Este espacioso retiro de dos pisos ofrece 4 habitaciones king size con camas king size en cada una, así como una habitación para niños con litera doble y 1 cama individual. Hay mucho espacio de entretenimiento por dentro y por fuera, así como 2 cocinas y 3 baños, espacio suficiente para llevar a la familia extendida durante unas semanas de tiempo en familia.

Ocean views meets countryside

We loved really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Views on Acres. Due to storms, the beaches were closed for most of our stay so it was great to have a lovely pool at our accommodation. There was plenty of space in the house with great views and a lovely balcony for meals. Our dog loved the enclosed vast yard to run around. The property is a short drive to Blackhead for groceries etc. We will definitely love to stay here when we return to the area.

Very enjoyable property

Great property for our 2 families. Up and downstairs living! Plenty of room and also plenty of space for pets! Only one gap in the fence for our dog but managed to stay clear from it! Pool area is nice although wasn’t clean Also checked in at the property at 14:30 where the cleaners were still there so wasn’t inside until around 3 Cleaning looked rushed and incomplete Would stay again for sure!

Wonderful Family Holiday

The kitchen was excellent with everything you would need to cook for a large number of people. The grounds were beautiful as was the pool. Check in was seamless. It was a very relaxing house with plenty of room for kids to play and kick a ball.

Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful and large, it was great for a family vacation and a lot cleaner than one of the other ones we stayed in at Diamond beach.It was nice that there was a pool as the beaches were too wavy for little ones.There were a few reasons why I didn’t give a 5 star rating in the other sections: the 5th bedroom with the bunk beds wasn’t actually a room rather an extension to the living room so it was luckily we had one member not attend otherwise it would’ve been a bit awkward.The bathroom downstairs wasn’t cleaned very well so it smelt like urine and the towel rack fell down towards the end of the trip as it was held up by white tape.Other than that property and stay was great!

An excellent holiday destination for families

We loved the property. Spacious and accommodating, with all the appliances you need. It was a bit hot in the bedrooms some nights with no fans or AC, but overall, we had a wonderful time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay here and we were all pleasantly surprised upon arrival, at the great value for money. The house was perfect for my husband, myself and our two children with their respective families, plus a couple of small dogs.The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable and clean, with great bedding.The weather was not too good, so didn't get to enjoy the outside balcony,bbq and garden area. Although some of us did use the pool,after having to fish out all the leaves, as it is unfortunately only cleaned fortnightly,which was a shame. Even saw a Kangeroo in the garden! Is really close to the beautiful beaches and is within a 10min walk to Diamond Beach.The road noise might put some people off, but as weather not too good we didn't need to have the windows open.The dogs were able to get under or over the garden fence, so you do need to keep an eye on them at all times. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful quiet location on the NSW mid north coast

The house is large and spacious and caters well for a group of friends. We were 3 families of 10 in total. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of appliances and it was very easy to cook for our group each day. The downstairs area has a moisture problem, which we assume was from all the recent rains. There was a strong moisture odour and many damp rid containers full of water. It was a little unpleasant during our stay, especially for those sleeping downstairs. The property has excellent grounds, much room for our kids and dogs to run around and play. The swimming pool a bit hit with our families. Note for those with dogs, the main front gate has a large 20cm gap at the bottom and our dogs did escape through this. It was stressful. There was also a gap in the wire at the back of the property our dogs could also crawl under. It was however lovely to be able to bring our dogs on holidays and we appreciate properties that are dog friendly. The Diamond Beach area is lovely and the beach is a short drive away. There is quite a lot to do from Forster - Diamond Beach and we filled our days easily. The house is a good location. It is set along side the main road and traffic noise is noticeable. The booking process was easy on Stayz however the property is managed by a local group and communications were lacking prior to our arrival. Questions went unanswered and the welcome letter we received on entry contradicted some info within the house compendium. It would be much easier if the house compendium was emailed to guests prior to arrival as it had lots of useful information that would have made packing and the beginning of our stay easier. Overall we had a lovely time and with a few tweaks can recommend this home for holidays.

House perfect for a group

Will start with the positives, the house was large with plenty of seating and space for our group of 10 adults. Beds were comfortable and house was stocked with all the basics needed in the kitchen. Negatives we received a call from the real estate with concerns from the owner who drove past and saw six cars even though the property was booked for 10 adults. The fridge and freezer had remaining old food left which made it difficult to determine what was ours. Overall the house was great with large entertaining areas and ocean views.

Everything you need

The pictures don't do the house justice. It is a big, nicely furnished and comfortable house that accommodated my extended family with a teenagers retreat downstairs. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are super comfy and the property is pretty and very well maintained. The only issue was the hot water was not enough for a bath in the beautiful bathroom ensuite.

Home away from home

We had a great time at the property, which was set up just like home. We had everything that we needed. House is spacious and fenced, so the dog was safe and had heaps of room too. The kids had their own space downstairs, which gave the grown ups some freedom to play games or watch TV without worrying about the kids. The beach is only a short walk away. The owners have catered for everything and well thought through what any guests would need. We would love to visit again.
