in the guest room was broken and looked glued back together..... the coffee maker in the kitchen was broken and we did not know this until trying to make a pot of coffee and came back to the kitchen to realize there was coffee all over the floor as the pot was broken. My 4 year old found a weed pen on the floor in the first bedroom.... after the property manager insured the 4pm check in was due to their thorough home cleaning. What a joke. Every home in that community has a wagon to go back and forth to the beach. This house did not. It was a huge inconvenience. The BBQ pit is falling apart and surprised it didn’t break while we were using it. I would suggest to the owner if they are going to rent to someone and offer a grill that they need to invest in a new one. The outdoor light above the grill was burnt out.... once again a property management issue. As if that wasn’t enough there was more. On our last beach day, the automatic lock on our front door had run out of batteries and we were locked out of our house for 3 hours. Ofcourse southern vacation rentals was impossible to get in contact with. We sat outside with our kids for hours trying to get in... the kids were exhausted from the beach and it was hot outside. I called southern vacation rentals and sat on hold for once again over a hour. I even texted the line that southern vacation sent us to text for assistance and once again they were unresponsive, unaccommodating and rude. They told us to type in 3 different codes and finally said they would send someone to check the lock. A few hours later it was replaced. I never once received an apology from them. NOTHING.
