En la parte superior de Dobie, este hermoso condominio de 2 dormitorios ha sido exquisitamente reconstruido y tiene verdadero acceso directo a las pistas de esquí en el porche trasero en la parte superior de Dobie y Potato Patch. Hermosas vistas, excelentes muebles, todo en un nivel, probablemente el mejor condominio de 2 dormitorios en Wintergreen. Incluye chimenea (leña gratis!), estacionamiento fácil casi en la puerta, gran porche trasero. Este condominio ofrece una escapada romántica o es ideal para una familia pequeña. Esquíe en el Blue Ridge Express directamente a su puerta trasera, proporcionando fácil acceso a todas las pistas de esquí para principiantes o avanzados. Another Great Stay!

This was our second time staying in the condo and it was just perfect! We really utilized the ski in/out and loved keeping our skis on the back porch! The location of the condo is so central to the resort that we didn't even us our car. Thanks so much for another great family vacation!

Absolutely Perfect!

This place absolutely rocks! Perfectly updated and comfortable. Literally right at the Chair Lift for rides on July 4th! Also, all the mtn activities were right down in front of mtn inn which this is 100 yards from.

Awesome ski in/out location

We had a blast staying here at Wintergreen! Condo is quiet, clean, updated, and is in a great location with views of the Blue Ridge Express lift. It allows for easy access to slopes for beginning skiers. You can ski right off the lift for a break and then get right back to the slopes. We loved the wood burning fireplace too! We hope to return again next year!

Beautiful, Easy and Super Fun Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo and resort! The condo is very nice, cozy and exceptionally clean. The distance to the “resort” was less than a two-minute walk (easy) where we shopped, ate and rented all the ski equipment we needed! I also want to add that the Wintergreen Resort staff is tops. They were efficient in getting the guests through the rental process and then very helpful when things didn’t fit or work exactly right! Best ski vacation we’ve had in 10 years!! We will be back next tear!!

Wonderful condo right on the ski slopes.

The condo is wonderful, all new appliances, wonderfully renovated master bathroom, and great kitchen. All the rooms are very comfortable and very nicely furnished. In addition, everything is extremely close: in 4 days we never had to use the car: the main inn, all the restaurants, the threehouse (i.e. the children ski school) are all less than a 5 minute walk away. You can hit the ski slopes just by stepping outside the back door. Such closeness to everything is extremely convenient, especially on busy days when finding a parking spot is very challenging. We truly loved our stay and we hope to come back soon.

Great condo with an even better location

This unit is perfect for people looking to access the Wintergreen resort amenities or for those looking to just jump outside and get skiing asap. Proximity to the Treehouse is great for young families. Inside, the condo has a couple smaller TVs along with one larger one, perfect for relaxing after spending the day on the mountain. The wood burning fireplace is also a great way to warm up after skiing, and there's additional firewood stored just steps from the front door. The kitchen is well appointed and the finishes selected throughout the unit are really nice, but still give off a nice mountain lodge vibe. Great unit with a responsive and friendly owner - I'd stay again for sure!

Great Condo, awesome resort access

We went up for a quick visit with our small children to escape the east coast blizzard. We found the condo to be impeccably clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need so we were able to cook in both nights. One of my favorite aspects of the condo was the location and the close proximity to the treehouse (and really the entire resort). As a first floor unit we were able to easily get our kids out the door and over to ski school. We loved that the back porch had a place to keep our skis and poles and that we were able to ski right in and out of the condo. We would definitely recommend this unit! We are hoping to go back again this winter and if not, definitely next year!

Highly Recommend!

Went for a two night stay with a friend and we were so pleased with everything. It was clean, well appointed and the decor is tasteful and comfortable. Good lighting throughout. My friend and I have stayed at two other condos at Wintergreen and this is our favorite so far and look forward to returning with our families. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants or accessing trails. Occasionally we heard and saw some people walking to and from the main lodge, however it did not detract from the restful atmosphere. My room was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. Two extra pillows would be a welcome add! I would have also appreciated easier access to an outlet near the bed to charge my phone since I use it as an alarm clock. I had to fish the extension cord out from under the bed. My bathroom had plenty of white fluffy towels in a variety of sizes. There is a nice large shower head and the water pressure was very good. Kitchen seemed well appointed but we intentionally did not cook during our retreat so I cannot say if there are items which would be nice additions or should be replaced. (The indicator light to replace the water filter for the fridge was red so filter should be replaced soon.) Plenty of comfortable seating options in the main living area. Large breezy deck has seating for 4. The addition of two lounge chairs would greatly improve the enjoyment of that space and there is room for them. Children would enjoy watching for the resident groundhog that runs back and forth from its hole nearby over to the ski lift and back. The only irritation I ever experienced about the property was during the check-in experience at the Wintergreen front desk. There was a discrepancy between the cleaning charge paid for in my reservation and an amount that the resort charges. I showed the manager a copy of my reservation confirmation which listed the cleaning charge as a separate line item. They didn't have a record of this and were asking me to sign off on the resort cleaning fee. I explained that I am happy to pay for cleaning but that I would not pay an additional charge after what I paid for in my reservation. A manager reviewed the information, apologized for the delay at check in and inconvenience and allowed me to complete the check in process waiving the normal resort fee. Otherwise, totally charmed! Cannot return soon enough.

Great Wintergreen Stay!!

Really enjoyed our stay at this townhome! It was very clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed! There was plenty of room for us all and the kitchen was great for cooking meals and coming in for lunch. This property truly is ski in-ski out! We loved being able to easily come in from skiing to grab lunch or rest! Only a 3-4 minute walk from the village. Also, easy to get to ski school for kids! The washer and dryer are super handy and keeps from having to pack so much. Lastly, the fireplace and cozy area by the fire was our favorite spot to relax and enjoy our time! I would most definitely recommend this property and I would definitely stay again!

This was our third year staying here and it was great as usual -- comfortable, well appointed, and clean. Everything is nicely thought out and it makes for an easy and relaxing ski vacation. Glad to see the owners keep adding little touches and improvements every year.

Perfect location; wonderfully comfortable condo

Our family recently spent a weekend in this lovely condo and it truly enhanced our Wintergreen experience. The condo is terrifically cozy and well-stocked and its proximity to slopes and the village is excellent. We can't wait to return!

Beautifully updated condo

We were pleasantly surprised by this delightful condo -- beautiful hardwood floors and cabinets, and incredibly comfy couch in the sunken nook. Close enough to the village and dining options and trails, but back in the woods so it was never too hot or noisy. Would be even better during ski season! KW -- I'm guessing you are the craftsman; consider adding frameless glass door instead of the shower curtain -- we will become regular renters!

A True Gem

We've stayed here multiple times, and every visit we appreciate how nice the condo is and how great the location is. Our daughter is in ski school this year, and it's an easy walk to/from the school. But besides the great slope access, the condo itself has been nicely remodeled and furnished, and is a joy to stay in. It's so nice we don't want to leave! We'll be back!

Amazing place, 100% will get it again

We went for a skiing trip to wintergreen and decided to stay here. The place is literally at the top of one of the slopes, and u can get anywhere within a matter of minutes. The fireplace alone was worth it!

Exactly what we were looking for with kids

Nice, clean place with great location on the slope within walking distance to everything needed. This was a perfect spot for us to get kids off to ski school with minimal effort! The only things that keep it from a full five stars were the noise in the early morning of being on the first floor next to the Wintergreen grounds equipment and lodging underneath people coming in from evening ski sessions with their boots and clothes washer washing on hot despite setting on cold. The noise level was significant and could be game changer if you need to keep kiddos in bed or if you want to sleep in. We brought sound machines for each bedroom bc we travel often. We could still hear quite a bit. Having said that, we loved the cozy fireplace and comfortable beds. Getting settled in was easy. Parking was convenient. We would definitely look to re-book in future. Much thx!!

This property truly is ski-in and ski-out. Beware of others that claim that but involve numerous steps and actually only overlook the slopes. We purchased and completely rehabilitated this condominium in 2013 with new hickory floors, beautiful kitchen, new woodwork and more.

Convenience and quality for the discerning skier with direct access to beginning or expert slopes, and a very easy walk to amenities at Wintergreen. Completely furnished and accessorized and with one level living makes this a great way to spend time together. Enjoy the fireplace, comforts and views!
