Fun times in Gatlinburg

Clean, small and adequate

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was clean. The bed was firm. Way too many throw pillows on the bed. The hangers bent wire. Only 5 inches of counter space so don't plan on doing a lot of coking. Fridge opened up wrong direction. I had to stand in the bedroom to see in the fridge. The door should be changed. One lamp did not have a light bulb and the other was very dim. I had to buy my own light bulbs. The first night the carbon monoxide alarm started beeping. I was worried and then I realized that it probably just needed batteries. I called the office and left a voice message but never got a response for the next three days. We eventually wedged the alarm off the wall and removed the batteries. If we had two other adults with us, it would have been way too crowded as there is no place for suitcases to sit opened. With just two people we were able to use the desk drawers and night stands to put clothes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great little condo for a short stay for 4 nights for my husband and myself. The bed was firm, pillows were okay. I always travel with my own pillow, but the ones provided were decent. There was plenty of room and it was nice to have a small kitchen. The room came well stocked with utensils and linens. The only downside was that construction was going on in the back on the next property and they started around 7am every morning. Not a great way for relaxing and sleeping in. One night I heard the back up beeps of some equipment at 3am.

Anniversary trip

Heating and air conditioning did not work. Tried to turn on and the thermostat went blank. Bed was firm, construction going on right behind the bldg on Saturday morning. Didn’t even stay our 2nd night. Will not be staying here again.

Would absolutely stay here again.It's a bit of a walk downhill to the main drag, but you can catch the shuttle at the end of the street there too.

Ideal location for access to Gatlinburg

We had an awesome stay, the main attractions are just a few blocks away, but the property is super quiet. And great for a relaxing evening after shopping and visiting the shops/attractions. The condo had most everything you could ask for or want while staying. We definitely plan on staying again.

Nice Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We went to Gatlinburg for the Christmas parade and wanted to be close to the center of town. The location was perfect and we had a nice view of a mountain! We parked our car and walked to everything. It is on a hill but there are steps down to street level. Then your only a couple of blocks from the convention center, restaurants and the Parkway(Main Street). We would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice little place close enough to walk to the main strip in Gatlinburg. We walked pretty much everywhere. There was a nice view of both the city and the mountains when sitting on the balcony. We will definitely be back!

This condo was perfect for our stay. Walking distance to a trailhead for hiking, as well as everything on the parkway. Unit was clean, and plenty of essentials for our stay.

The property is an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg (you will get your exercise walking back up the steps, though!) but is a quiet escape. This particular unit was exceptionally clean, well lit and comfortable. The two flat screen tv's were a nice bonus. We would highly recommend this rental unit.

Location is ideal - close enough to the main strip to walk, but far enough that it feels more secluded. Only issue was the bed rested at a downward angle and we had to put our pillows/heads at the foot and sleep "backwards." Otherwise, everything was great.

Anniversary trip

This was our first experience with Vrbo. The property was very clean and cozy and made us feel at home. Everything was exactly as described and everything we were hoping it would be. This place was the perfect size for a couple. We’d definitely stay again.

Property needs major overhaul.

The condo itself was nice if a bit outdated. The building and grounds were in need of major cleaning, landscaping, and updating. Someone was doing major renovation in a condo next door or directly above us. The noise was deafening, and went on for hours the entire day and until we finally complained at 10:30pm. WiFi was sketchy we had to use our phones as hotspots for our iPads.
