Con la vista de las copas de los árboles, mientras se encuentra de vacaciones en este bosque de Altos Pinos, con esta casa de vacaciones recientemente remodelada, con 3 habitaciones, 3 baños, luminosa y bien decorada, ¡con una rápida caminata de 5 minutos hasta el LAGO! A pie de restaurantes, cerca del pueblo y las laderas! ¡Tu niño interior AMARÁ esta escapada!

MEJOR UBICACIÓN: 3 cuadras del LAGO y Meadow Park, a unos 5 minutos a pie. 1/3 milla de distancia. ¡CERCA DE LAS PISTAS DE ESQUÍ! Cerca de Village, Slopes, Lake! 1 milla al este del pueblo e incluso más cerca de Snow Summit Ski Resort. Restaurantes, tiendas y actividades en minutos.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The king master bedroom with its private bathroom was great, along with a second bedroom with its own bathroom as well. That was upstairs along with living, dining room and kitchen. Downstairs was a game room, bedroom and sitting room. Nice layout with private yard. Nice and pretty quiet, but you could hear some neighborhood noises. Also, the water heater outside the master bedroom made some knocking noises.

nice cabin, fun stay. property management office has no sign. Be aware its in the hot tub store. We drove by twice before walking in. A simple A frame sign out front would be great since they require you to go there first. All else was easy and fun.

Cons:-Not cleaned as good before arrival. I don't expect shining everything but you can see areas that never get cleaned and should be.-No toiletries.-Not sure if they change the bed comforters after every guest.-Run out of water after 3 regular showers but house has a 10 people capacity.-Couch kinda old looking.OTHER THAN THAT IT'S A BEAUTIFUL HOME!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The host/manager was super accommodating and responsive—very guest-focused. The location is central—easy access to all the local amenities. Kitchen well equipped—pretty much all you need for all types of food prep. Bring a meat thermometer. Bring briquettes for the BBQ—basic Weber is provided. The kitchen/great room/dining room is perfect for entertaining and socializing; nice deck for morning coffee. You do need to dispose of your own garbage—but the city garbage facility is 3 minutes away—easy in and out. In summary—this cabin was perfect for our needs. Hope to stay again!

Mid Week Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice. After we arrived in the home a representative from the mgmt company came to advise that the home needed to be cleaned. He said he needed an hour or so and for us to please leave for a while. Then after seeing beds made and towels in bathroom he said it had been cleaned and he only needed 15 min to replace candy on counter and coffee packets. Home was fairly clean. It had probably sat for a while before it was rented again and could have used another cleaning. Home didn't smell clean. Could be from the carpets upstairs that probably could use a cleaning. There was trash/tissues under master bed and a necklace from previous guest was on the foor. Hot water ran out our 1st night mid shower and we had to wait for it to fill up again to shower. Hot water heater is located in hallway outside bedrooms and was quite loud. Downstairs was way too cold to sleep so we made due with only upstairs area. Home was spacious and mudroom and laundry facilities were a plus. We paid more booking on Airbnb and probably would not do that again to avoid fees. Home was not equipped with any additional trash bags which were needed especially since we were responsible for removing all trash from the home. Overall our stay was nice but could have been better for what we paid.

Rude and unhelpful staff

We rent multiple times a year but the experience we had this time in Big Bear with bigbearlakefrontcabins is the worst so far. We never had to deal with such rude and unhelpful people. We reached rental office (that is a mile away from house we rented) after 3:30 PM since the check in time was 4 PM. We were told that once the cabin is ready, we will get email notification with entry password. This was expected to take few minutes but took hours. We were able to get into house only at 6:30 PM. Reason being the house was not cleaned after the previous renter left. Given that the checkout time is 10 AM, it took them 8 hr and 30 min to get house ready for us. During the time we were waiting for house to be ready we made several calls to the office to find out what is going on and every single time we were told by the manager that they cannot do anything since we have signed a contract with them and now, we will have to suffer only. They did not take into consideration that we have kids and older family member with us and kept us waiting for 2:30 hr outside the house in a cold winter night. They treat you like you made a mistake by renting their property and we are legally bound to be treated badly. Every time we called them to find out ETA; when the house will be ready, or when is your cleaning crew coming, we were told they will call use back in a short while but never got a call. The house is just a vanilla, no entertainment just beds to sleep. That’s it. No heating downstairs that makes 1 bedroom useless. Almost no lake view but they claim its lake front cabin. Not worth the pain to deal with such people, stay away from this property.

However it was not very clean. The bedding had stains, the bathroom counters were dirty, the furniture in the house was old. for examples the sofas had stains on it, the room downstairs with the trundle when you open it, there was dust every where. The extra blankets were put in a closet on the floor. The rental had one trash bag and one paper towel, so you need to buy that. Basic amenities in the house were lacking.
