Perfect Beach Trip

We stayed for a weekend getaway before school started back and it was perfect. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was stocked for us to be able to cook. Had a washer and dryer which was perfect! I would hugely recommend this stay for anyone!!

My sisters and I loved our stay here! Very spacious! It was so fun and convenient to stay right on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. We had a blast at the beach, pools, and hot tubs as well!

Great location!

I loved the location and the view from East to West! We felt like we were on top of the world! Being able to use all the amenities of the hotel is a huge plus. Only tip that we didn’t know about is not getting more towels or TP from the hotel side. So bring extra toiletries and wash the towels to reuse. Since we had a large group we used it all up quick. Will 100% be going back.

The property was good. Rooms were as advertised. Need black out curtains in the bedrooms (most of the curtains missing hooks).Parking is extremely tight and very limited. If you plan to return your vehicle at night, parking will be a challenge. If you plan to go to the pool, go early. Pool deck is 100% shade by 3pm. Bring a fire stick, never could get the TVs to work. And number of devices on Wi-Fi is limited. Kitchen has some basic necessities.

We enjoyed the pools - some activities that were posted did NOT happen. When I asked I was told the manager would be contacted, but nothing happened. Kids were disappointed. Dive in movie at the indoor pool was good. Parking was tight - but the facility was always being cleaned.

The condo unit(s) could have some updating. The 2124B, had a leaking refrigerator, a bathroom door that needed repairs before falling off, a washing machine that sounded horrible. We loved the location of the property.

We were very disappointed as the listing said direct ocean front balcony which it does not have. I reached out to the property manager and did not hear back from her until the next day. She denied it stated ocean front and questioned how many people we had staying there. I pointed out exactly where it stated that- she has since changed the listing to reflect ocean view. The view was nice for ocean view, however, it was disappointing because we thought we had direct ocean front which is very important to us on a beach vacation. The listing is also misleading to state that the heart shaped tub has ocean view- the master bedroom does, but the tub does not. The condo is very spacious and the resort was nice. We enjoyed the ability to rent chairs and umbrellas directly in front of the resort to enjoy the beach. We also enjoyed the pool area. Overall the room was nice but now what we were expecting.

Lots of room

Positive notes: There is plenty of room with three beds and two sofa sleepers. 2.5 bathrooms. We were not on top of each other at all. The view was excellent. Negative notes: The mattresses on every bed are so worn out. All of them need to be replaced. There were a lot of light bulbs out or missing. There was rotten food in the garbage disposal that was pretty gross, and maintenance came right up to reset the disposal so that we could attempt to get rid of the smell. The appliances are rusted, and they have tried to paint over the rust. All of the batteries in the remotes were dead. We sent text messages about it to the front desk, but they never responded. All of the tracks for the drawers in the furniture are broken, and you cannot get them back on track, we tried, but they are broken. It took a few tries to get our keys activated to get into our room, and then they kept on deactivating, but the time we checked out, only 1 out of the seven keys we had were working. Was it the worst place I have stayed at? Absolutely not. I would return to this location and stay again, but I would bring lightbulbs and batteries with me next time. I would honestly pack a mattress topper, but I don't pack like that. It's Daytona Beach; nobody goes there to stay in their rooms. Book the room, it's fine.

2124 Lockout

Really enjoyed the layout of this lockout, was perfect for the family, and the hotel amenities are great for children. Although you get a different color arm band, you still have full access (just no discounts at the stores in the hotel). The owner communication was fantastic, would highly consider staying in any unit that Cindy owned/managed, she is very responsive. Room was in need of cleaning, maintenance and updating, but overall had a great time.

Great place for time away

We spent the week here for Jeep Beach, the location was great, the facilities were clean and comfortable. Owners were super responsive when I had a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. The older reviews mentioned uncomfortable beds, that has been resolved, our bed was very comfy! The unit could use a little updating, but overall, it was a great stay. We look forward to staying here again in the fall.
