Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Being on the 1st floor was a Big Plus, we really enjoyed being able to walk out.

Relaxation Station

Condo was very nice. Walk right out to pristine landscape to boardwalk to beach. Restaurants were beautiful with amazing food. Very relaxing few days with family.

The renovation was so cozy!

Me and my family enjoyed the fact that this was fully renovated and comfy. Also, we loved that it was on the first floor and it made walking in and out of the condo very easy. Only small things that were unexpected- maybe due to the lack of knowledge I have about renting a condo. There were no trash bags available but at least we were close to the trash depository and it was hard to clean when there was only Windex available for cleaning counter tops and make sure you bring toilet paper. We were only provided one roll per bathroom. The TV in the main suite would constantly mess up- pretty sure they need a new box. I think we got one day where it worked (out of the three). BUT the good things about the condo FAR out way the small things that are an easy fix when heading to a grocery store (about 15-20 minutes away). The condo's temperature of the remained what we set it on and was good at keeping it cool. The pictures don't do this condo justice. It is so cute. We will definitely be choosing this condo again!

Beautiful room. Great host. Pool cosed. Construction loud. Extremely expensive.

Our host was excellent with flexible, timely responses. The unit was great and bed very comfortable. The stove number pad was not working so cooking at 350 was all you got. The biggest problem was the constant grinding noise, hammers, drills and construction sight right outside the door - constantly. Six days a week. And the walk out ground floor patio was blocked by construction barriers. The pool and hot tub for our building and the building next to us were closed. They alliowed us to use the communal pool and hot tub, but with 250 units vying for a six person tub, there was high demand. The fitness room was also closed as they moved equipment from one place to another. This was not the fault of the owner who did let us know they were working on the building, but the disruption to the vacation”experience” far in excess of our expectations. It was a significant disruption. The view was terrific and the beach gorgeous. However, for the amount we paid in Canadian dollars, it was extremely overpriced. This is not the unit owner’s fault as we understand that upgrades need to occur sometime and they will be disruptive, however, Since it was our first vacation in several years, it disappointing to be surrounded by workmen, constant concrete grinding, and no access to the amenities. In addition, the usual $30/day/person fee to access the weight room and communal pool are outrageous! Our host had reduced posted fees somewhat to compensate, but it was insufficient particularly when we had to pay in CDN (not her problem, but still our reality) and given the circumstances. Be aware that these renovations are extensive and will be going on long time.

Perfect location

Check in process was very easy. Received quick response to any questions. Crews were working to keep property looking nice. Nightly bands and food trucks were nice addition.

Beach Life Vacation Rentals is the BEST!

We’ve booked our trips to the beautiful Gulf Coast through Angela for several years now. We will not book with anyone else. Angela and Rebecca are so easy to work with. Their condos are always clean and well equipped with whatever you need. If you ever encounter a problem they go above and beyond to immediately correct the problem. The condos we have stayed in are always as advertised and never misleading by photos. We’ve booked our rentals through other agents before and was never really pleased. We hit a gold mine when we found Beach Life Vacation Rentals!

Great beach trip!

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our 4 adults. Love being on the first floor, super convenient. View is incredible. You get a beautiful beach view even on the first floor! Comfortable furniture. Would def recommend!

Great condo, very roomy, love being on the first floor.

This is a great condo at The Beach Club, very convenient to the pool and the beach. When the owner says there is construction going on from the last Hurricane, believe them, but we still had a great time we just over looked the construction and set our sights on the beach!! The beach club has a Resturant, it is fabulous, just walk over and have a great evening.

Great place

This was such a great place to stay especially for a family with small children. It was in a great location - close to pool and beach and had all the amenities (even washer and dryer) needed for a family.

Great condo

We always stay in D103. It’s easy access to the beach and has a great view! The condom is always immaculate, well equipped with anything you need. Angela is the absolute best to work with!! If you do have an issue of any kind she immediately gets the problem fixed. We won’t rent from anyone but Angela! I highly recommend this condo and Beach Life Vacation Rentals.

loved our last minute getaway

The rental property was clean and inviting. My three kiddos loved the space, their own room and bathroom, the pool which was about 20 steps from the patio and the easy accessibility to the beach which was a short walk down the ramp. The property had every item you needed to enjoy your stay including: pots, pans, keurig, blender, hand mixer, dishes and silver ware, towels, washer and dryer and even toys for the yard and beach! The only thing I would change on our next stay would probably stay on a higher level unit. This unit was ground level which was great for social distancing in that we had access to our front door and patio without coming in contact with other families. However, it would have been nice to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view of the beach.

Great location! Great property!

We were looking for a beach vacation to meet my inlaws (with health issues) during the pandemic. The condo was on the first floor so was ideal in getting in and out without having to be in contact with other guests. My inlaws were comfortable people watching from the couch - great views of the boardwalk, ocean and green space. The pool and ocean were very close to the condo, so we were able to come back often to check on them. The pool was fun and not overcrowded. The ocean and beach were great for kids - long shallow area great to ensure social distancing. The beach was fun in the evening with the kids digging for crabs, The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated - up to date appliances, well-stocked kitchen. There were also lots of fun beach and pool toys available for use. I would definitely recommend the property and we will be visiting again!

Lovely condo

The condo interior was outstanding, the furniture and artwork was over the top. The kitchen had everything that anyone would need. Overall AWESOME, and will book again when in need of a 2 bedroom condo.

Great location but dirty

Overall in a great location. Easy trips to pool and beach with small kids. Needs dusting very bad, ceiling fans, blinds, windows seals, walls Bathroom toilets were dirty Just didn’t feel clean. Ice maker in the refrigerator doesn’t work Numerous light bulbs are out The large wooden sliding blinds are very had to open/close in living room, They are also broken.

Absolute favorite place to stay!!

This is by far the closet experience you can get to a Caribbean resort. There are so many activities to do that you don't have to even leave. Wonderful food, huge swimming pools and white sand beaches. We will never stay any where else besides The Beach Club.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The resort was very nice and the amenities were awesome. The beach was beautiful and had visit easy access. My grandmother was even able to walk out to the beach since It was so close. The boardwalks were like walking straight up to the water. The condo was outstanding and felt like home. Will definitely be booking again

Everything we would have expected.

We have visited The Beach Club often over the years. This was our 1st time living on the ground floor. Our view of the beach was just as awesome as the views from balconies above in the past. Accommodations were fantastic once again with no disappointments. Angela provided for us everything we expected with no surprises.
