Check in was easy and the check out process was not super involved and didn't take very long. We found things clean and all the amenities that we needed.

Perfect for Family Geraway!

We brought our kids and their spouses down to run the Snow Canyon Half and Golf. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed to come and go with the activities we had! Location was great for all we wanted to do! Instructions to get there and get in were perfect! Thank you for helping with such a fun vacation!

Just right

We have stayed at Ledges many times and this seemed to be one if the best properties. Very clean enough space and lots of bathrooms. We love ledges because it is like home away from home.

I love the location near the red bluffs. The property was very clean and nice. We wished the owners bikes were not locked side by side in the garage next to where we parked. Thank you for a lovely property

Great experience

This rental was clean and had everything we expected and more. Aside from some low water pressure in the upstairs bathroom it was the perfect accommodation. We’ll definitely look into using ledges vacation homes again for future trips.

A beautiful oasis of peace in nature’s splendor.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful resort. It looked exactly like the online pictures and was exactly as described. The kids (and parents) loved the pool. We were able to get peace and rest so we were ready for our next adventure. Thank you for having us as your guests.

Wonderful property!

So nice being so close to the bike trail and Snow Canyon. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need and then some (waffle iron, BlendTec blender). The upstairs patio was so nice with the fire table going at night. Bed was very comfortable and it was very nice t have a garage to keep our bikes. Loved it! It was incredibly quiet too for being a busy area.

The cooking pans were good quality and they had plenty of spices and dishes. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Had a couple of questions for the manager and they responded quickly. Loved the decks and patio as well as the pool and pickleball courts. Great little getaway for us all!

Loved this Condo!!

We loved this condo!! it was clean, decorated beautifully, in a great location to the pools, and met our needs perfectly. There were plenty of comfy beds, places to sit and room for our group of 7. The kids had a great time playing the Nintendo Switch and we loved the balcony with a fire pit to sit around and talk at the end of the day. The only thing is that I wish the people that are using the beds in the loft had somewhere to put their clothes, like a dresser or closet instead of just keeping them in a suitcase. But that being said, it's not something that would make us not come back because we loved everything else so much. We definitely recommend this house.

It was clean and in a beautiful location close to St. George.It was a little disturbing to choose it and then have to sign documents saying that if the unit was sold we would have to move to another one. We chose the unit because it had the right number of beds and bathrooms for us. It would have been disturbing to then end up somewhere else.
