Very Comfortable place in an excellent location

Very well presented property and very well equipped. Very clean and secure with only a short stroll to center of town. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family. Wonderful big yard and patio area. Our teens loved the granny flat. Super comfy beds which were very appreciated! Short walk to the beach via a lane way. Pam is a lovely host! Highly recommend Peron Ave. Thanks for having us.

We had the most incredible stay here. We brought our dog who had an huge grassed area to play. The main house with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and laundry. There’s a really nice outdoor patio area with a bbq. And there is a seperate granny flat with a queen bed, single bed, bathroom and small kitchenette. Perfect for all types of stays. The place was extremely clean, garden was fantastic, location was 10/10, our favourite stay in Dunsborough. 10 minute walk to a nice cafe called Sora and less than 5 minute walk to a dog friendly beach. Also a 10 minute walk from the main centre. We will definitely be back!!

Great location

Close to beach, town and cafe. Great place when you travel with your dogs, secure backyard. Everything in walking distance. We've been staying there for the 3rd time and still enjoy it.

Fantastic stay

We had the best stay with some of our friends and dog over the weekend. House is very comfortable and conveniently located with everything you could want or need supplied. The large secure backyard was perfect for our dog also. Would definitely stay again.

Very impressed with this accommodation. Loved the location on a beautiful street only a short stroll from town. The enclosed, secure garden was perfect for our small dogs. The cottage was very clean and looked newly renovated. We loved the self contained granny flat as well. We will definitely book this accommodation again.

Great house near the beach and city centre.

The house was very comfortable with beautiful decor and a natural garden with lots of bird life. It has the best outdoor entertaining area with bbq, and a lawn for the dog to enjoy.

Great place to stay, close to the centre of town and walking distance to the beach. We loved the big backyard and the granny flat was fantastic for our teenagers to have their own space. Always good to find a dog friendly place in Dunsborough. We'll be back!

We were very impressed with everything about our stay. The house is in a great location, and was very clean and well equipped. Our dog loved it as much as we did, and he's recommending it to all his doggy friends.

Highly recommend staying here!

Clean, great location, pet-friendly, easy accommodation. We have been staying here for years now and will continue to do so. New kitchen and fence looks amazing. The owner is super nice and does everything possible to make our stay easy! Very central location- close to town and the beach.

Excellent Location

This property was extremely well equipped, very clean and comfortable and cosy in the cold weather. The location was an easy stroll into town. We had two pet dogs with us and the back area was all enclosed so we didn’t need to worry about them escaping. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this property and would definitely stay there again

Wonderful stay
