A lovely character two bedroom home. Located on a heritage street, 250m from the train station, walking distance to CBD, hospital, parks, beach & rail trial.
with renovated bathroom featuring a luxury bath, open plan kitchen living, large north facing back yard.

Welcome to Warrnambool
This is a two bedroom house that can accommodate up to 5 people. With views of the famous stands of Norfolk pines, it is perfectly located in the heart of Warrnambool, only steps away from the train station, hospital, cafes, restaurants, parks & beach.
-bedroom 1: features a pillow top queen size bed,
-bedroom 2 : has solid `Bunkers` king single bunk and a king single seperate bed (perfect for kids and adults).
-Bathroom recently renovated with luxury bath to soak in after a day at the work or exploring the many natural wonders
-The lounge is cosy and comfortable with large windows framing our wonderful Norfolk pines, leather couches, large TV and (2) split heater and air conditioner systems
-Kitchen recently updated to create a comfortable light filled open living space, with coffee pod machine, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and if you`re not up for cooking There are many restaurants, take away shops and pubs close by
- washing machine, and out door line and ironing facilities available
-Large north facing enclosed backyard, with plenty of space for kids to run around on the grass
- high chair, available
-All basics available, including toilet paper, tea & Coffee
- WIFI Internet is available for booking > 30 days.
This comes with an extra cost depending on the length of stay and internet and download requirements. Please contact host to discuss.
-Wonderful choice for professionals, singles, couples or families
You will have complete and private access to the entire house.
Generally self check in. However we`re only a phone call away.
In the event that we cannot coordinate a time to meet, check in instructions will be sent to you prior to your stay.
As our property is so central you can simply walk everwhere !
If you brought a car along, parking is available on Henna street or in the drive way.
WIFI Internet is available for booking > 30 days or more.
This comes with an extra cost depending on the length of stay and internet and download requirements. Please contact host to discuss and organise.
Dogs only
We love dogs, and know that they are a big part of people’s family. Being walking distance to a lot of things in warrnambool it makes sense for them to have a holiday too.
But we only accept dogs on request only, with a bit of information about them.
It is important that dogs don’t bark disturbing the neighbours and they are house trained and owners ensure they pick up after their dog.
Please respect our lovely home and ensure that dishes are cleaned and put away.
Rubbish and recycling are put out in the council bin.
Please turn off Heaters/ air conditioner when you leave the property
