Elegancia en un presupuesto! Esta tranquila unidad de tercer piso tiene espectaculares vistas al mar desde todo el condominio. Nuestro apartamento con aire acondicionado domina hermosos terrenos bien cuidados con vistas despejadas al mar. La cocina tiene encimeras de concreto y electrodomésticos NUEVOS de alta gama. Nuestro condominio ofrece todo lo que necesita para tener unas vacaciones agradables en el paraíso. El condominio está muy bien amueblado. Cómodo sofá con funda, comedor interior y exterior. Nueva ropa de cama, toallas suaves. Incluso un conjunto de túnicas! Puede contemplar el océano y las montañas mientras se relaja en la cama tamaño king. El baño tiene una ducha a ras de suelo para facilitar el acceso. La cocina abierta y el área de la sala de estar se abren a la terraza. La cocina está bien equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar. Una nueva lavadora y secadora se suman a la conveniencia de la unidad. Hay televisión por cable en la sala de estar y en el dormitorio. Hay una caja fuerte para objetos de valor. Toallas de playa y equipo de snorkel, refrigerador y tabla de boogie se proporcionan. Wi-Fi está disponible en el condominio.

Este pequeño complejo frente al mar refleja el estilo del antiguo Hawái con hermosos y bien cuidados jardines y todas las comodidades del hogar. Este complejo seguro y seguro tiene una excelente área de barbacoa con mesas de picnic donde las personas se reúnen para conversar de forma amistosa o para ver la puesta de sol y disfrutar de la cena. The place was great and exceeded my expectations. The view is insane - you have perfect sunset views, unobstructed ocean views with palm trees swaying and you have a view of the "ocean pool" that is owned by the State of Hawaii (next door). When we arrived, the Keurig coffee machine was broken (we simply used the "other" regular coffee maker the first morning) and we let the owner know that morning. When we returned that afternoon, there was a new one sitting by the front door. The A/C worked great, the parking spot was conveniently located, etc. etc. etc..... everything is as advertised!The place was fantastic. I would stay here again for sure!

Wir haben während unseres einmonatigen Hawaii-Trips auf mehreren Inseln Unterkünfte gemietet – und diese war ohne Zweifel die schönste von allen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, eine stetige, kühle Meeresbrise zieht durch die Räume, und die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unschlagbar: Nachts lässt man sich vom sanften Rauschen der Wellen in den Schlaf wiegen. Der Balkon ist ein kleines Paradies für sich – ob morgens beim Kaffee, tagsüber mit einem guten Buch oder abends zu den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen, man möchte ihn am liebsten gar nicht mehr verlassen. Was uns zum absoluten Glück noch gefehlt hat? Ein „Green Flash" am Horizont – aber vielleicht ist das ja ein Grund, wiederzukommen.

Please visit us again Translation : During our month-long trip to Hawaii, we rented accommodations on several islands—and this one was without a doubt the most beautiful of them all. The apartment is lovingly furnished, a constant cool ocean breeze flows through the rooms, and the beachfront location is simply unbeatable: at night, you drift off to sleep to the gentle sound of the waves. The balcony is a little paradise of its own—whether enjoying a morning coffee, spending the day with a good book, or watching the breathtaking sunsets in the evening, you hardly ever want to leave it. What was the only thing missing for our absolute happiness? A “green flash” on the horizon—but perhaps that’s a reason to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything in the pictures is accurate other than the ocean view is more epic. The pool is heated, so always warm. Communication with the owner was super quick, we so appreciated her. Especially when we failed to check out on time. Very gracious, we hope to repay her favor.

The view from the lanai was incredible. I enjoyed the pool, the grounds were immaculate, and the parking spot was perfect. The place was very nice, and everything was in great condition. Had a cooler, snorkeling equip, beach towels, and a boogie board for use. Good location, too far for us to walk to town. However, the Alii Marketplace was within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and super clean! The ocean front view was amazing & peaceful. The sunset every night was breathtaking. We saw whales & spinner dolphins from the lenai! The Kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. Unit has a washer and dryer that was very nice to have. The shower was great, has a rain shower and hand held shower head as well. Does have a hair dryer so you don't need to bring one. The location is great, its close to restaurants & shopping by car. There is a private pool & beach & right next door is a public salt water pool that is fed by the ocean & incredible waves that is never very crowded. The Owners were very responsive if & when needed. We highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again when we come back to Hawaii! *We stayed here in January. The weather was in the high 70's-82*

Great location and well appointed unit. While repairs are being done to Unit C stair towers, they are desperately needed for Unit E stair towers also. Metal brackets anchoring posts as well as framing angles that support beams are extremely corroded.

My partner is having some health issues that limited our ability to leave the property as much as we normally would. He was so happy to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean on the days he couldn’t leave. We saw dolphins several times from the lanai and the sunsets were gorgeous. When he would nap during the day the beach out front was a great place for me to sit and read. You can hear the waves all the time but especially at night. We both slept so well, the bed is very comfy. It’s a cozy space but we felt very comfortable for the two weeks we were there. It’s an older complex but the grounds are well maintained, the grills are the best ones I’ve ever seen in Hawaii! We would stay again, happily.

Best VRBO, hands down!

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. What you see is what you get, which isn’t always the case! It was VERY clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Fresh flowers were waiting on the counter for us when we arrived. (Your cleaners do a great job!) AC units cool the rooms quickly. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Comfy bed and soft sheets. You can tell these folks care about their condo, because they use it too. LOCATION: We had a hard time choosing a location on the island, it’s so big with so much to do. But, I would 100% recommend this area. No swimmable beach out front, but you basically need to be at a big resort for that. The island is big (duh), and you are going to want to see it all anyway. Hop in that jeep. Incredible coffee with views is 15 minutes away (Sacred Grounds, Coffee Shack). Snorkel at two-step, and then find a beach to crash on for some afternoon sun. That’s how you Big Island!!

The view is worth going up and down on the stairs for the 3rd floor. The sunsets are amazing from your balcony. The sounds of the ocean through out the condo.the condo is very clean and had everything you need for the beach to the pool. The bed is comfortable . I would highly recommend this condo.

Incredible week in Kona!!

Exactly as we anticipated our stay to be! Condo was clean, the owner incredibly responsive, right on the water where you can enjoy golden hour every night from your own private lanai! Easy short distance to Kona and some fantastic restaurants. Complex is quiet and relaxing and the grounds and pool were immaculate. Chairs and umbrellas both at the pool and also down on the sand near the water where you can relax and snooze with the sea and a great book! Thanks Christine for a fantastic stay in paradise- we will be back!!

30th wedding anniversary trip

I don’t want to sell the fantasy stay that we had because selfishly I want to rebook this unit and have a yearly vacation on this magical island on this magical property so close and convenient to everything we’ve been to Hawaii many times so we wanted a stay one place enjoy the surroundings and be in the sun and that is what we did on this place is perfect!

The moment I walked into this condo I felt this amazing peace! It’s the best location in the complex! So private and quiet. Almost feels like you’re in a tree house. The grounds are beautiful and manicured. The lawn between the unit and ocean is so green and lush. I love love love sunsets and they are spectacular here. I can even see it from the bedroom! Oh and the sound of the waves crashing lulls you to sleep.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The condo has air conditioning in the living area as well as bedroom which is a huge plus in late summer. It’s also a corner unit and the breeze is always wonderful. You will enjoy a front row seat watching dolphins and whales from the lanai. There’s also a salt water pool adjacent to the property!
