Gran 2 pisos. Este es el nivel superior de la casa solamente. a partir del próximo año estará disponible un nivel inferior. Techos abovedados, recientemente remodelados y sin gastos en la cocina con hermosos gabinetes con cierre suave, encimeras de cuarzo, barra de bar, grifo de fregadero sin contacto y techos altos. Desde la cocina o la sala de estar frente al agua, hay puertas de vidrio corredizas triples que se abren a la sala con mosquitero del patio con balcón, las mañanas son las mejores para tomar un café en el porche con vista al agua, incluso puede ver a algunos manatíes nadar.

Sala de estar: el sofá es reclinable eléctrico y el reclinable también es eléctrico. Relájate y mira TV / Internet Wifi en el televisor Roku de 55 ", también tengo Netflix y Amazon Movies and TV shows.

Dormitorio principal: tiene una cama King con sábanas de calidad de hotel de lujo, estas sábanas son de algodón PIMA 100% de alta calidad, de grapas largas, sábanas de tejido satinado y normalmente solo se encuentran en hoteles de lujo.

Baño principal: tiene una ducha de tamaño agradable y también una bañera de hidromasaje para que pueda sumergirse y relajarse después de un largo día en el agua divirtiéndose.

Dormitorio 2: Cama Queen, nuevamente con HOJAS DE CALIDAD DE HOTEL DE LUJO.

Baño 2: gran ducha a ras de suelo.

Zonas de descanso en el patio y escaleras hasta el patio trasero. Tendrá el muelle flotante con asientos, puede traer su bote, motos acuáticas, etc., para amarrarlo en el muelle. También hay otro muelle fijo separado que se utilizará para la unidad inferior. Cada unidad tiene 25 pies de frente de agua.

4 Kayaks GRATIS están en la propiedad para su uso.

14 pies Carolina Skiff 20 hp Merc. aprovechar. En renta. Tengo 3 propiedades en la misma calle que comparten el alquiler del barco. Por favor, espere hasta llegar aquí para reservar fechas. No tengo un calendario de reservas para el barco ni quiero uno. Si se alquila la mía, entonces hay un pequeño puerto deportivo al otro lado de la calle que primero llega por orden de alquiler de embarcaciones pequeñas.

This was a great rental experience! It was very clean, had everything we needed and was on a quiet street. We kayaked nearly every day, logged about 15 miles of kayaking in 3 days! The host was fabulous. When we arrived, the internet wasn’t working. The host called Spectrum and they were out the next morning to fix it. I highly recommend this property and will look it up if I’m in the area again!

It was great for us. We were outside most of the time and the screened deck was so nice to sit and enjoy. Great location for exploring the coastal areas. Went to weeki wachee and saw the mermaid show. I did kayak down and out to Rogers Park. It was very relaxing. All we brought was food and the kitchen had what we needed. Thanks for the stay!

The house was great nicely redone. The location was on a nice quiet canal that offered a peaceful place to enjoy the river and start our journey on the river. The screened in area offers great views of the water and the surrounding area. It’s a short paddle or walk to the upper deck bar and grill. We saw dolphins and manatee in the waters behind the home. Will definitely be staying here again if possible.

Home away from home

Our stay at this property was amazing. Such an easy check in process. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. It is located right on a canal that flows to the spring. Our first night there, we got in pretty late from the airport but we still sat on the screened in porch for a while and were welcomed by a few dolphins swimming around! That was too amazing to experience! Definitely recommend staying here! You won't be disappointed. dwwhilewwerearoundexperience!

Wonderful clean in excellent location

This spacious and sparkling clean home was so comfortable and relaxing. Kayaking right out the back door! Manatee swam right under our boats!! Magical Airboat ride nearby at Bayport saw dolphins feeding. Lights display and "Elf" underwater show at Weeki wachee Springs. Great week!!

Great, closeby getaway

I loved everything about this stay! Sitting around a firepit next to the canal was so relaxing. We loved the upstairs deck; the couch in the living room, and the main bed, were both soooo comfortable! Did not doing any cooking this trip, but it appears that the kitchen is well stocked for anyone that does cook. Sad it was too cold to use the kayaks, guess we'll have to come back again! 🙂

Great family property

Lots of space for lounging. Needs extra linens and blankets. Games would be cool. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals. Would definitely stay again.

10/10 Vacation Stay

We stayed 6 nights in July & had the best family trip! The canal was clean and nice to float in; fishing right off the dock. The use of kayaks made this trip excellent! We paddled past the State Park and floated back, amazing views - including several manatees right next to our kayaks :) Roger’s Park is 2 minutes by car or you can paddle there. A few other parks were just about 5 minutes drive as well. The 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs State Park was well worth it. The house: The listing was exactly as described and EXTREMELY clean. We were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the screened in porch and zero bugs, a Florida feat hard to achieve! The beds were comfy & showers clean. Plenty of towels, utensils, plates, etc for a family stay. Hosts thought of everything you may need away from home. Any questions we had were answered quickly from Miss Mary. We look forward to staying here again!

Enjoyable Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We saw several manatees that hung around the canal at dusk. We received quick responses from the manager whenever we had any questions. Overall the property was clean, in a great location, and would stay again in the future.

Awesome time

We had the best time at this property!! Kayaking by the Manatee was a blast! Hanging out on the dock, grilling steaks & enjoy the sunset, we had an amazing time!

We purchased the house around August 2019, we are semi retired. 21 years married we purchased and have 4 wonderful vacation rentals and we love to host them we have met many lovely guests. We have lived in many parts of Florida and this is where we have settled and will retire here, we love the area and we love all of the people on the island. It is not just an area, it is a way of life out here, most everyone knows each other and boating, fishing, scalloping is what we all do. Everyone has personality and hospitality and I would not want to live anywhere else.

the house sits on a canal West of the Shoal Line Rd Bridge, just around the corner from The Upper Deck Restaurant, idle speed of 15 minutes to the Gulf, there are plenty of manatees up and down the river and the manatees do come down the canals all the time. We have 4 Kayaks

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This beautiful Top of the Line waterfront home sits on one of the very few canals that is continuous flowing from small springs of fresh water keeping the water flowing on down connecting to the Weeki Wachee River, we as a neighborhood many weekends floats and swims in our canal (fresh water not salt) socialize over a few drinks while cooling of in the water of 72 Degrees year round.
