The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped — especially the kitchen, which was excellent. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk from the metro, and the price is very reasonable for Paris.The only thing to be aware of is the attic-style layout. Because of the slanted ceiling, the bed is placed under a low area, so it’s easy to bump your head if you’re not paying attention or moving around quickly. It won’t be an issue for everyone, but it’s something worth noting.Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Nice little apartment

We spend 5 days in the apartment and had a pretty nice experience. The landlord answered quickly and was very accommodating.It was a rather small space for 3 people but it still worked. The kitchen included everything we needed and the appartment was clean.Although the appartment isn‘t in the center of the city, you have good access to public transport.

Really good location for public transport, supermarket and bakeries. So many yummy pastries on the doorstep! The accommodation is smaller than it appears in the photos, really hot in the attic of the building (we stayed in late June) and it wasn’t the most comfortable stay for those reasons. Ideal in cooler weather for a maximum of two guests I would say.Stairs didn’t bother us as we’re fit and healthy, but could be a struggle for others.

Very cute well appointed apartment with a great view over the “place”. Close to the metro and shops and in a very lovely neighbourhood. Highly recommend.

A great stay

This place was absolutely wonderful! Very close to a main metro station which made it easy to get to all parts of Paris. The apartment was small but fit four of us just fine. We loved our stay and recommend for a nice weekend trip.

Prime location!

The low ceiling can be a challenge for tall people. But very cozy.If you have mobility issues, there are 96 steps. The microwave was rusty inside. The area carpet needs cleaning or replacing.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location!

Our stay here was exactly what we were hoping for - It is in an ideal location to easily access metro/transit. The place was spotless when we arrived and Steven was wonderful at answering any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable too! It was cozy, clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Thanks Steven for a wonderful stay!

Great location, helpful host

Great location near the metro, cozy space. Up on the fifth floor, so be prepared for stairs, but worth it for its convenience. Steven was responsive and made an effort to communicate in English even though it isn’t one of his languages.

Great stray

Steven’s place was perfect for the two of us. It is well located (metro station near by with main lines) and in a less busy area. The studio was very clean and Steven was great with communication and was very accommodating. We highly recommend Steven’s place for a stay in Paris but note that we would not recommend renting this place of you have more than 2 people.

Great location, low ceilings took getting used to

The location of the apartment was ideal for what I needed. The small size, particularly the low ceilings, took some getting used to as I banged my head several times and had to get used to stooping around, especially anywhere need the bed. But after a couple days, it was no problem. Steven was a great host overall, but his communications were quite delayed, both for check in and check out. I got in and out just fine, but there was a bit of stress involved. If it were more than just me, I wouldn't stay again, but for a single occupant, a great and affordable stay.

Lovely studio

A lovely stay in Paris! Communication with Steven was good and the apartment was lovely. There was a couple of small problems however nothing major. The apartment is on the fifth floor without a lift, but was fine for us! Everything needed was provided - kitchen wear, linen, towels etc. The price well reflects the apartment and the area is nice with good metro links.

Great spot!

What a great apartment! Steven was extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment itself was unbelievably clean— spotless— and had everything we needed for a few days. Its location was just a five minute walk from the metro and there were plenty of bakeries and restaurants nearby when we were hungry. We really enjoyed our stay! As previous reviews have mentioned, the ceilings are low and the apartment is on floor 5, but we were aware of those things when booking the property. Overall, this was a great value and Steven was an even better host. Thanks for a lovely couple of days, Steven!

Small but lovely studio in a great area

This a great studio for a solo traveller, couple or family with young children. We travelled with our 7 and 3-year-olds - much older and I think it would’ve started to feel like too much of a squeeze because it is compact and there is not much standing space due to the pitched ceiling, but for us it was perfect. The area is great - loads of nice places to eat, and feels like ‘real Paris’. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is very comfy, though the sofa bed isn’t (fine for a short trip, or if you can persuade the kids to sleep on it…). No lift so be prepared for stairs, but it’s all part of the character of the building. Steven was very communicative (in French) and friendly. The metro is very close - we travelled every day to the centre or to Disneyland, and it was super easy. We also got the odd bus - again, very easy and fun to feel like you’re exploring and not just sticking to the touristy bits. Bathroom is nice but sink and shower and slow draining - a symptom of the age of the building I suspect!

Great Location, Poorly Prepared Property

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues and lack of basic necessities. There was no toilet paper provided, which is a fundamental expectation. The bedding was in poor condition — the sheets and comforter had visible stains (what appeared to be sauce?), yellow discoloration, and hair. The pillows looked dirty, though the pillowcases seemed recently washed. Additionally, the hand soap bottle in the bathroom was empty, which added to the feeling that the space had not been properly prepared for guests.This property needs significant improvement in cleaning standards and attention to essential supplies. I would not recommend it in its current state. However, the location is very convenient for metro transportation!

Amazing!!!

Steve is wonderful. We stayed 2 nights in Paris and it was great. I will say the apartment was very far from “city center” but it didn’t matter. The neighborhood is locals, I did not see any tourists. Communicating with Steve was also very very easy. He made the check in/out process great. If you plan to see all of the touristy things though you need to rely on the train system. The train station is very close by and we pay 23 euro for two days of using the train. The apartment is very small, but perfect size for 2 people. The windows in the flat also made our stay amazing as we could get fresh air and see the beautiful city. Would stay here again!!

Cozy apartment in an excellent location

Overall really enjoyed our stay in this teeny apartment! Beautiful building on a lovely, tree lined street with a stunning view if you peek your head out the window. Super close to public transit and lots of great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed and pillows, surprisingly well equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a very nice bathroom. Quite clean with the exception of the sitting area rug which desperately needs to be shampooed or replaced. We were only provided half a roll of toilet paper and no hand soap, but luckily there is a huge department store just a few steps from the unit so that was easily remedied. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay in Paris, and my husband and I would certainly stay again on our next trip to Paris.
