The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great. It was close to the main street of Gatlinburg. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't move it until we left. We will return.

Everything was wonderful, except the bed. It was old, saggy, the frame was loose, and every move made noise. I hated to rate only a 3, because everything else was fine, but if you can’t sleep, nothing else much matters.

Water was very hot.We did get to see bears show up by the pool and parking lot. But all said it was a good stay.

Christmas lights in Gatlinburg

Nice just off the main road downtown. Couch was super comfy. Would stay again good price. Only downside the bed was not to great. Just my opinion I prefer a soft mattress though.

Gatlinburg condo

The rental was in a great location, updated and clean. Very cozy looking on the surface but the bed in the owners suite was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Made noise every move you made, that was heard in the living room. The sofa bed was broken. The mattress was unbearable. We had to try sleeping on the couch without using the sofa bed. No other rooms were available to transfer to, & our money wasn’t refundable, so we made it work. I had read the reviews but I thought someone had exaggerated about the bed comfort, but they didn’t. So ask if the upgraded the bed and couch bed before you book. Otherwise the location is very convenient.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Walking distance to downtown, but bed was terrible. Made noise like it was falling apart everytime you moved. Heater in bedroom never got warm. Furnished but dated.

Close to town but needs updates

We enjoyed our stay overall but some improvements need to be made. The fold out couch sofa springs were broken off on the one side so our kids had to sleep further down on it. Our AC leaked in our bedroom floor where we stepped in cold water when we woke up along with soaking our blanket. The AC unit above us leaked as well the previous night and we had water leaking into our bedroom from the ceiling. They did send someone out quickly when called. Our bed creaked with every move as well and needs replaced. Overall we enjoyed Gatlinburg and the place was decently clean. Pool was decent size. Wouldn’t stay there again though unless updates were made.

The a/c definitely worked and we stayed so comfortable. Our balcony overlooked the pool and Gatlinburg it was a wonderful view. This place is within walking to downtown Gatlinburg. And we walked everywhere. The condo was very nice. It could use some updates but we could care less. We slept, ate and it was perfect for us. We will stay again soon. Great room good location nice staff

A couple of improves

I really enjoyed the stay but one of the ACs went out but we were still comfortable. The bathroom vent needs a new bearing and the toilet seat is not made for guys.

Amazing!

Less than a 5 minute walk to the main strip, but far enough so when you wanted to just relax at the condo it wasn’t loud. The pool was heated, the room was easy to find, and everywhere on the property we saw was very clean. The only not great things are.. there’s no skillet to cook with so make sure you bring one, the pull out bed kept falling through the top rail, and our bed was beyond loud. Even if you barely moved it was loud. It woke out 8 month old everytime, which made the day times rough without her getting much sleep. All in all it was a fairly great property! We did have a billing issue, I contacted the property and they fixed it immediately and we’re super friendly! I see us going back in the future

Cheated

Upon arrival, it was in a good spot in Gatlinburg so I was happy about that. All of the amenities checked out, but in my email for checking in, it failed to give me a code to get in the room.. I had to reach out to one of the management staff or workers of the hotel just to get the code. I walk in the room and it is really clean and looks nice, but absolutely NO AIR CONDITIONING in the living area. Thank goodness there was air conditioning in the bedroom, else I would not have slept a wink. For what I paid, LOL I just felt like I didn't even get a fraction of the value. Also, there was a VHS player for tv-watching options.. Technology that's been outdated for some time now
