NUESTRO PEQUEÑO PEDAZO DE PARAÍSO

Este hermoso condominio de un dormitorio y un baño es como estar en casa lejos de casa. La decoración tropical caliente inmediatamente te pone en el 'Maui del estado de ánimo'. Se encuentra en el corazón de Kihei, lejos del ruido del tráfico, justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa. Se da a un patio muy tranquilo y tropical que conduce a una gran piscina, jacuzzi y zona de barbacoa cubierta. Hay una cama king size en el dormitorio y un doble sofá-cama en la sala de estar y fácilmente para cuatro personas con un montón de asientos confortables. A 39 pulgadas de pantalla plana de televisión, DVD y radio con reproductor de discos compactos están ahí para su entretenimiento. La cocina recién reformada está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina, ollas y sartenes, cafetera, licuadora, olla arrocera y tostadora. Si tiene que lavar la ropa mientras se está visitando, que está situado convenientemente justo fuera de su puerta principal. No es de larga distancia de llamadas gratuitas a los EE.UU. y Canadá. La ducha ha sido recientemente renovado. Se puede caminar una distancia corta al supermercado, oficina de correos, restaurantes, iglesia, y, por supuesto, la playa. Disfrutar de un baño por la mañana en el océano o disfrutar de espectaculares puestas de sol de Maui sin tener que entrar en su coche. ¡No puede ser mejor que esto para disfrutar de un gran tiempo de inactividad por un excelente precio! We Denver thought it was going to be a beachfront so that’s not a valid question. The pool was nice, the very short walk to the beach was great for sunsets. The location in central Kihei was great and even though it was central it was still quiet

Perfect Location!

The property is so close to the beach we were able to walk there in just a few minutes. We saw plenty of sea turtles and enjoyed the sunsets! If you’re looking for a place near the ocean and for a reasonable price, look no further.

great location

Location ; within a mins walk to fabulous beach. next door to large supermarket, mins walk to food trucks & small restaurants.Flat: ground floor. patio area.parking. very well equipped, beach chairs, towels etc.I would have happily given it a 10* if it wasnt for the soft furnishings , bed linens & towels..the latter are very well used, the sofa, chairs and outside furniture and rugs look dirty ! the flat itself ISN'T dirty its such a shame that with a little investment it could be fabulous ! I know being on holiday isnt about interior design.....! and travelling the world I am not fastidious about cleanliness trust me !! this aside the flat is a really nice size for 2 people , in nice grounds with everything needed for a great time..which we had ! look out for Turtles on the beach ! and if its whale season do go on a trip its amazing! well equipped ,everything yiu

Great apartment, great condo.

A week's relaxation is what we were after and that is exactly what we got. Well equipped apartment with all that you could want. The condo is well maintained with great facilities and is conveniently located for shops and restaurants. Hosts were very helpful.

Great option

Great beach, pool was nice, condo had everything we needed, close to night life, Located behind a grocery store, (which is convenient, but also behind a grocery store.) Owners were very kind and helpful! Check in and check it couldn't have been easier.

Great location. Pool, hot tub and b b q was excellent. 1 block from the beach. Pubs, food store and restaurants all within 2 blocks. Don’t need a car. Mel and. Bonnie were super to deal with. Highly recommended condo and location. 👍😊

Loved having our own condo vs staying in a hotel. Grounds were nice and pool. Good location overall. Not too far from restaurants & beach. Great place to stay for the price!

Once again the best kept secret

This is the second year in a row we have stayed in this condo for 5 weeks and it delivers. Excellent location. Very nice pool and bbq area. Close to beach and shopping. The new furniture is very comfortable. Maui bus line is just a short walk. Highly recommend. Hope to stay again.

Great location, nice pool.

This was a perfect place to stay and the condo was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were excellent. TV, internet, king size bed and nice kitchen made for relaxing and efficient place to come back to during my time in Maui. Can’t beat the location. I’d book this condo again. Beach sunsets and the ocean surf just a minute’s stroll to catch paradise!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here! This place is well stocked, clean and comfortable. The communication was excellent too. Great proximity the beach and you can walk to see the sunset. The only thing I’d say is that in this area of Kihei, and some other parts of Maui there was more homelessness than ever before. Very sad to see. Things on Maui in general had changed a lot since we were there 6 years ago.

Great location,pool,hot tub and BBQs. Nice unit and good bed and kitchen. Only disappointing issue is it’s noisy from the grocery store trucks and forklifts at times stating at 5:00 am. Plus the unit above with kids running is annoying.Recommend remove the rug in the kitchen table area as the floor tile is very nice and the rug hides it. Plus replace all the patio lanai furniture as it’s old and rusty. Overall the unit was good. Thanks Bonnie and Mel.

Settled in like we were home

Location, Location, Location! It was a beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. It had all the essentials, plus some. Hungry from your long trip? No worries! They have easy snacks stocked and there is a great local market right out the front door (take your keys and look for the secret gates that leads to the supermarket and restaurants.) Bonnie was very responsive when contacted and check-in was very easy. Very happy with our stay and look forward to booking again in the future.

Awesome stay

The property is nice, close to a beach if you want, as well as in the middle of the island if you want to go anywhere. The amenities were great - there is a pool and jacuzzi and a grill right by them. The room was nice, everything was stocked up and we did not have any issue.

Had a wonderful time staying at his property. It was clean and well organized, and we were able to find everything we needed. The pool and facilities were well maintained and we enyoyed cooking and bbqing at the shared eating area by the pool. The condo came with all kinds of beach towels and amenities, and we left a fishing rod and some tackle for the next guests.

A gem in an amazing location

This place was amazing. Within days it was home. Ate every meal on the lanai. The grill station was excellent and usually available when needed. The condo itself was spacious with very nice beds (more comfortable than mine at home ). The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of pans etc. The beach chairs and many beach toys were great. The pool area was better than I could of dreamed. The ground floor condo was so nice as I have mobility issues so it is definitely friendly for all. When my girls visited it didn’t feel crowded so that was great. The beach is a very short walk with excellent views. The location was outstanding. Walking distance to grocery store and bars and restaurants. We really liked Nalus just a short walk. We did not have a car for the first 3 weeks and found we didn’t need it. The bus line is right next door. Highly recommend this place. Hope to return.

great location

We had a great stay in Maui. The condo was in a great location, close to many good food options and grocery stores. We were traveling with two small kids and they loved playing outside in the common yard area and it was great that we could keep an eye on them through the balcony door. The apartment is not anything fancy but it was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Go through a gate and you have access to a supermarket, multiple restaurants, antique stores and everything you might need. The beautiful pool and hot tub are visible from the lanai.
