Este condominio en el 4to piso bellamente decorado y actualizado en la comunidad deseable de Ciboney, ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar al tiempo que ofrece una hermosa vista y fácil acceso a nuestro tramo privado de las famosas aguas color esmeralda y playas de cristal de Destin.

Adéntrese en el fresco pasillo embaldosado con sus suaves tonos tropicales y se dirige directamente al área de estar de concepto abierto con televisor de pantalla plana. La cocina, blanca y luminosa, tiene encimeras de granito nuevas con fregadero debajo de la montura y una barra de desayuno con capacidad para tres personas. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para otros seis, así que hay mucho espacio para cenas familiares juntas.

Después de un día en la playa o cenando en Pompano Joe's, regrese a su casa para descansar en una de las habitaciones renovadas. Dos dormitorios cuentan con camas king y el dormitorio principal tiene una salida al balcón donde se puede despertar con el paisaje panorámico del océano. El tercer dormitorio tiene literas y hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Esta unidad es perfecta para familias que viajan juntas, para un viaje de golf o para una escapada de novia. La unidad se completa con una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. y todas las habitaciones tienen TV.

La comunidad Ciboney es perfecta para mascotas. Hay grandes áreas verdes y aceras para pasear junto a nuestras hermosas playas.

Todo lo que necesita está cerca, como Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Sandestin, Harborwalk y las diferentes atracciones de Destin. Realmente hay algo para todos. Pictures of property were very accurate. Short walk to the beach was a breeze. Loud music was allowed to be played late into the night, that was my only complaint. It might not have been the property's fault, it could have been the nearby condo, but it was extremely loud and hard to fall asleep on last nigh, BUT, doesn't take away from an excellent stay!

Was everything and more than we expected. Clboney is always our choice to stay in Merimar Beach. Great clean spacious condo wi th cooking utensils. Just bring your favorite spices. Easy check in process, safe area, beach was a 2 min walk across the street. We had an amazing view of the beach and gulf from the large patio deck. We will be back next year.

Third Bedroom isn't a bedroom

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was clean and well decorated. Elevators were broken most of the time. Making it pretty difficult on my 73 year old mother. And the bunk room is a closet not a bedroom. Can't get dressed in there or anything. Its a closet.

Great place to stay

Reviewer Comments: It was a great place to stay how ever if you have a pet that barks excessive or aggressively even though it’s pet friendly you will get a note on your door. I got a note saying if my dog didn’t stop barking they will call the authority and will pay a $200.00 fine mind you they had other dogs there barking also. That note on my door I wasn’t happy about it. It was my dogs first day getting settled after he was fine. To me that is not pet friendly. I have a Maltese dog he will bark if he hears noises ect like other dogs. I think it was someone that lives there that left the note. I will let my pet stay with someone or bring him to his vet for boarding next time. That was the only bad experience about this place. We had amazing weather and walking distance to the beach was great.

Property was very nice. Upgraded and beautiful decor. Hot water wasn’t very hot and cleaning crew could have been better but all in all very good experience.

Nice accommodation but construction not revealed

We enjoyed the apartment that we stayed in. It was clean, had plenty of room, and was comfortable. View was nice! We liked the location close to the beach and the private beach access, which was much less crowded then the surrounding beaches. Even though they stated we would need to replenish supplies at some point during the week, we were surprised there was not any extra trash bags (Just one), no sponge for dishes, and 1 paper towel. They did not have storage containers (except a random 1 or 2) to keep food in the fridge. The oven shorted out on Sunday (day 2) and I texted agent and no response >24 hours, so reached out again Monday. She sent a maintenance person who fixed it. But if she responded and called and let us know where the circuit breakers were located, then we could have quickly fixed and avoided having someone come out. Also, the building was under construction with loud noises starting 830am and there was debris with nails outside our door for hours without being picked up. For the price we paid, I would have expected more supplies, storage containers, a heads up about the construction, and a response <24 hours addressing the problem with our oven.

Beautiful Property

Very nice property with a view to the west of the beach. It has easy access to the beach within 5 minutes or less. The condo has a full size washer and dryer. The listing gave us the perception that the bunk bed was a full lower and twin upper. It is a twin lower and upper and very tight quarters. Everything else met our expectation except for the cleanliness of the tile floors. The tile had been swept but had not been mopped in some time as it not only would turn the bottom of my white shocks black but also our bare feet. This is unsatisfactory. We were told we had to make sure to do an initial cleaning by sweeping the floors or pay an additional cleaning fee in addition to the standard cleaning fee charged at time of rental. Because of the cleaning fee charged, mopping the floors after each guest should be standard. I could have mopped but did not come to vacation to mop. We did sweep the floor numerous times as any beach destination will bring in sand. We did not mind keeping the sand swept up. I will also add that the property was under going new ownership. I am sure the new owner will keep a better check on the cleaning agency used between renters. Overall, we will check available properties at this location for our return visits.
