Esta casa privada de 4 dormitorios puede alojar hasta familias de 11 u 8 adultos.  Bonus Room con sofá Futon y baño.  Mesa de billar en la sala de literas superior con sala de estar superior.  ¡El piso principal tiene sala, comedor y solárium para disfrutar de las Montañas Blancas de New Hampshire!  Fogata con asientos y parrilla de gas para usar durante los meses de verano y otoño.  ¡Mucho espacio para extenderse mientras disfruta de las Montañas Blancas!



Varias caminatas, pozas, andar en bicicleta y caminar cerca.  Disfrute del complejo Waterville Valley a solo 8 millas, donde en el verano puede jugar al golf, jugar al tenis, nadar, alquilar botes, comprar y explorar.  Muchas rutas de senderismo y senderismo también.  Alquiler de bicicletas de montaña subiendo Snow's Mountain!  Centro de recreación pública con varias actividades durante toda la semana.



¡Winter ofrece la estación de esquí de Waterville con alquileres de esquí, clases y gran nieve!  ¡Varios senderos de Cross Country para explorar, así como raquetas de nieve y bicicletas gordas!  Tubos y patinaje sobre hielo durante todo el año también disponibles.

Family Trip

We had an amazing time at your property even though it rained quite a bit. The view was beautiful, your home was bug enough to ha e your own space and we loved that it had a pool table for rainy days. Great swimming spot up the street and close enough to everything. Will definitely ome back. 😊

This house is a gem! The house was spotless, well appointed, comfortable and decorated beautifully! Our favorite room was the sun porch with a beautiful view of the mountains. Sat around the fire pit in the evening and roasted marshmallows. Played pool and darts. Had a great week! The team at All Mountain Rentals was very professional, friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed the stay

The place is nice. Enjoyed the view. But the kitchen is small. Though there are 31/2 bathrooms, 2 of them are attached to a bedroom each. We have 12 people there. 2 pairs have their own bathrooms, the rest of the party, 8 people have to share 11/2 bathrooms. Would like it if there is an garage opener.

Living room furniture, porch furniture & master bed a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise house was super place to stay. Some extra folding chairs would be helpful. Also some instructions on using the remotes. :D The view was terrific & overall the house was great.

Cons: When we first arrived to pick up the keys from the rental company, we were told that central heating wasn't working. Luckily the 1st and 3rd floor had built in electric heaters. The 2nd floor was the coldest. It was the living room, kitchen, and dining room. There was a fireplace in the living room which was helpful. Kathy from All Mountain Rentals, said that she will have someone bring up 2 more electric heaters for us and she already put a call in to have the heating issue looked at, which wasn't going to be looked at until the next day and we were okay with that. This is all during Christmas weekend so we completely understand. With all that was said and done, the problem wasn't fixed. The 2nd floor wasn't too bad with the fireplace on. Luckily they had some firewood available for us and the hot water was still working, Thank goodness. Pros: All Mountain Rentals, were very accommodating. They answered all questions and concerns that we had about the heat. They did the best they can do and actually went above and beyond. We appreciate it very much! Other than the heating issue, this property was great! Beautiful mountain views! The house was very roomy for 12 of us (6 adults, 6 kids). There was a jacuzzi there, but we couldn't use it because it was locked and it was waaay too cold. I was happy that some of the bedrooms had it's own bathroom. We started up the firepit outside and made some small hill for tubing. We had a blast! All in all it was a nice place. We are looking into booking this location again for summer. Would love to see and experience it during that time..

A beautiful property that comfortably accommodated my wife and I, our son and daughter and their families (6 adults, 6 children). Fantastic neighborhood with beautiful mountain views. Great location for winter vacation. Would highly recommend!

Great living spaces, lovely view, excellent location

We stayed with our adult children and their significant others. There is plenty of space for being together, and for privacy. The sunroom was a favorite space for morning coffee, reading, or just looking out at the mountains. The pool table was great fun, and plenty of TVs for a rainy day movie, gaming, etc. The location is great, very easy access to trailheads, the river, the eddy, and local bars and restaurants . The commute to mountains, drives, hikes, attractions was very easy. I enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean the beds comfy. All Mountain Rentals is an excellent management company. The people are very nice and responsive. I was impressed, and grateful for them.

This house is a gem!

The house was spotless, well appointed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We all loved the sunroom with the beautiful view of the mountains. Had fun playing pool and darts. Enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening and roasting marshmallows. Also enjoyed the remote setting and the peace and quiet. Had a wonderful week’s vacation!
