Situated on the 5th floor of the condo building, this single-level condo offers hassle-free parking and easy accessibility, making it a welcoming haven for all guests, including those with different abilities. Its prime location ensures a seamless stroll to the vibrant Gatlinburg Parkway, where endless adventures await. Arriving is a breeze thanks to the unloading zone in the upper parking lot, allowing you to easily load your belongings onto the awaiting elevator and settle in. Stairs are also available if you’re looking to get your steps in!
As you step inside, you are greeted by a cozy entryway leading to a queen bedroom suite on the right. This inviting space features a private TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a convenient stackable washer/dryer unit. Plus, this room boasts its own heating/cooling unit, allowing you to tailor the room’s temperature to your preference.
Beyond the foyer, the open-concept living/dining area welcomes you with a cozy gas fireplace, a generously sized TV, a plush sofa, and two recliners. Adjacent to this gathering space, a dining area awaits, accommodating up to four guests and conveniently positioned near the fully-appointed kitchen. Here, aspiring chefs will find everything they need to whip up delightful meals; just bring your favorite groceries. The kitchen, featuring granite countertops, is equipped with all essential appliances, including handy tools like a George Foreman grill and a crock pot. Additionally, coffee lovers will appreciate the dual coffee machine that brews both pots (bring your grounds and filters) and cups (bring k-cups).
Just past the living area, a primary king suite awaits, featuring a private TV, a separate vanity area, and a water closet housing a shower/tub combo and toilet.

Nice location
We had a really nice stay. The condo had everything to fit our needs. The view from the balcony was nice. Walking distance to the strip was also a nice feature. The air conditioning unit in the main bedroom was very loud. Overall, we would stay here again.

Fall break
Great place to stay and big plus was within walking distance of town. Only thing is if you arent great at climbing hills is the only downside. In our party had individual that was in a wheel chair was a bit challenging. There is a sidewalk to town so made it a bit easier. If you can climb a small hill. I would highly recommend.
