Brookside Cottage lo tiene todo! Una casa de huéspedes acogedora, totalmente renovada, de concepto abierto con vistas exquisitas, Brookside es perfecta para una escapada de campo o una base de esquí. Ubicado en Hills of the Headwaters, se encuentra cerca de varias áreas de conservación, incluidas Boyne y Mono Cliffs. Senderismo, esquí, golf, raquetas de nieve y ciclismo están a la mano. Ofrecemos 32 acres de senderos boscosos y campos para caminar o andar con raquetas de nieve. La zona cuenta con numerosos restaurantes, boutiques, mercados, museos y artesanos locales. Estamos a 15 minutos de Mansfield Ski Club y Hockley Resort, y 45 minutos de Blue Mountain y Wasaga Beach. Ideal para parejas, aventureros en solitario o una familia pequeña. Somos perros amigables y bienvenidos perros bien educados y socializados.

En el interior, detalles en madera rústica complementan las comodidades modernas. En la calefacción por suelo radiante, el área de la ducha lo mantendrá caliente durante el invierno y la nueva cocina completamente equipada está abierta a la sala de estar, la chimenea y el área de entretenimiento. Arriba hay un pequeño loft y un dormitorio con una cama de matrimonio. Excellent accommodations and a well stocked cabin. The three of us and our dog were very comfortable during our 3-day stay. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property and meeting the horses. Communications with the owners was great before and throughout our stay.

This was everything we wanted in a quiet getaway for two plus our dog. The property was gorgeous and well maintained. Impossible not to feel relaxed with the long, country views and clean air. Very pet friendly and accommodating. Our dog is all kinds of anxious, so he loved having so much open space to himself to run around then being able to relax indoors with his humans. There was even trails on the property through fields and forests we could go through with him. The kitchen also impressed me, it was well supplied with every cooking apparatus you’d need and the knives were sharp, something I find is rare at BnBs. The propane fireplace that heats the place was easy to use as was the space heater upstairs in the comfy bedroom. The heated shower room floor was also always appreciated. The furniture and decor was also very nice. A pet peeve/joke amongst my friends is when you visit a cottage and it’s decorated with way too many LiveLaughLove, Wine O’clock, Lake This Way etc signage. I was so pleased there was none of that here! There was nice art on the walls. It was hygge, not cheugy if that makes sense to anyone reading this. There was also a bird feeder right next to the dining room window which attracted constant activity. Got a couple good shots of birds for my Merlin app from the comfort of indoors. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for any couples looking to fully relax and unwind.

Me and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon. We had an excellent experience, everything was as advertised. Great location, quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we could ever need and the property was fantastic. The hosts were a delight. We enjoyed the gazebo, the firepit and sitting on the front porch having coffee. We barbequed our dinners and fed carrots to the horses for breakfast. We loved to give belly rubs to the dogs and we couldn't have asked for more.

We loved every part of Brookside. It was very clean, organized,everything was available and well thought out, the grounds were beautiful, the horses were fun to pet, the gazebo and games were fun, Wi-Fi access was very good, transportation was fine once we acclimated ourselves. We look forward to going back again.

Comfortable, tastefully appointed and perfect in everyway.Hosts were friendly and accommodating.Watched lots of hummimg birds and petted some beautiful horses. Cannot say enough about this little cottage. Wish I had more time there.

Lovely weekend spot

Relaxing Getaway

Had a wonderful time at the cabin for a few days. Enjoyed the beautiful hiking trails in the area that the host (Taria) suggested. Cabin had everything you needed to make it feel like a home away from home. Loved sampling some of their homemade maple syrup from the farm. Definitely recommend!!

Nice hidden getaway

The cottage is a cozy place with almost everything provided, and we even hade a chance to feed the horses. Highly recommended for family with young kids.

Love this spot!

Second time staying at the Brookside Cottage. Beautiful place to be and really gives you a chance to unwind. Taria is a fabulous host and always respects your privacy. Quiet Country Relaxation

Great place to relax

The guesthouse was immaculate and had everything we needed. It was well-decorated, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the peace and quiet it provided. Taria was an excellent host—very communicative, accommodating, and sweet. It was the perfect place to stay!

We looked for a number of years before we found the property we knew we'd never want to leave. It was an opportunity to bring our love of horses home with us. This area is special to us as it brings us closer to nature, provides us with the privacy and calm that we wanted yet close to every day amenities.

We fell in love with the expansive views and the ever changing scenery. We often sit out, or from our window watching weather coming in, or the daily changes we see as the seasons change. We're a stones throw from fabulous hiking in Dufferin Hi-lands and Beaver Valley.
