El calendario no siempre está actualizado con precios y disponibilidad. ¡Somos flexibles con las fechas y la duración de la estadía! El aspecto y la sensación de un condominio de playa contemporáneo: la comodidad y la privacidad de su propia casa y piscina privadas. 1 minuto a pie de playa. 15 minutos a pie de supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes. Este es nuestro hogar lejos del hogar, ¡y hemos hecho de este un lugar verdaderamente acogedor y cómodo para relajarse y descansar! Todo lo que necesitamos como familia de vacaciones es suyo para disfrutar. Cocina completamente equipada, lavadora / secadora. Wonderful vacation

A great place to stay, the pool was wonderful and clean. A block from the ocean with wonderful restaurants locally. Would definitely stay again.

Great experience!

Great location - easy access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Everything we needed was provided for and the house and pool fit our needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend and will book again.

The ideal choice...

The weather was quite cold & windy, so we couldn't use their beautiful pool. We did sit out on the pool deck/patio a few times to soak up some sun. The host was awesome --pleasant, quick responses, & absolutely. A very enjoyable stay & the price is right.accommodating.

Great house in a convenient location

My family of five, with three young children, had a great one-month-long stay! The home was clean and included all of the amenities and furnishings for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive when we needed to reach her. We also loved the proximity to the beach and the grocery store. We’ve already booked to go back next year.

Good stay with great location to beach

If you are looking for a house thats under a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurants and shopping within just a mile. Nice backyard with in ground pool. Also supply of beach towels and beach chairs. Then this house is for you! Very comfortable house in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our family

We loved the home. Very clean, pool was great size for 4 kids. There was a ton of towels, pool toys and beach supplies that you didn't have to bring with you or purchase. Beds were extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach was so easy and simple. We enjoyed most of our days there as well as nights since it was so close. We loved the convenience of the local restaurants, pharmacy and food stores. The location, home, and vacation was perfect. Thank you Jeanette!!!!!

Excellent Holiday stay!

My family of five stayed here for the Christmas 2016 and New Year's. First I'll start off by saying that property owner is great with communication. She was always available and was very accommodating to us. Thank you! We absolutely loved our vacation. The kids did not want to leave. The house is steps away from the beach, which made it easy for us to spend the day at the beach and take a quick 5 min walk to and from the house throughout the day. The shed is stocked with everything you need for the beach; chairs, umbrellas, toys... you name it. And many many towels! The house was fully stocked; all we need to buy was food and toiletries. The decor is so nice too. All in all, a great house, great location, great property management. Five stars from us! We will be back!

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Getaway

I rented this property with a friend for a month and we split our time between working remotely and exploring New Smyrna Beach. Jenette was very communicative from booking through check-out, making sure we had everything we needed and ensuring we were well informed ahead of a contractor’s visits to install an outdoor shower. Set in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance or a short drive from some great local restaurants and the happenings on Flagler Ave. and just a few minutes from the beach, the property’s location was its best attribute! The pool and patio area was an awesome backdrop for our afternoon meetings. We left wishing we could extend our stay and looking ahead to our next visit.

Best stay ever!!

I used to live in New Smyrna Beach and still have family there, so every summer my family and I vacation there, for 10 the past ten years. We have stayed at many places, but this is ABSOLUTELY the BEST!! The owner is the best person ever and the house and pool and closeness to the beach is the best too!! It is so great to have your own place and pool, especially after a few hours at the beach. It was definitely our best stay and hoping we can be repeat renters!! WE LOVE YOU JENETTA AMATO & NEW SMYRNA BEACH & VRBO!!

Great Beach House Getaway!

This beach home is wonderful! It is comfortable and convenient to everything! We really enjoyed the very short walk over to the beach for the morning sunrises and the back patio and pool are a lovely spot to enjoy the evening sunsets! Jenette was a wonderful owner - easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our needs. Thanks for an amazing month at the beach :)

Nice home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. The furniture was comfortable, and the large, fenced-in backyard had a nice pool, plenty of furniture, a big grill, and lots of varieties of palm trees and shrubs. We enjoyed sitting out there to read and relax. Jeanette was a great hostess, answering any questions promptly.

A very good beach home

Great experience from booking, to leaving. Great location for all that you need in NSB. Flagler is a 25 min walk, 17 if you walk quickly. Nearby shops and restaurants are about 14 minutes stroll. Everything for a comfortable stay, kitchen with dishwasher and fridge with ice maker and cold filtered water. Owner and nearby property manager are fantastic to deal with. We will return

Perfect (again)

This was our second summer staying here. The pool and proximity to the beach (5 min walk) can’t be beat! The property manager is very easy to work with and responds quickly to all communications.

A delightful and comfortable retreat near the beach!

This 3 BR beach home was a wonderful place to relax and (for the two of us) to get away from winter for a month! It is on a quiet street; and just a 5 min.drive, without crossing any major highways, brings you to a little outdoor mall with a great supermarket, department store, several restaurants and other businesses. The house is very homey and comfortable, furnished with almost everything you might want or need during your stay. There is an open dining area adjoining the modern kitchen. Sitting at the spacious round table you can look out the french doors to the back yard, pool and partly covered patio. There you can sit at a roomy table in the shade or at another umbrella table to enjoy the sunshine. Beds are very comfortable. There is a roomy walk-in closet between 2 of the bedrooms, and a laundry room off the small bedroom. The 2 larger bedrooms have TVs, with a larger TV and several comfortable couches in the living room. This is a family owned and maintained home, and I can't say enough good things about Jenette and others of the family that we met. They were eager to answer any questions and to offer any assistance. We felt very well cared for. Also,everyone else that we met in the area was so friendly and helpful, from the neighbors, to the store clerks, to the people who fixed a problem we had with our rental car. I think there is some magic in the Florida sunshine that tends to promote a sunny disposition! There are many other things to do in the area, some excellent restaurants, and boutique shopping in the Flagler Street area--parks and boat tours, to name a few. We have very happy memories of our month in this beach home.

Great place for a relaxing vacation with small children!

We had a wonderful trip! The house was nice, clean, and well equipped with everything my family needed for our vacation. The owner was very good about answering my messages in a timely manner and was very kind. She was also very understanding as we had to cancel the first time we booked due to the hurricanes. We would definitely stay again. The in ground pool in a fenced in back yard and short distance to the beach were both ideal also.

Exactly what I was hoping for.

My week in NSB with my family was made so much more enjoyable because of this home. My 9 year olds loved the pool. One end of the pool is over 7 feet deep which made it even more fun. We walked to the beach several days. And at the end of the day when we were exhausted it was great to have a comfortable, clean, cool, and quiet place to relax.

The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family!

We spent a week in New Smyrna with a toddler and 11 month old. This house was perfect for our family. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with any utensils and dishes we needed. We enjoyed the pool and it was wonderful to have everything we needed for the beach right there waiting for us. We usually stay in Daytona Beach Shores, but opted to try New Smyrna this trip, and we were thrilled we did! The beach was not crowded at all, and there was plenty of delicious places to eat nearby. We also had a blast kayaking at JB's Fish Camp, which is right down the road. If you are looking for a relaxing, spacious, clean, family friendly place to stay for a trip to a beautiful beach, look no farther!

Fantastic, comfortable home and amazing host!

Great home, great location, great owner! My son graduated from college about 30 miles away so we decided to make a vacation of the trip. We ended up having 4 adults stay at the house and my son would hang out during the day. There was more than enough room, towels, beach/pool stuff, etc for all of us). The house is well stocked and I really appreciate the house rules allowing guest to use what is there (dish soap, TP, paper towels, detergent, etc) but if you use the last of something you are asked to replace it. This is so helpful, each renter ends up buying a few of these items as apposed to every renter having to buy all of the needed items. The beach is very close and it's a easy walk. We rented a golf cart only b/c my mother in law has COP and just can't walk much. There is a car entrance for the beach very close at 27th St, which is nice. When I walked to the beach verses riding, the house is so close that I would get to the beach well before the golf cart made it. As for the owner, I can not convey how amazing she is. She went above and beyond for us when we had a change of plans due to one of our dogs passing away back home (over 1000 miles away). Even before that loss, I have never rented from someone who is so quick to communicate and answer questions. It's evident she is a genuinely nice person.

Amazing and relaxing

This vacation home fulfilled all of our expectations and more.. a very quick walk to the beach and so close you can sit on the porch at night and hear the waves crashing.. The pictures are exactly as it is no disappointments. We as parents were able to relax and the kids could enjoy themselves by the pool or the beach. The owner and her sister are very helpful and always available if you need anything. We will definitely return .

My family and I live in Ohio, and purchased this beach house because we have been coming to New smyrna Beach for 25+ years, and fell in love with the area. We have family that live one street over, so its great to be able to have a home here for extended stays!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It’s only one street away from my sister-in-law, so we always feel safe knowing that she is able to keep an eye on it for us when we are not there. Our home is just across the street from the beach, and having a pool was an added plus for us! We are literally 3 houses off A1A at 16th Ave, with beach access just across the street at 15th, 16th, and 17th streets !

Private(but unsupervised) pool, in a peaceful enclosed backyard. Plenty of Beach supplies including a cart. Local restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
