Maui Family Vacation Rental - KOA Resort

Aloha y bienvenidos a nuestra casa de vacaciones en Maui.

La ubicación del primer piso es conveniente y ofrece un jardín privado desde la terraza. El condominio de dos dormitorios y un baño ha sido actualizado con todos los electrodomésticos y muebles nuevos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y ventilador de techo para mantener las noches frescas. El dormitorio de invitados incluye una cama queen y ventilador de techo; Hay un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Ambas habitaciones están equipadas con ropa de cama Pottery Barn.

La unidad también ofrece acceso gratuito a Internet de alta velocidad y una nueva lavadora y secadora. KOA Resort cuenta con una gran piscina, bañera de hidromasaje, juegos de tejo, canchas de tenis y parrillas a gas en la cabaña, ubicada en cinco acres de jardines tropicales.

Sugar Beach está a un paseo y es bien conocido por sus románticas puestas de sol, excelente natación, 6 millas de playa virgen y observación de ballenas de temporada.

Los meses de invierno son maravillosos para la observación de ballenas y serán un espectáculo que nunca olvidará. La temporada de ballenas comienza de noviembre a marzo cuando regresan de Alaska a nuestras cálidas aguas del Océano Pacífico.

Nos encantaría darle la bienvenida a nuestro condominio en Maui, que se encuentra en el corazón de las mejores playas, lugares para practicar snorkel y surf, golf, excursiones panorámicas, caminatas y senderos para ciclistas, restaurantes, tiendas minoristas y mucho más. Puede conducir rápidamente a grandes playas de snorkel a lo largo de la costa, o dirigirse a Wailea (la ciudad más cercana) para ir de compras, restaurantes, luau's y opciones de playa adicionales. Nunca te quedarás sin cosas para explorar y hacer en esta hermosa isla.

Wonderful stay.

We stayed here over the holidays and it was wonderful. The condo was clean, organized and had everything you need for a beach vacay. Nice big beach towels, wagons, chairs, swim/beach toys.Location is close to restaurants and public transit. The outdoor grounds is tidy and the pool is excellent! We would return again! Host were easy to communicate with before, during and even after our stay! 10/10

Great Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! Great condo for a great price, great communication. It had everything needed for a vacation in Maui:) The complex was great (although you can hear people from upstairs) , great pool , bbq area, plenty of parking, kids enjoyed tennis and ping pong. Close to so many beaches and grocery stores. We love to stay again!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. The property was very clean and we appreciated the close proximity to the pool. The condo and all the amenities we could need. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great after a long day of exploring the island. We’d stay near again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at this property for our vacation to Maui. Our family was so happy to be back to the island & relieved that this condo was available. We love staying here! All the amenities that a family could need were here! Mahalo!

Great Place

We loved staying here. Very nice grounds, quiet location. Good size for 2 couples. Pool and tennis in complex. We cooked a lot for ourselves, including a large Thanksgiving meal with no issues. The kitchen is really well stocked. The hosts were very responsive, and we had no problems. Highly recommend it.

Clean, excellent location and great owners!

We had the best stay in 2C! Everyday was better than the next. The pool is steps away from the lanai... and it is a huge pool with a relaxing hot tub :) There is beach access across the street too! We rented a car and drove to multiple beaches, Lahaina and the aquarium just to mention a few. I would recommend this rental to anyone and we would love to come back!

Pretty perfect

The property was immaculate, and had everything we could have needed. Anytime I said to my wife, “I wish it had this.” She would reply “it’s just over there or in there”. The pool was great and it was located close to nice beaches and everything we could have needed.

Great location! Nice property.

Everything was as described. Great condo in a good location. Condo was clean and had everything you would need. Steps away from pool. We also discovered the tennis courts (racquets and balls in unit) and ping pong table. Quiet complex. Easy parking. Couldn't have asked for more. Live Aloha!

Great stay!

The condo was amazing and accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably. It was equipped with everything you could think of for beach play and day trips as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Best we have stayed at so far. Right across from the pool which was a favorite for our 8 year old daughter. The only downfall was the weather, it was very humid and the only escape was the pool. Although the condo had several fans in each room, it did not help to much. Mahalo David and Denise for sharing your beach home with us!

Fantastic family vacation

I highly recommend staying here. It was very family friendly and comfortable. There was a beautiful pool and hottub that we used every day. There was a huge green space for the kids to run around in. There was a bunch of beach stuff to use as well as a wagon to pull it all in. The house itself had tons of towels and dishes. The beds were okay. The one downfall for the property was that there was no A/C. They had tons of fans to try and help with the heat, but having A/C would have made this property perfect.

Enjoyed our stay in KOA 2C

We enjoyed our stay in KOA. The home was clean and very close to the pool, parking lot and recreation area. Also a short walk to the beach access. The owners were great at responding to our questions. A very cute home!! They provided plenty of fans and have ceiling fans to keep us cool enough. We were also hardly inside the home because the location was conveniently located in Kehei and not too far from places like Lahaina, Wailea, airport and the start of road to Hana. Thank you for sharing you home with us!!! We would recommend this property.

Great stay, wonderful location!

We love Kihei and it’s central location to many places on the island. The condo was very comfortable and we appreciated having the use of floaties, pool noodles, cooler, chairs and beach towels. We definitely took advantage of using it for pool and beach each day. The condo is also centrally located near the pool and ping pong table. It does get hot without AC but there are plenty of fans throughout that help keep it cool in the evenings when we returned. David and Denise were quick to respond to my questions. Mahalo for sharing your place with us as we created priceless memories in Maui!

Perfect for our needs

We are a family with two young children and we stayed for a few weeks. Both my boys slept together in the second bedroom and we had the master. Both beds were very comfortable. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. At first we couldn’t find the right place and the owner was very easy to get in touch with. My husband worked from the condo during the week and didn’t have any issues with the internet, it worked great! We loved our stay and that the resort was smaller, not as crowded as other larger ones.

Perfect base of operations for our family of 4

We had a great time here. Enough room for our 2 teenagers to have their own space (one on a pull out sofa bed), and a pleasant kitchen for breakfast and a couple of dinners in. The unit is very clean and well decorated and stocked. My oldest son and I enjoyed a couple of evenings playing ping pong and tennis at the resort, and the pool is quite nice (though we spent most of our time at the beach). 45 minutes or so drive to the western beaches near Lahaina and closer to the south Maui beaches. There are nice beaches closer, but we wanted to explore as much of the island as possible and this was a perfect central location. Snorkel rental and grocery store very close by. Great week!

Nice condo near the beach in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this condo near the beach. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Hosts were responsive. My only watch out is that it is on the first floor, with a unit above it. The floors are thin. You can hear adults walking—which was fine. Unfortunately above us was a group with multiple small children. The thundering herd ran up and down screaming at 6:30 am. We ignored the running stampede at 4 pm because they were just kids being kids. At 6:30 am however I needed to go talk to the adults. They apologized and it got quieter—-for an hour. If the upper floor visitors could be asked ahead of time to be cognizant of the thin floors, it might help future guests on the ground floor.

We enjoy all that Maui offers: golfing, water activities, scenic drives, wonderful food and culture, walking the beaches or just relaxing. There is never a boring day on Maui.

Aloha and Mahalo for visiting our home away from home. Our two bedroom, one bath is a great vacation home for single families or four adults. This lovely tropical property is in the central location on Maui. Just 20 minutes from the airport and central to many activities, shops, and restaurants on the island. Having a ground floor unit provides easy access in and out of the property. The pool is one of the largest on the island for rental properties and is steps away from the lanai. We are just across the street from what is called the 6-mile beach or Sugar Beach. Ceiling fans in each room combined with afternoon trade-winds provide a cooling tropical breeze. Each room has its own A/C unit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This is a beautiful resort. Everywhere you look you will experience tropical gardens. It is a quieter, laid back resort. A pool and Jacuzzi are just a few steps from lanai. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the unit is nicely furnished and provides a comfortable feeling. There is also a stack-able washer and dryer in the unit. There are two tennis courts, a ping pong table and shuffle board on the property; BBQ's can be found in the cabana area. This is a non-smoking unit, inside and out. The unit is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.
