Enjoy sitting on the balcony listening to the ocean waves with the sea breeze

The main house contains an open plan kitchen with modern appliances (microwave, oven and dishwasher), living and meals areas. There is a large deck which is perfect for afternoon drinks and nibbles. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house, 1 with a queen bed, the other with 2 single beds, both containing built in robes. The bathroom is luxurious and is equipped with a free standing bath and large shower with a rain shower head.

An added feature of this house is an adjoining fully renovated studio, equipped with a queen sized bed, kitchenette, meals area and ensuite.

The studio and main house both feature split-system reverse cycle air conditioners, new 55" flat screen smart TVs and unlimited WIFI.

The laundry contains a washing machine and dryer.

The house has a full enclosed backyard with a clothes line.

A $700 security deposit is required on each booking.

*Linen is provided- *Please ensure if you choose to book this property, that the correct amount of guests are included as linen will only be provided for guests confirmed. PLEASE NOTE: Linen for bunk beds will be supplied but top & bottom bunks will NOT be made up.*

Great house

The house is renovated and was immaculately clean. Kitchen is well stocked and location is great. It does not have a coffee machine but there is a good cafe 2 blocks away. I would recommend the house. Wr had to take our own linen as it is not supplied-booking agent advised they would contact us to organise hire but didn’t and after 3 emails and a voice message over 2 weeks they contacted me on the day we were checking in to acknowledge email and advise it was too late. Very frustrating. When we arrived there were no keys in the location they had nominated so we had to call. To their credit they arrived quickly with a set of keys - but not a great experience with the booking agency.

Family gathering

Perfect space for our family to spend time together. The proximity to the beach is wonderful, as well as the local takeout spots. Plenty of room for kids to play. The house has all the modern comforts. This is our second time coming and we will continually book her for our down time

It was immaculately clean and perfectly located close to a little nest of shops with a beautiful cafe. The beach is a short stroll and perfect for spotting dolphins. The communication was perfect- they sent through all of the relevant info in plenty of time. We will definitely be back to stay again.

It was very well equiped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including quality appliances that all worked well. The interior was modern and light and the open plan layout was very functional.The quiet location is ideal for exploring the Manning Valley region. Diamond Beach is only a short walk. Local walks around Black Head are also recommended.

This property looks simple from outside but inside is very well stocked, has all the facilities you need and is a very comfy home in a quiet street close to the beach. Everything was top notch. Cannot fault, except the flood light in the driveway stays on constantly even after a hard reset.

A quiet street and comfortable house

Perfect for a quiet beachside stay

With its attached studio, this two bedroom house can easily accommodate six people. The large open plan kitchen, dining & lounge is a bright airy communal space. Storage was incredible! Loved it’s easy access to the beach for sunrise walks each morning. Only drawback is the distance to the nearest supermarket.
