Esta encantadora casa como estudio de lujo es el lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones relajantes justo en la orilla del mar !! Literalmente a 20 pies desde el océano, no se puede superar la vista en cualquier lugar de la terraza !! Perfecto para descansar, comer, leer o simplemente relajarse. . . Lo que sea! Usted no tendrá que salir de la vista!

Todas las comodidades del hogar, pero estás en Hawai, disfrutando de la fabulosa tiempo, imágenes y sonidos! Unidad de esquina (extremo norte) ubicada en el piso superior de un edificio de cuatro pisos, este condominio frente al mar no solo cuenta con vistas de primera clase sino que también tiene una excelente proximidad a la ciudad de Kona y todas las actividades.

Ver surfistas de clase mundial cabalgan las olas mientras delfines se divierten en su estela. Disfrutar de ballenas en temporada desde su terraza y obtener una vista cercana de las tortugas marinas gigantes que se presentan a sí mismos en la orilla de sol! (No tocar sin embargo!)

El condominio ha sido totalmente remodelado en julio de 2017 con muebles nuevos, cama con pedestal tamaño king, sofá nuevo, taburetes de bar, recién pintados, ventiladores de techo nuevos, iluminación y una nueva unidad de aire acondicionado en la ventana.

El condominio está completamente equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar, además de muchos artículos que ni siquiera has pensado. El condominio cuenta con una lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos, plancha, tabla de planchar, secador de cabello y un conjunto completo de electrodomésticos de cocina como microondas, molinillo de café, purificador de agua, licuadora, cafetera, olla arrocera, máquina para hacer hielo, etc. Un montón de platos, platos, vasos, ollas, sartenes, cubiertos, utensilios de cocina y especias

Este condominio privado tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia inolvidable en Hawai. Hay un montón de toallas, ropa de cama, toallas de playa, sillas de playa, etc.

El condominio está ubicado en la hermosa frente al mar Kona Bali Kai propiedad. El complejo de apartamentos cuenta con una bonita piscina climatizada y jacuzzi, zonas de picnic frente al mar de barbacoa y gas, muy bonito paisaje tropical y una zona de playa de arena para tomar el sol y caminar en las piscinas de marea. sillones están disponibles para todos los huéspedes de condominios en la zona frente a la playa. También hay algunos lugares con sombra si desea tomar un descanso del sol. Hay un ascensor para llevarlo al condominio, ¡no hay necesidad de caminar escaleras en este condominio! El famoso restaurante Poke Shack se encuentra en los terrenos de la propiedad. Una tienda de conveniencia está situado al otro lado de la calle.

La playa de natación de White Sands se encuentra a una milla al sur, la playa de snorkel está a una milla y media al sur y el campo de golf Kona Country Club (18 hoyos para uso público) está a 3 millas al sur. Esta es una verdad un condominio tendrá que volver a año tras año (como se verá a muchos huéspedes habituales en los libros de visitas condominio). Advertencia: La Isla Grande tiene mucho que ofrecer y después de un viaje y se le enganchó!

The studio condo was as described. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. We saw a couple of amazing sunsets. The condo was pretty clean except for the corner in the bedroom area which had lots of cords and had not been cleaned in a good while. The condo is very well stocked! We had everything we needed including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and detergent. There was a little confusion as to light switches and which one controlled what, but we figured it out. The big negative for us was the lack of hot water for showers. The first day I took a shower and before I could finish, the water was running cold. We had carefully read the information on how to adjust the shower but still ended up with cold water. I contacted the host to ask if someone could come out and adjust the temperature. My partner had a shower the next day and managed to finish her shower before it got cold knowing that there was a small amount of warm water available. We determined that we would just shower at opposite times. Evidently there is a setting for just the shower temperature because we always had plenty of hot water in the kitchen and in the sink in the bathroom. This was irritating but we just learned to quickly get in and get out in the somewhat warm water before it turned cold. I would encourage future vacationers to make sure the necessary adjustments to the temperature have been made prior to booking. Overall we had a nice stay.

You just couldn't have a more breathtaking view than the one here. While we did lots of touring around the island, each day began and ended with us staring at the ocean, sometimes late at night. The condo had everything we needed and was super comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!

The location is the star of this condo! For us it was to long of a walk to get to stores but we were able to find plenty of parking spaces. We were there right before the womens ironman was taking place. It was wonderful to see so many people running, biking and swimming. The condo is small. They do mention the size of it. Parts of the shower was broke but again they did nention it after we pai and they gave us all the instructions. It was still useable and didnt interfer. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The bed was ok not to hard or soft.

It was not the fault of the owner, but they’re doing a lot of construction within the garage (august 2025), so super dusty and makes it a little hard to park…. With that said the owner’s condo is as advertised and they were super easy to work with.. location and view were sublime, and people within the vicinity were all super nice and welcoming. Building is old, but they did a good job updating the condo. The price is definitely worth the value

We stayed here for nine nights and overall had a pleasant time on the Big Island, but we did feel the listing description set expectations that weren’t quite met. The condo is advertised as a deluxe penthouse, which felt a bit misleading. While the space is functional and the location is good, the unit itself is dated and would benefit greatly from an update.Cleanliness was another area where improvements could be made. The condo could use a thorough deep cleaning, as there was noticeable dust throughout, which took away from the overall comfort of the stay.Additionally, the balcony view was not as open as expected. Due to the architecture of the building, the view looking to the left is obstructed, which wasn’t clear from the listing photos or description.This property has potential, but clearer descriptions and some attention to upkeep would help better align expectations for future guests.

Quiet and easy stay on edge of Kona activity

Perfect space for a couple, close to amenities and slightly removed fr the central bustle of shops and tourist attractions. Great location and we hope to return!

Whales and Sunsets!

A beautiful property with everything you could need. The views from the 4th floor balcony were amazing - we could look for whales (and there were many!) and watch the sunsets. Comfortable and convenient to Kailua as well as exploring the rest of the Big Island. This is an awesome place to stay.
