Un apartamento en planta baja totalmente equipado en un hermoso entorno como en casa.

Berkshire Lakes es una comunidad residencial privada exclusiva que está a solo 5 millas del centro de Naples y la playa. Nuestro apartamento es una unidad de 2 cama 2 baño en la planta baja y es casi 1400 pies cuadrados. Está totalmente climatizado y completamente amueblado, con todo, desde toallas hasta cubiertos, no guardamos nada y hasta dejamos cajas frías y sillas de playa para que uses, un verdadero hogar lejos del hogar.
A través de la sala principal, te acercas al área de la cocina y la sala de estar. La sala de estar / comedor cuenta con puertas corredizas en el balcón encantador que le permite disfrutar de la gloria de la Florida al aire libre.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble con vestidor y un baño con ducha / WC a ras de suelo.
El segundo dormitorio tiene sus propios armarios empotrados.
También hay un segundo cuarto de baño.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, como nevera con máquina de hielo, horno y lavavajillas.
El suelo está enmoquetada y cuenta con azulejos de cerámica en la cocina y las zonas húmedas.
También nos enorgullecemos de la ubicación de la unidad en el área de Newcastle de Berkshire Lakes que está a poca distancia de la piscina comunitaria o si prefiere la piscina de la casa club y las canchas de tenis están a 5 minutos a pie del gran lago Berkshire. Más del 75% de nuestros clientes son inquilinos que regresan.

Se trata de una unidad de diez minutos a la moda de la Quinta Avenida o saltando Third Street y las hermosas playas de arena blanca del centro de Nápoles y el muelle. Disfrutar de buena comida, teatros y tiendas de moda. En la playa, disfrute del azul turquesa del Golfo de México, donde disfrutará viendo delfines, pelícanos y otras aves playeras. No hay nada más hermoso que un atardecer en las playas de Nápoles.

My wife and I loved this place. It had everything we needed, and was very clean. the owner and manager Debbie took good care of Us. We want to return next year.

We are very pleased

The unit was 15 minutes from the beaches, restaurants, and shopping which was great. It was fully stocked with everything you might need to enjoy your stay. The owner and housekeeper were very nice and was more than willing to do whatever they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

A wonderful month October 2017.

A wonderful month This was a very nice condo. It had all of the needed supplies. Location was wonderful, just 10-15 minutes to the beaches of Naples. The communal pool was warm and never busy and a great way to unwind after a long walk on the soft sand beaches. The Berkshire lake's community left me feeling safe and secure. It was close to shopping and dining. As stated in the listing you get the feeling this is a true home from home, not just a holiday rental.The Bluetooth speaker and printer were most welcome. It was a great value for our month there, I would look to go back there again. Robert and Jannet Carson.

Great location, wonderful vacation!

What a great place to stay while on vacation! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida due to this unit. It had everything we needed to ensure a fun, relaxing time...close proximity to the beach (20 Minutes by car), easy access to the swimming pool and tennis courts, near-by restaurants, a beautiful environment, and a fully equipped unit. The listing was accurate (location, layout, and amenities). The property was very well maintained. I received an immediate answer when I had a question. If we vacation in the area again, this is where we want to stay. We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. We rate this property as 5 stars! Roger and Susannah

A Very Accurate And Fair Listing.

This lovely two bed two bath Condo is nicely furnished with a lovely large patio overlooking the pleasant tropical gardens. We really liked the size of this apartment and having two bathrooms (nice walk in shower too) and a big fully equipped kitchen. The complex, Berkshire Lake's is in an enviable position, it's a quiet residential area but only 10 minutes to to great restaurants, grocery stores and 15 minutes to the beach. There is a publix supermarket and most of the other services you may need - all within an easy walk. And, you are only minutes drive to the I-75 Well under an hour to Fort Myers airport, and even Miami is only 90 minutes away - so lots of places to go. The parking is spacious and undercover - easy. The Condo had internet and television (older style) with all the stations that you could need - there is even a printer in the living room The owner, Mr. Cooper, - made sure that we had everything we needed to arrive at the right destination at the right time, and that everything was in order for all of our months stay. Anyone, families or couples, should enjoy a stay at this Home. The area has many offerings from tourist activities - zoo, horse riding mountain biking etc and there are many great restaurants to recommend. Our favorite (not cheap) is Osteria Tulia 5th Ave. - as a place to chill with a drink, or fine dining the Ritz Carlton hotel in Vanderbilt Beach is exemplary - and their beach club (a few miles to the west) is awesome - they have big luxury loungers on the edge of the sand - where you can be wined and dined in your own draped cabana and enjoy the sounds of the waves and views of the blue Golf, then come back to the privacy of this lovely condo on Newcastle on Berkshire lake county club one of the nicest in Naples.(But please note there is No Restaurant, Bar or Clubhouse) Go and enjoy yourselves!

We experienced great weather. Walk to shopping center with many amenities. Short drive to beaches.

Condo needs to be updated. Two pools and walking paths were very nice. Heavy traffic throughout the day.

This is the third time we have stayed at this Apartment on Berkshire Lake’s. We still can't find a reason to find a different place to go for a family vacation in Florida! We liked the updates to the condo and bought one of the chairs they had in the bedroom from World Market. Soon as you walk in it is like a home away from home! We had one issue which Debbie sorted out the same day. We always go to Lowdermilk Park which is 15 minutes’ drive and the beach towels, chairs and cool boxes were so welcome. There are tennis rackets supplied and we played at the clubhouse and found the courts to be first class. The Owners customer service is the best I’ve come across He’s in the U.K but called us at the condo to check all was O.K. The day before our Departure we had car trouble and had to stay two extra days would you believe the owner let us stay in the apartment at no charge. Can't wait to go again. You won't regret a stay at this condo or in Naples.

Frühjahr 2016

Frühjahr 2016 Wir haben 3 sehr schöne Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Sie befindet sich in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Fotos werden der Wohnung gerecht. Der Lanai ist größer als erwartet, es war sogar Platz für 2 Liegen. Wir haben das Frühstück in der Morgensonne sehr genossen. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die gute Ausstattung mit Strandstühlen und Sonnenschirmen mit Strandbohrer. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis 👍🏻 top Adalheida

We struck gold

We promised ourselves that when we retired, we would spend the winter in sunnier climes. Having visited South West Florida before, we decided that Naples in Florida would be our ideal location, However, we felt that finding the ideal place to stay would be more of a challenge. We struck gold with Graeme and Ann’s apartment in Berkshire Lakes. As soon as we walked in, it felt like home. It was so very comfortable and spacious. Everything you need for a perfect holiday was in place – from the beach chairs to the free telephone calls. Not only that, Graeme and Ann had supplied us with valuable information in what we referred to as the “Bible” essential for the first time visitor – places to visit, contact details for help, directions, instructions for equipment, etc was all there. It made such a difference – the recommended Lowdermilk Park beach was a particular favourite of ours. Naples and surrounding South West Florida is an enchanting and friendly place with plenty to see, visit and enjoy whatever your taste. Berkshire Lakes is a delightful area with easy access to many amenities including within walking distance of the Berkshire Commons Plaza of shops, eating places, banks and supermarket. Our daily constitutional around the lakes was a particular favourite and our opportunity to savour the delights of warmer temperatures in winter. Berkshire Lakes is a beautiful quiet and friendly community – enjoying the community pool was a chance to chat to the residents, vacationers and snowbirds. On our last night, we attended the monthly Pot Luck Dinner! But it was our apartment that provided the most enjoyment. Graeme asked us if there was anything that could be improved or changed. We could think of nothing we would change. It was just perfect.

November is a lovely Month in Naples.

2015 was my retirement year and we had a lot going on so did not get to Naples to November, what a nice month to be in South -west Florida. Our month long stay in this apartment was just perfect it is situated on a lovely quiet dead end street in a residential area but walking distance to shops and restaurants and an excellent base for our trip to Naples The apartment was clean, spacious and decorated in a style that suited the property so well and was indeed very comfortable with all the amenities you could need. We love the fair all in price with included everything even calls back to the U.K (The owner understood we had parental care responsibilities and even made sure we had the phone number of the apartment before we left the U.K) There is free undercover parking. We were there in November and I joined the men's tennis league and was made to fell most welcome. The Owner is just so fair we chipped a piece of glass he dealt with it and never charged us. Dr and Mr Wilson-Turnersmith.

Very Well Appointed Condo

The accommodation was as described, in excellent condition. Everything needed was provided, including beach umbrellas and chairs, cool box,and beach towels this is so nice with you are travling from the U.K and can one bring 1 case each. Pleny of towels and bedding were at the condo.There is a very attractive outlook and we enjoyed seeing the variety of birds from our lanai. We found Graeme to be very helpful, and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone.Debbie there House-manger was so nice and Cycled round and let us back in when we locked ourselfs out. Berkshire Lakes was very well kept and we particularly appreciated the swimming pool which was large and very well maintained ( and very quiet in August) Berkshire Lakes is well situated for travelling to Naples, where we enjoyed the beach, pier and the trolley ride(particularly with Wayne, a very well informed driver/guide). Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, the Oasis Center and the Double R's Fishing and Tour Company gave a really interesting opportunity to see manatees, alligators, and other wildlife. We enjoyed the beach At Lowdermilk Park, and the variety of birds around the Eagle Lakes Community Park. We hope to return in 2016.

We fell in love with the lakes and open spaces on Berkshire lakes. We also love the fact that it is a quiet residential area and we have great neighbors.

Our Condo is not the swankiest apartment in Naples but we try and make it one of the most comfortable and easiest to use. We try and make it a home from Home and don't want you it feel like a renter we want you to feel like A friend.
