Esta hermosa casa se encuentra en 5 acres en Cameron Park Estates en el condado de El Dorado en las estribaciones de Sierra. Está a media hora de Sacramento ya 15 minutos del histórico Placerville. También está cerca del lago Folsom y Coloma, donde se descubrió oro por primera vez. Es un lugar único para observar la vida silvestre, como halcones, ciervos y pavos salvajes. La cubierta ofrece impresionantes vistas sobre los 5 acres cubiertos de viejos robles y el huerto de árboles frutales al lado de la casa. Es un lugar maravilloso para pasar el rato, relajarse, ver a los niños jugar y disfrutar de la naturaleza, mientras estás a solo 5 minutos de restaurantes y tiendas. ¡LO SENTIMOS, NO SE PUEDEN REALIZAR GRANDES EVENTOS EN ESTA PROPIEDAD!

También puede ir en bicicleta, pasear en bote, bañarse en el río American, hacer caminatas, explorar cuevas. Las opciones son infinitas. En invierno, esta propiedad está convenientemente ubicada a una hora de Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort. Un viaje de un día al hermoso lago Tahoe toma solo una hora y media.

Thanksgiving celebration

This was the perfect place for my ever expanding family that comes together Thanksgiving week. We are now three generations and my house cannot hold us all. The young families could have a place to themselves and enjoy meals with us old folks. It was spacious and clean with lots of room indoors and out for children to play. They loved the tire swing and running in the orchard. It was wonderful.

Serene getaway with plenty of space

He had great communication with our host, and truly appreciate their hospitality. We were greeted with fresh fruit in the kitchen from the trees outside, it was such a treat. Wonderful community with deer and other wildlife, I enjoyed watching them on the back patio with a cup of coffee. The kids enjoyed the tire swing and hammock chair while watching the deer. We will have to come back when the cherries are ripe!

Beautiful Morning Light and Privacy!

Convenient to everything , yet private. Beautiful property that fit all of our needs. The morning light and soft breeze on the fabulous deck was our favorite part! Enough space for everyone (we had 7 adults). Local activities included: white water rafting and wine tasting!

Wonderful home and ideal setting near Placerville CA

During our stay, 8 adults were more than comfortable in this lovely home near Shingle Springs. There was plenty of communal space for visiting and the kitchen was easy to use. The outdoor area was wonderful, giving privacy and area to walk and enjoy. Grocery and restaurants were 5 min away. Owner was fast to respond to questions. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing! Everything we hope for!

Wonderful and peaceful

Enjoyed this lovely property with our children and grand children. Tree swing was a big hit. Played baseball, football, and threw frisbees on the back lawn. Not to be missed, the morning coffee on the patio watching the local wildlife. Close to everything. Thank you Claudia

Great Family experience. Beautiful property! We didn't want to go home.

My daughter and husband came form Chicago with my 3 granddaughters ages 1,3, and 5. This house and property was an answer to my prayers. It was love at first site when we drove up to the house even on a cloudy day. The 3 and 5 year old found their room and had their blankets and stuffed animals on the beds and were ready to play in the spacious house. The baby got the end room which was quiet for naps and the parents took large bedroom with queen sized bed. I got master suite upstairs to myself. The house was well supplied with everything including baby gate for stairs. We had a lovely Easter celebration with my other daughter and 2 kids age 7 and 10. Children couldn't get enough of playing in beautiful creek and great tire swing. Perfect for Easter egg hunt and sitting on deck enjoying beautiful scenery. We can't waith until next year. Connie

Heaven!

I've stayed here twice now as a sort of retreat, and this property is a slice of Heaven. It's gorgeous, quiet, and serene. The perfect escape from the daily grind. It was also very clean. I wish I could live here! It would be a great place for a family or friends get-together. I'll definitely have to come back in cherry season!

Gorgeous location, spacious home!

The home is nestled in the rolling hills with a small creek running through the property yet it is close to Cameron Park. We were comfortable in the home and slept like babies in the King bed. There is a dual head shower in the master and a tub. There were ample kitchen utensils and we cooked and ate ourselves through a rainy weekend. We watched deer, turkeys and birds in the rain. My only minor complaint is the couches looked a little worn. Other than that, this home was perfect,, comfortable, well stocked and restful. The walk "around the block" is worth renting the property as the surrounding area is spectacularly beautiful. Our adult children have asked when we will be returning.

Peaceful retreat

This property was perfect for our stay for a family gathering The accommodations were as stated, upstairs master bedroom is perfect for the couple that needs privacy. The downstairs bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, sleeping 7 comfortably. We used this home as a gathering place for the week to celebrate our mom's life. The location is quiet but very convenient to any stores you would need. The space accommodates a lot of people, inside and out. The outside space has deer and turkeys, orchard and large grass area. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for multiple cooks. We did call the owner a few times and she was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend this retreat for our family gatherings.

Amazing

This is a beautiful house with the most amazing yard and back deck. It is conveniently located and very comfortably slept 8 adults. When I come back for another group trip and some more wine tasting, I know where I am staying! The owner is very nice and helpful and responds quickly to messages. Great stay. All of the guests from our trip were very impressed. You should stay here!

Relaxing, scenic home

We're 6 women who enjoy a girlfriend weekend every other year... Friends since Kindergarten, now in our 60's! The house was chosen for its closeness to El Dorado wineries and shopping in ElDorado hills and Folsom. There were enough beds for all of us and the kitchen was amply stocked. Wild turkeys roamed the grounds and it wasn't until our last day that we discovered a zip line on the property! Oh the memories we could have made, only if we'd discovered it sooner!!! We enjoyed a day wine tasting with Wine Experience... Our driver Wayne even provided an exceptional lunch including China, stemware and linens and gorgeous views of the valley and snow capped Sierras... It was a lovely weekend ~

Wonderful weekend in a beautiful home!

I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing weekend at this home. I especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning on the back deck and overlooking the beautiful yard and cherry trees. We were there during the full moon and it was wonderful to sit outside at night looking up at the moon and stars. We had some deer walking through the yard one day and saw a couple of horseback riders passing one morning. The house was very clean and comfortable and I look forward to having another visit here!

Awesome Experience

We were in this area for my son's wedding. The house is beautifully located in a gated community with very large lots. The house felt like a home the moment we walked in. It was clean and ready for our arrival. Early mornings were on the deck as we watched humming birds in the garden. A few minutes later the a couple of deer were in the backyard. The master bedroom upstairs is very spacious and the 3 bedrooms downstairs were large enough for other guests. Evenings gatherings were in the spacious kitchen and dining room area. There was plenty of storage and we had everything we needed. You can't go wrong staying in this home.
