Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, aventureros en solitario, y viajeros de negocios. Esta es una habitación privada con baño principal privado adjunto (espacio total de 456 pies cuadrados) y la entrada exterior (sin entrada a través de la vivienda principal) tiene un código sin llave (registro automático) para el acceso. Estamos situados a 9 minutos de la entrada a este monumento nacional de Colorado, 1. 5 horas de Moab y el Parque Nacional de los Arcos, y 20 minutos de Fruita, CO (algunos de los mejores ciclismo de montaña en el país). Zona segura para bicicletas. Todo eso y todavía estamos a sólo 5-10 minutos del centro, las tiendas de comestibles y restaurantes. Muy buenas vistas de la propiedad. La suite tiene una cama queen, sofá de dos plazas, mesa y 4 sillas, mecedora. máquina de hielo, cafetera, microondas, plancha, tabla de planchar y mini nevera. Baño principal tiene un tocador doble lavabo con cabina de ducha de dos cabezas. Hay una terraza de la suite con mesa, 4 sillas y sombrilla.

As soon as we walked in, my partner wished we were staying a week instead of a night. The room was decorated in a way that felt warm and welcoming, and as we looked around we took in the kingsized bed, the very nice facilities, the bowl of mini chocolates, the spacious rooms, and we were both content that this was the nicest place we had stayed on a two week trip. Talked to our hosts the next morning and found them to be two of the nicest folk we have known. Also, in the course of talking to them and loading our stuff, we realized how lovely the grounds of the property are, with all kinds of flowers and specimen plants. All in all, just a great place with delightful hosts. If you don't stay here when you are in Grand Junction, you are cheating yourself! My only complaint is that there were only 14 pillows(this is true!) on the bed. Ha! You could certainly tell a woman arranged those pillows. Anyway, loved our stay and we agreed we have to find a reason to come back to Grand Junction so we can stay here again.

Great location and close proximity to Colorado National Monument. Cindy and Bruce are the nicest people and their place is clean and a perfect home base if you're in town for hiking, biking, etc. Will definitely stay again when I'm back for more adventures!

Beautiful, clean, and quiet. The backyard overlooks the river. Lovely garden. My favorite part though was the walk in shower with amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water.

This was a wonderful stay for us at a very reasonable price. Cindy met us and walked us back to the unit. She was very friendly and hospitable. The suite was very clean and the bathroom was fresh and the shower was large and modern. Lots of supplies for coffee, an ice maker and small bottles of wine were there to drink if we felt in lines. We would stay there again!

The room was clean, large, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The shower was a great walk-in design with plenty of light. The grounds were really fabulous! Beautiful flower and plants everywhere. The views were great too. Our hosts were friendly and happy to provide any information we might need. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable scenery & surroundings! It was a most beautiful, peaceful & serene, 3 night stay. This was our first stay at a Vrbo property; it could not have been a better experience. Our hosts were friendly and gracious. They anticipated our every need, including two outstanding restaurant recommendations for dinner. The view from the backyard was spectacular, as were the flower gardens. It was a slice of heaven in Redlands.

Everything was lovely and host very responsive. Only downside was that the A/C for the unit was tied to the main house so no personal control of temperature in the unit. It was hot weather when we were there and the main house being much bigger needed to run high to keep it cool but for our small space it was overkill and very cold and loud. The host did everything they could to keep us comfortable, and turned it off at night so it wasn’t noisy when we were sleeping, but it was an uncomfortable situation because we didn’t want them to be uncomfortable either.

Wonderful!

What a wonderful place and great hosts! We arrived in a downpour (not typical for Grand Junction). Bruce came out with an umbrella and directed us to the door to the suite. Bruce and Cindy go above and beyond! Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Expectations meet on a great 4-night stay while visiting Juco College World Series. Property beautiful landscaped and if you love birds will get your fill this time of year of hummingbirds and others around their beautiful property overlooking the Colorado River.
