Well when we checked there was very little left for us to begin our stay. Partial roll of paper towels no soap to was dishes with, ice maker not working and no coffee filters. Reported these and part of the requested materials came. There was never a follow up on the ice maker and no service person ever showed up. That night we turned down the bed to discover sand on the sheets and what appeared to be crumbs. We stripped the bed and used the flat sheet from the pull out couch which was a different size. We were forced to use the top sheet and prayed that it had When we came back from lunch the next day the bed was made and had new Disappointing stay!

I am sorry you had issues with your stay, the was 1/2 roll of paper towels on Kitchen counter but there was a full roll and a full bottle of dish detergent underneath the kitchen sink. Housekeeping did change the sheets upon request I am not sure but when I asked housekeeping they found nothing wrong with the pervious sheets. But I am sorry you were disappointed.

Condo was in a great location. Pool and beach access were perfect. Condo itself - kitchen and baths were very clean. Mattresses/bedding are in a desperate need of replacing. Pillows were extremely flat and pull out couch mattress and pad were stained. Quilt was also stained. Everything else was good.

Condo was just as described and our vacation was perfect. The view was to die for and the location was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to just about everything we needed and our teenagers were never bored. We would definitely book this condo again.
