Sea Nest - Yurta Moderno

Mar Nido es una propiedad única; una yurta moderno, este gran edificio hexagonal es totalmente autónomo con cocina de tamaño completo. El Yurt está amueblado con una cama tamaño queen, un cómodo salón de cuero, un amplio comedor, TV LCD de 50 ", reproductor de DVD y una variedad de DVD y juegos de mesa para elegir.
La soledad y el ambiente es perfecto para una escapada romántica, o simplemente un descanso del ajetreo de la vida. Siéntese en la envoltura alrededor de balcón y ver los canguros de pastoreo o tienen los loros locales vienen y visitan. Para asegurar que la fauna siguen visitando Mar Nido no son mascotas y una vez que has estado entenderemos.

The yurt is very welcoming and includes some extras that make life easy in the kitchen. Lots of wildlife and a great outlook into the bush and a short walk to the beach.

A hidden gem

Sea Nest is nicely located in a tucked away spot amongst the gum trees but not too far away form Batesman Bay or the beach. The house was great with lots of character and very clean. There was lots of animal life to keep you company. We thoroughly enjoyed the house . Highly recommended.

Jewel of the south coast

SeaNest is a delight. From the moment you step onto the shaded verandah it offers the tranquility of the coastal rainforest, yet so central to anything you need on the south coast. If you are looking for a very accessible retreat for the weekend, this one roomed yurt is everything you could desire:aesthetically soothing, all the mod cons to make for a restful stay, attentive hosts who have responded to your every need from speedy booking to tea and coffee, and then leave you to enjoy the lovely space in your own way. I stayed in Jan 2016, and will be a regular visitor to recapture the true peace of the south coast hinterland.

Peaceful & Relaxing

We loved spending a couple of nights at this gorgeous property which had everything we needed. It was quiet, had a proper kitchen (all appliances and items to cook a full meal), cool during the day and cosy at night, and a short walk to the beach or 5 mins in the car to town. Check-in was simple and we felt at home the moment we stepped inside. It was lovely waking up with a coffee on the balcony and watching cockatoos, kookaburras and other native birds on the property or having a glass of wine in the afternoon looking at the kangaroos. We had an incredibly relaxing time and would absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!

Lovely two person beachhouse for the weekend

Lovely little apartment, plenty of amenities and character. Having the beach within walking distance was great and it was only a short drive to get into the Batemans Bay shops. Definitely recommended.

We Loved the Yurt

Great communication from property owners. Great location close to beach & nice & peaceful. Nice to stay in accommodation just a little out of the ordinary. As clean as a whistle & everything you could possibly need. Loved the little personal touches such as green shopping bags & complimentary snacks provided. Will definitely stay here again when next in the area.

Lovely place for a coast weekend

We had a lovely time staying in the yurt. It’s well laid out and has everything you need. We also appreciated all the little touches like snacks and toiletries included. It’s also nice and close to the beach (about 10 min walk). We had to delay our arrival due to road closures because of the bushfires and Mike was so accommodating and responsive.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful accommodation. The owners have thought of everything and it was so well equipped. We loved how secluded it felt, we were able to really relax while sitting on the veranda. Highly recommend this lovely place!

All we could wish for

Within an easy driving distance from Canberra, this property is great for long weekend. Feels like your own home on the coast with all the inclusions and provisions you could wish for. You will see wallabies and lorikeets, a choice of beaches within easy walking or driving distance. During our stay in January we enjoyed the large TV watching tennis and cooked a couple of meals on a nicely working barbecue. There was a selection of nice teabags, snacks, well-equipped kitchen, basically everything you might require. This property will not disappoint. Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Delightful experience

A very well thought out and humbling abode. Sea Nest provided everything we could possibly want. The house was clean and comfortable and we had a very restful and relaxing stay. The extra little touches such as tea, coffee, milk and nibbles were really appreciated. Sea Nest is a great place to stay, it has a lovely outlook and provides everything you need apart from food. We will definitely be back.

Terrific Getaway !

We had a terrific stay! The property is just wonderful, It feels a million miles away but is incredibly close to the beach and conveniently located near Bateman's bay. Mike and Caral are very accommodating and hospitable, providing more than expected for a holiday rental! Would most certainly return for another stay !

Amazing!

Such an amazing getaway, close to town and amenities, but feels so secluded when you're there! The place is set up like a quaint little treehouse and it's beautiful! We had a myriad of kangaroos welcome us on arrival and the place is equipped with everything you need and more to have an amazing weekend getaway or extended stay! The only thing Mike and Caral may have forgotten was cooking oil, we just assumed because everything else we could imagine was there that they would have oil so we did our shop and came back with all this food we couldn't cook without oil. Also, the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty - would have been nice if they were filled! But honestly, we cannot wait to be back! Communication from the start from the owners was great and they have such an amazing property! Would recommend to everyone! We took some business cards and have already told all of our family and friends about it!

A magical place to spend Christmas!

Sea Nest was perfect for my partner and me over Christmas. Mike and Caral were very helpful with giving us all the details we needed prior to arrival and with making the house festive for the holiday. We cooked up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed eating out on the verandah with the local kangaroos grazing below. The furnishings were comfortable and the walk to the beach was a cinch. This is a great getaway for couples and we would definitely stay again!
