The weather was very kind to us during our stay. Nice to sit on the back deck and catch a glimpse of the sea. Steps were a bit of an issue as I had just damaged my meniscus in my knee, but managed.Great size yard for the fur baby.Thank you

Perfect location

Clean and tidy, close city centre and beach, great for the dog, some areas could do maintenance, however, overall a suitable place to stay.

Always a pleasure to stay.

An older house, but always clean and an enjoyable stay. Walking tracks to beach and breakwater are a 3 minute walk away. Everything else a 5 minute drive. Will stay again.

Home away from home

Very warm and comfortable home with nice views. Well kitted out. Clean and tidy. Comfortable beds. A real home away from home. Only criticisms are single bed bolts need tightening and a couple of flooring nails have lifted on floor as you enter the hallway from the kitchen. Otherwise loved our stay. Thankyou so very much.

Amazing ocean views!

This house was perfect for our stay in Warrnambool. It was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to see the ocean! Our dogs were very happy and the yard was secure. It was only a few minutes walk to the beach where our dogs could run leash free! We would definitely recommend this property.

I fell in love with the ocean views and the sound of the ocean.

I was very happy to see that Ocean Views lived up to what was promised. The location is central to shops and restaurants. The house was spotlessly clean with a well a equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable and a added bonus was hearing the sound of the ocean as I fell asleep. Stunning views of the ocean can be seen from the open plan living and dinning room. We were also able to park our 3 cars in the driveway.

Enjoyed our short stay in Warrnambool

It was clean throughout, and felt quite at home. Our little dog loved the back yard and we felt happy that she was in a secure area.The neighbourhood was very quiet and the trains didn't bother us at all. (its not like the frequent suburban time table)The house is close to the shops. The only complaint was there was a terrible cold draught by the dishwasher (coming from outside), but we put a rolled up tea towel to block out the cold air coming in. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

Surprise on arrival but overall an excellent week

We had an unexpected surprise once arrived, another man was already staying at the property. Not the household manager fault, only a man that supposed to be staying some where else. The manager was promptly available to rectify everything as the cleaner to quickly fix everything. The house is cozy and big enough for a family with kid and pets. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the manager letting us stay an extra hour and sending the cleaners to change our bed in the middle of the week. Great view and plenty of outdoor space, my son and the cats simply loved every second! We will be back!

Ocean Views

The property was spotlessly clean but requires a lot of maintenance, the paint was peeling inside and out which didn't ruin our visit but it certainly wasn't appealing to the eye and the latch on the gate was old and broken. The toilet was being repaired when we arrived and was a bit inconvenient having to return to the property to meet the plumber but the owner did stay in phone contact to let us know what was going on so that was a positive. There was a little mix up when I booked and it didn't show that our two children would also be with us but I sent emails at the time of booking and sorted it out and was advised that it wasn't a problem and that she would note it in her book. Obviously this info wasn't passed on as we only had two small bath towels between 4 of us which was disappointing. Overall its a good location being very central and having a view of the ocean was nice. Having our dogs allowed to be there was a bonus. Overall our visit was good but it would be nicer if the whole place had a fresh coat of paint.

Short Getaway

Generally it was a nice stay however there was a chicken schnitzel it a glass dish left in the microwave when we went to use it, the bbq was completely rusted and both myself and a friend’s allergies really played up. I can only assume there had been a cat in the property and probably on the beds as I was itching in one of the beds. There was also cat food in one of the cupboards.
