Apartamento de nivel inferior recientemente terminado en un vecindario seguro y tranquilo. Lleno de luz con techos de 10-12 pies y más de 1000 pies cuadrados. La decoración es contemporánea. El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y vestidor. Combinación de sala y comedor con TV de pantalla grande, chimenea con registros de gas y una biblioteca de materiales de lectura. La mesa de comedor de tamaño completo podría ampliarse si tiene compañía. La cocina cuenta con placa de cocina, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, refrigerador grande y todos los platos, vasos, utensilios, ollas, sartenes que necesitará para cocinar, incluso su propio mezclador Kitchenaid. Puede usar mi lavadora / secadora con notificación. Entrada privada por camino iluminado alrededor de la casa. Estacionamiento en entrada. Wi-Fi gratuito e impresora inalámbrica. The room was very clean and spacious. The host was very welcoming and always available if we needed anything. Even though the room was in the lower level of the house, it had high ceilings and was well equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. A full kitchen, 2 comfy couches and a TV, in which we were able to log into all of our streaming apps. With a walk out door and patio, we had great privacy and easy coming and going. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay

Had a wonderful trip to KC. Anita is a gracious and helpful host. The apartment was lovely and well equipped. Very homey feeling and couldn’t have asked for anything additional. Would definitely love to stay there again when we come back next year.

Anita is a wonderful host. The place is clean, and classy. I felt very safe. The neighborhood is very nice. I would stay again in a heart beat! The mattress was great, too!!

I so enjoyed my stay here. Anita, was amazing. She is a wonderful host. The apartment had everything I needed. It was very clean and comfy. We really enjoyed visiting with Anita. On our next and all future visits to Kansas we will be book with her.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The only thing that didn't work was the ice maker on the refrigerator but since I didn't need ice to enjoy my stay so II made no comment to Anita. I hope to stay in her apartment next year.

Modern & Bright

Anita was a great host! The apartment is beautiful and equipped with everything I needed. It doesn't feel like a basement apartment with the tall ceilings and the sun coming in the windows and cheery decor. The location is centrally located to restaurants, walking/biking trails and entertainment. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. You won't regret staying here.

Anita was responsive and tried hard to respond and answer questions. We could not get the television to work and the gas fireplace was difficult to light. Because if this we didn’t use and we would have enjoyed it. The television seemed to be a synchronized problem with the cable company. The location is wonderful with walking trails, great restaurants and many amenities close by.

Home Away from Home

My sister and I loved this place. It was beautifully and lovingly decorated. I enjoy cooking, and the kitchen had everything I needed (in fact, it was a nicer kitchen than I have at home). It was so comfortable and welcoming: fireplace, bookshelves for browsing, throws for snuggling. I would have happily stayed for months. And the owner is a lovely person who made us feel right at home. Even the neighbors were friendly!! Seriously cannot find a single negative thing to say about our stay. It was wonderful. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, a short drive from lots of fun KC activities.

I don't know where to begin...everything about this property and the owner is nothing short of amazing. We're from TX, and I was very nervous about my son staying in Kansas for school, alone. After speaking with the owner from the first conversation, I felt nothing but relief. Once we arrived and I met the owner and saw the property in person, I was in awe. The online photos do not do justice for all the details of the apartment. The location is GREA8! This is truly a home away from home....a gem....I love this place....you will not be disappointed. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that my son also loved Lenexa, and he isn't normally impressed by much. This is definitely my go to place for Kansas...all you need is your luggage...the apartment is fully equipped, and close to shopping and restaurants.

Stay at Christmastime

I found Anita to be a warm and welcoming host. She made sure everything was to my liking during my week long stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a favorable location. I particularly enjoyed the kitchen area stocked with everything you may need and the gas fireplace. I felt warm and secure there.

spacious, conveniently located suburban apartment

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had most things you would need for cooking, and the apartment was very clean. We could not get the gas fireplace to work and did not have time to address the issue with the owner, but we found a space heater which sufficed. The living room area and work desk were comfortable and attractive. We would stay again!
