Very Dissatisfied

Upon arrival, tempature in room was 54. Bed legs were broken and had to use paint cans to hold the bed up and was fixed the following day by maintenance. Ceiling tiles were buckled and broken. Microwave door was broken. Tile was grouted with what appeared to be silicone and was very nasty looking. Threshold was missing at bedroom door. Location was great but overall for the money we paid, we could've stayed on the main street in a hotel. Very dissatisfied.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was in very poor condition. There was no threshold between tile and wood just a big gap. It smelled of stale smoke. Took 2 days of open windows and Febreeze to rid the smell. My slippers were black on the bottom. The cabinet doors were stuck shut. Microwave was cracked. Outlets with no covers and extension cords draped in living room. Location wonderful, but definitely a subpar lodging.

The only issue was no toilet paper on the premises and the batteries for the remote to the tv in the living room were gone. It is in a great location. Walking distance to everything.

Love the area

The area is great. But the room needs to be upgraded. And wasn't too clean. Looked like the floors were very dirty I couldn't walk around barefoot. But otherwise I had a great time. Thank you

Tired accommodation but great location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I didn't receive a confirmation email until I I quoted a few weeks after booking. Then we arrived around 7 pm to find there was no toilet paper in the entire place, nor tissues. We had to use paper towel... The place wasn't overly clean (sticky cabinets, dead bugs places) but sheets/bedding were freshly laundered. Could use fixing up (broken ceiling tile, crack in microwave door, living room TV remote doesn't work, and missing floor transition between hall and bedroom) but the location was good to walk everywhere and price was cheap. No starter supplies provided except paper towel. We bought toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee. Could have at least provided coffee filters since they come in large quantities. No response to my email about toilet paper or dead bugs, either. Bed was ok, but sofa bed was uncomfortable even for kids. Also of note: laundry facility doesn't have a change machine or option to purchase detergent or dryer sheets.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect and in walking distance to our event at the convention center. The management staff was professional and responsive. However, the property is in need of a major overhaul. The microwave door had a major crack and it was concerning on whether it should be used. There was a strong smell of mold coming from the bathroom. We cut our stay short because of this and moved to another location. Management kindly offered us another site location to move to, but it was further from where we wanted to be so we declined the offer. I would not stay here again unless major improvements were made to the property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean and comfortable for the two of us. Just 1 block from Parkway we were in walking distance from many restaurants with 5 or 6 within a 1 block radius and easy access to checking out all of the stores. We did not get a chance to try the indoor pool but we did check it out. It was clean and very inviting. The only thing I saw that could be upgraded is the outlets. Most were loose and one in the bedroom seemed to have more items plugged into it than what should be. We enjoyed our 8 night stay and would mist definitely book there again.

Property review.

Excellent location, very friendly staff. The room we stayed in was very dated and run down. Not so much of an issue if price would have been less. The price is not appropriate for the room we had. My parents stayed in a different room. Much nicer and 2 beds 2 baths. Payed same price as we did for for our room. 1 bed and 1 bath. As I said very fun down. And the unit had bugs

Emailed instructions were really great, had no issues getting into or out of room. Drop down ceiling definitely needs work. If you are tall, you may have some issues. I'm 5'3" and had to duck down to get hair washed in bathroom. The florescent light in the kitchen only came on half the time. There was a crack on the outside of the microwave. Didn't use the stove because with the layout of it, I didn't feel comfortable turning it on. Location of place is good, can walk everywhere and is close to restaurants. Parking was adequate.

Good location that's it

The property is way outdated, the tv in the bedroom was broke, had pull lights on the wall for lights in bedroom, the bed was like sleeping on a rock from the caveman era, the floor tile was busted up, there was exposed electrical outlets not safe if you have kids. For the money this was horrible would not recommend at all.

Learned these units are individually owned so I can only provide information on unit 413 & the common areas. Inside needs painted and/or wall work. The bed had a drastic decline going from the right to left side, at least 6 inch difference, so much if a difference we thought it was 2 twin beds pushed together but it was not. Bathroom needs attention, not as clean as I would have liked & age is showing. The outside looked to be well kept & safe. Easy walk to Gatlinburg strip.

But we managed. We stayed as busy as possible. And the manager at the front desk, he was elderly and so sweet and polite considering we had alot of interactions with other rude businesses. Anyway, we had a beautiful view of the skybridge from our balcony. And my daughter got married so that all made the trip worthwhile 😉

Needs Remodel

Room was ok as far as cleanliness but in need of repair - paint was peeling in living room and bathroom - bedroom tv was old tube type and remote which didn’t work was held together with a band aid - faucets in bathroom leaked - living room furniture very worn - not nearly as nice as it seemed online

Great place everything in walking distance

The property was very convenient and close walking distance to the strip. I highly suggest Bennetts for breakfast buffet. The room was clean and had all that you need. My only suggest would be update the furnishing. The property manager on locate was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Needs a major update

This is a awesome location to walk Gatlinburg but it’s needs some updating bad. The plugs behind the bed doesn’t have a cover on it the paint is peeling off the wall.
