casa de nueva construcción (julio de 2016) con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños ofrece 1,850 p / c de espacio habitable con una amplia vista de la viña desde todas las habitaciones. acabados y muebles de lujo ofrecen un ambiente tranquilo que no va a querer salir! Disfrutar de las bastantes alrededores de la viña y el rancho de entre las excursiones de cata de vinos en el Valle de Edna. Un amplio patio con construido en la chimenea de gas y barbacoa ofrece una amplia oportunidad para relajarse mientras disfruta de la vista sin igual.

Perfection!

The Vineyard Cottage was a perfect retreat for our holiday getaway. The house is beautifully appointed, very private, with views across the vineyards and California hills that soothe the soul. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast, but you will have to bring seasonings, oils, and other condiments as needed. We knew this in advance so we were prepared. The property offers much to enjoy and I’d highly recommend it for your future trip to the central coast.

The Green Ranch is beautiful...we did multiple walks with our dogs and family. the view from the vineyard cottage is breathtaking. the house is clean modern and the furniture is high quality. I love this place.

Immaculate, roomy, scenic house located among wine vineyards and a working farm. 3 families stayed comfortably. TVs in every room, beautifully stocked kitchen, gorgeous patio. We can’t wait to come back!!!!

Paradise!

This property is even better than described! The setting is sublime and everything is cared for immaculately. While our group didn’t use it- the common area pool and bbq is inviting and looks like it should be in a magazine!

#1 Friendcation Location

My group of friends have been throwing almost yearly group outtings for over 20 years. Our group now includes kids and numbers around 35. We’ve stayed at a few different ranch style properties over the years and Green Gate is hands down the best property I’ve experienced. The whole weekend everyone in the group talked about how great it was and a repeat visit would be great. The location is excellent- one feels so secluded but the market is only 15min away and a 11pm Mexican food delivery is not a problem. 10/10 - would recommend

Absolutely gorgeous home inside and out.

This was almost the perfect home and deserves 5 stars. I stay at many Vrbo rentals and this is in the top 3. My only recommendation to the property owner is to provide a bit more necessary items that would have made this stay perfect. The knives were so dull we had to carve a beautiful and expensive piece of tritip steak with a bread knife. It would have been nice to have a few more basic items like salt & pepper, spices and tin foil/saran wrap that is common in all rentals I have experienced. I had to run to the store multiple times to pick things up I would of expected to be included. I realize many choose to go out to eat on vacation, but I love to cook and although the dishes, glassware, etc. were beautiful, basics such as rubber spatulas and a knife sharpener were unavailable. Otherwise, it is the perfect relaxing escape in the Edna Valley region. I will definitely return, we loved it.

Nancy Meyers would be Jealous!

This is an impeccably decorated property hidden in a peaceful Oasis of San Luis Obispo. My only disappointment is that I only stayed for two nights. I won’t make that mistake again. This property served as the perfect anchor to a fabulous weekend with friends. I felt straight out of a Nancy Meyers film. All pictures are accurately represented and even more gorgeous in person. Being able to come back up the quiet hill and hide away from everyone at the end of the day was a treat. I look forward to visiting the property in the future! If you want to stay here, act quick, their calendars are always booked and for good reason! Highly recommend!

Fantastic ranch stay in beautiful surroundings

We love greengate so much it has come an annual tradition for the family. The house is fantastic, well-stocked and super comfortable. The grounds are in great shape and we enjoy the pool and hot tub so much. It really feels like we are tucked away in a little corner of heaven. It is close enough to downtown that it is serviced by both Instacart and Doordash. If you plan to cook, bring your own condiments.

Gorgeous setting for a getaway

We wanted somewhere we could go and not have to leave. This was our second trip to Greengate. We brought all of our food and cooked in. Fantastic 3 bed 3 bath house with an open floor plan and full kitchen. Great outdoor seating area with couches and chairs and a fire pit. Relaxation at its best. You can walk the grounds and see the grapes in the spring and summer. There are animals on the farm too who are fun to visit. Big pool and really nice jacuzzi too. Can’t wait to return again!

Gorgeous property

We stayed in the Vineyard Cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house is very clean and well decorated with comfy linens. The views from the house are stunning and we were all blown away by the sunsets. The pool area was deluxe. Loved playing bocce and swimming/ hot tubbing. Highly recommend!

Amazing property

Beautiful home, views and property. Jenna, the property manager, was very helpful in making local recommendations. Our kids loved running around the property and checking out the horses, dogs and chickens. The pool area was very comfortable and well maintained. Decor in the home was very well done. We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful house with great views!

We enjoyed our stay at the Vineyard cottage and had a great time. The property is absolutely amazing and the views of the vineyard from the house are to die for. The beds are very comfortable and the fire place patio area is amazing to hang out with your group.

Amazing Getaway

This was our second stay at this property. We stayed in the Carriage House the first time and the Vineyard Cottage this time. I love this property!! It is so beautiful and nicely maintained. The outdoor firepit at the Vineyard Cottage was amazing and we spent most of our time outside. The location is great - just a quick drive into SLO.

I almost don’t want to recommend the property because we want to be able to come back as often as possible and not have it fully booked! Property is just as described and as so enjoyed our stay.
