Esta es una casa 3BR / 2BA recientemente actualizada. Totalmente amueblado, chimenea de gas de ladrillo para noches frescas o meses de invierno. Calefacción central y aire. WiFi y sistema de seguridad.
2 dormitorios tienen una cama queen size y el dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño completo adjunto. Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes armarios. Cocina bien provista
Tiene plano de planta abierto. Área de lavandería completamente equipada en garaje adjunto con lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. Grande proyectado en Lanai con jacuzzi para 10 personas,
fregadero, máquina de hielo y nevera. Todas las habitaciones, incluyendo lanai, tienen ventiladores de techo. Conexión de gas para parrilla y fogata. Menos de 2 millas de entrada a Legoland.

Wonderful stay. The home has a cozy feel, a little dated but fully equipped with everything you could need. Perfect location for our stay. Very clean and Chris was friendly and accommodating. Loved the hot tub and outside space. Would stay again!

Nice, convenient location, hottub was amazing after sitting at the baseball field for hours, and the house did not want for anything! Bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived was very appreciated after a long travel day. Thank you!

Six weeks stay

Property is the best stocked of any we have stayed at. Property owners and manager were always available for any questions we had. The hot tub and sunrise over the lake were definitely pluses. We really enjoyed our time there.

It was perfect for us

We loved this stay and would recommend it to anyone going to Legoland. The traffic is a bit loud/busy but then again, the property can not do anything about that. It was very clean and very comfortable. We plan to stay again in the near future.

Best VRBO we've stayed at!

The house was perfect for us. Chris quickly answered questions. We spent most of our time in the Lanai with the hot tub and big screen TV. Definitely staying here again

Wonderful Vacation Home

You could not ask for a better vacation home rental. The pictures do not do it justice. It is large, lovely, and the owner provides more supplies than you would ever need. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the front door. The fantastic lanai is where we spent much of our time. The outdoor kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hot tub were great. on everything.

Perfect Legoland Base

This home was perfect for my family's stay in Winter Haven. Chris was a great host and managed everything perfectly. Choosing our own door code made it easy for my kids to remember it. The ability to control the hot tub's heat separate from the bubbles made it super kid-friendly. And we much appreciated that the home was fully stocked with ample supply of everything we needed (not just one dishwasher pod, one roll of toilet paper, etc. like you see in some rental properties). I really couldn't recommend this home more highly for a family trip to Legoland! Thanks, Chris!

RELAXATION AWAITS YOU!

We have rented homes for years for Christmas vacation in Florida. This was one of the best! I rented it based on the following factors....the hot tub, the tv on the patio (watch from the hot tub), bedrooms to accommodate 3 adults and a rental that would allow our 3 fur babies! I got all this and more! The owners were communicating even before we arrived and it continued any time I sent a message. I think if anything the description is under rated ....there is a view of a lake from the hot tub/patio that I could spend days looking at. This area is a bit of a drive to Orlando ...mostly because of traffic more than distance. But if you want an adult and furbaby relaxation retreat this was it! I should also mention that I have a standard shopping list that I always have to get but I am glad we didnt shop before arriving this home was STOCKED all the way to the soap in the bathrooms. That was certainly NOT anticipated but was much appreciated! Well DONE!

Haven for the winter

We were at the property for 10 weeks. Traffic noise was a problem for the first week until we got use to it. Property manager was quick to answer questions. We enjoyed the lanai . We would go back there again.

Beautiful Old Florida Home

Beautiful old Florida home with lots or charm! Kitchen is gorgeous, beds comfortable, plenty of hot water, cold a/c, and a view to die for out of the back screen lanai! We will definitely stay here again!

Nice house

We had a great stay except when we got there late they were still cleaning. And the jets in hot tub didn't put out any bubbles. Other then that it was a great stay. The kids loved the snacks they left for them.

Family Vacation

My family and I had one of our best vacations to date at this wonderful home. Conveniently located to LEGOLAND and excellent amenities (husband and daughter loved the hot tub). This place truly deserves its 5 star rating. Would definitely recommend.

Loved it!

Loved staying at your beautiful and comfortable home! We were in town to visit family. It was nice to have a comfortable place to come home to and relax. Plenty of room to spread out and had everything that we needed. My daughter loved hanging out on the Lanai first thing in the morning and getting into the spa at night. She slept so good! I need to get her one of those now lol Y'all were wonderful hosts and if we need a place to stay again when we travel that way, we are definitely adding this as a favorite. Thank you for sharing your home! <3

I have to say that I would highly recommend this home for your get away. Remarkably clean, very quiet and piecful, and the hot tub was a nice touch too. Amazing house in convenient location!

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. It was exceptionally clean and very spacious. Exactly what we needed on our stay to visit family in the area. It felt like we were home from the minute we walked in the door. The owners were very easy to reach with any questions we had. My son even left his wallet behind and their cleaners found it and are mailing it back home to us. We really couldn't have asked for more, and will definitely book with them again!

Our primary residence is in Connecticut. This home was built by my parents. After their passing we decided to completely upgrade the inside from floor to ceiling. It is a beautiful home and we would like other families to enjoy as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The house has a beautiful view of Lake Florence from the Lenai. We are not far from a fire department so it does get a little noisy but are off the main road where several shopping centers and a plethora of places to eat are located.
