Suitable for people of all physical abilities with wheelchair access, ramps and walk in showers. We welcome your well behaved pets too.

Easy driving distance to the Great Ocean Road and close the attractions of Point Lonsdale and Queenscliffe. It is also a short drive from the popular Bellarine Peninsular wineries and restaurants. Close to both surf and bay beaches and the only dog off leash beach in area, is an ideal place to relax and unwind.

Weekend Away with friends

Beautifully maintained property. Beds are extreamly comfortable and the entire house has a lovely air of victorian elegance.

Great family stay.

We celebrated my fathers 80th birthday with family and the property was perfect for all of us . Clean , well stocked and comfortable . The little touches were well appreciated.

Perfect Setup for Family Reunion

The property was the perfect setup for a family reunion, with 14 of us spread across the house and units, which were all very spacious and clean. The main house accommodated all of us at meal times and gatherings, and the kitchens were well equipped for cooking feasts. There are plenty of spaces indoors and outdoors for children to explore and adults to relax. The beach is a short walk away and shops at Queenscliff and Port Lonsdale are within 5-10 minutes' drive. Being on a busy road there is some traffic noise in the main house, however the units are very peaceful. Thanks Sue for being such a thoughtful and responsive host.

A home away from home

Lonsdale Palms is a great house close to the beach with nice gardens and plants, comfortable wherever you are. It is really cosy, spacious, well kept and everything works ok. The host, Sue is really kind, approachable and she was available at any time, There was a welcome basket with delicious treats (coffee, cookies, wine, chocolates, etc) waiting for us when we arrived . And the cherry on the top is that my mother has mobility problems and she was easily moving around the house with the walker & the wheelchair, she was really happy and enjoyed those days very much, which makes us happy too as a family. I highly recommend to stay at Lonsdale Palms and we will be surely coming back soon.

Perfect venue for special family weekend

This property suited our family event perfectly. The main house was very well set out for all of us to gather together, and the 2 smaller cottages provided space for people to have ‘time out’ when needed. The kitchens in the 3 houses were very well-equipped. There were many relaxing ‘spaces’, both inside and out...from the cosy front sunroom to the secluded outside areas. The property owner left generous ‘Welcome’ hampers for all of us to enjoy, and the rooms were very comfortable with quality linen and furnishings. Lonsdale Palms is well-located, with access to many scenic walks, beach views, shopping opportunities and dining venues. We would certainly return to Lonsdale Palms, and would recommend the property for families and groups of friends. You will be impressed! Thank you Susanne!

A wonderful venue for an extended family weekend!

Lonsdale Palms was an excellent venue for our family weekend away. Nothing was missing and everything supplied was thoughtful, beds warm and comfortable, beautifully clean and so practical for our large group. I would highly recommend Lonsdale Palms to anyone.

Fabulous property

We had the best long weekend for my husbands 60th with our 5 kids & partners & 7 grandkids. Great location beautiful comfortable accommodation and the best equipped kitchens in the house & both cottages. Also a fabulous games room and outdoor areas. We would highly recommend this place!!!

Fantastic Family Christmas

We really appreciated the very well equipped accommodation for our get together over Christmas. My elderly mother was very comfortable. The location was great - in easy walking distance to the beach and not far from local shops to get everything you could need.

Beautiful Cottages in a lovely peaceful location

Booked out all cottages for a brilliant girls weekend - kitchen so well equipped with large bench areas and storage. Beds very comfortable - more than enough bathroom facilities for all. Accessibility features well thought out and so appreciated.We'll be back for sure .

Excellent Property

What a wonderful place to stay. All amenities are there for your enjoyment and Sue has taken a lot of time to ensure her guests are well provided for (including a bottle of wine and chocolates). Would highly recommend the Heritage House for families.

Brilliant place to relax

We all had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Lonsdale Palms. We had the house with the Billiard Table which was well used by the whole family. The dogs also had a ball, only minutes from the dog beach, and air conditioning which we don't have at home - a real treat. The kitchen setup was one of the first places we've ever stayed where I didn't need to use my knives I carry from home - superbly appointed with everything a family needs to cook and store food, from sharp knives to big deep casserole dishes and roasting trays. Thanks so much - we had a great time and will try to come back again maybe with extra family and take the bigger house at the front!

Fabulous Property

This property was absolutely perfect for our daughters wedding recently.  There was plenty of room for the bride, three bridesmaids and family members to all stay together and enjoy the entire lead up to the wedding.  From the hair stylists and makeup artist to the photographer there was plenty of room in the main Heritage House and the photos taken in the Heritage House with its 13' high ceilings and beautiful pieces of furniture were nothing short of amazing!  The photographer "Shot From The Heart" keep commenting on how perfect the house was for wedding photos.  The Heritage House and the two other cottages where extremely comfortable accommodating all our needs.  All were extremely well decked out from the spacious rooms with white bed linen, comfortable lounge areas, superb kitchens in all three houses and welcome baskets with chocolates and wine.  Will be going back!!

Thank you for a wonderful few days staying at Lonsdale Palms. The cottage was really well set up for wheelchair access, with all the comfortsof home, and beautifully designed to catch heaps of natural light. Adelightful place to stay. After a couple of days exploring the areawe discovered that we could even get down to the beach without taking the car whichwas a lovely change for us. No matter what your interests are, there is alwayssomething to keep you entertained on the BellarinePeninsula, and Wayne, Georgie and I will certainly be back atLonsdale Palms for more holidays in the future. If you are in awheelchair and you like the beach you will probably love Lonsdale Palms and PointLonsdale. I know I do. Robyn
