Overall our experience was great. The unit was very clean and we enjoyed our week very much. The description did indicate there were two swimming pools and we only saw one so that was a little bit deceptive. Other than that. Everything was pretty much as described. We would definitely stay here again

Clean, spacious, and great location!

My family of four (my husband and two kids, ages 6 and 9) totally enjoyed our stay. It was roomy, clean, and a super quick walk to the beach. We loved that it came with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart. It was a quick drive to Periwinkle Way. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, and very relaxing.

We stayed here for a week with our daughters on spring break. The unit was very clean and had been recently updated/remodeled. Everything went very well and the property manager was extremely helpful. They called and checked up on us which we really appreciated. If we find ourselves headed to Sanibel again in the future, we will definitely look to reserve this unit again.

Spring break 2022

We stayed for spring break 2022, my husband and 2 elementary aged kids. Our experience was great. We did a lot of pool-beach-pool. The pool is warm which was appreciated by adults. Beach access was easy, as was the general location for access to restaurants. We rented bikes and were able to bike to various spots. The unit itself was as presented- clean and well appointed. Blinds are substantial for kid sleeping! We would book again.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived at rental and the place was filthy. Nobody had cleaned and nobody had inspected the condo to make sure it had been cleaned. The email I received when booking this place, stated it would be cleaned and inspected before guest arrival, and neither of the two happened. My husband and I had to clean, which should not have happened. To top it off, the master bathroom toilet overflowed all over the floor on the same day of our arrival. We will never recommend.

I do apologize for the experience you had upon arrival. All of us take pride in making sure every property is thoroughly cleaned and properly inspected prior to each guest arrival. In your case, that certainly missed the mark by a wide margin. The situation was addressed and the cleaning staff and inspector have been terminated. Again, we take our jobs very seriously and want each and every guest to have as perfect a vacation as possible. We loved this condo.

We loved this condo. The bedrooms were roomy and the 2 full size beds in the second bedroom was so nice for our four girls to fit in one room. The kitchen and living room were large enough to easily fit our family. There were lots of games in the unit and beach toys available for our use and our kids enjoyed them. The kitchen was very well stocked except there were no 9x13’s or 8x8’s so we had to go purchase some disposable ones. We also would have enjoyed having a full size cookie sheet, but made due with the small one. We would definitely stay in this unit again! Thanks for being great hosts! The team was friendly and helpful and allowed us to ship Christmas presents to their office.

The property was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have the DVR function with the TV. Only one extra trash bag and dishwasher soap pod was provided. More would be better.

The listing said we had a gulf view which is untrue

I suggest a barn door or such in the hallway to the second bedroom and widow treatment across the top and down the side to block out light and also block out people on the outside seeing into the room

The only complaint is that the sprinklers are set to go on every night around 6 pm. This meant the grills and shuffleboard courts were unusable until about 8 pm and by then the bugs made it almost impossible because the grounds were so wet.

Your staff of cleaners found it and your office staff let me know. They sent it to us immediately and we were very pleased with your attention to that problem.

Vacation 2019

The vacation was ok, I was expecting clear water from the photos, we didn’t get to snorkel due to the water. I thought I had a side view of the ocean but there wasn’t a view of the ocean from our condo. One night the power went out due to a storm. The pool was nice and the restaurants were all excellent.

Very nice condo!

Very well located, with the beach just around the corver. The condo has many beach tools, chairs at disposal as well. Very quiet area as well, some shops nearby.
