Excepcionalmente espaciosa, con aire acondicionado, 1 dormitorio, casa de playa recientemente renovada en el último piso con dormitorio separado, baño, cocina gourmet de tamaño completo y vistas al agua desde todas las habitaciones.
Amplias áreas de estar, terrazas a ambos lados con excepcionales vistas de Pittwater, así como vistas al norte hacia el parque nacional Ku-ring gai.
Barbacoa de tamaño completo en el área de entretenimiento hacia el norte, entrada privada y jardín nativo.

A true Gem

We loved our stay at Refuge Cove, the hosts being super amazing for a start assisted in a smooth check in process after a long day! We had space, all inclusions were there, so we didn't really need to buy anything. We used the BBQ and appreciated our own washing machine. Loved the views and location!!!!

Amazing stay

A wonderful stay in a beautiful place. Stunning views from all aspects especially sunsets. Our hosts made our stay even more enjoyable with fresh bread baked by Ian and all the little extras which made it more like home. Ian and Robyn are wonderful hosts giving ideas on what to see and special places to visit. Would certainly recommend Refuge Cove on Pittwater Rob and Pauline 16/3/23

Perfect peace

This lovely place exceeded all expectations. It was beautifully appointed with every utensil you could possibly think of; a well stocked pantry and generous breakfast provisions; great toiletries… and even a pair of binoculars to enjoy the view. The deck was a lovely spot to enjoy a drink whilst savouring the view and soaking up the sunset. Great bathroom, comfortable bed, loved having a washing machine. Perfect location only a short drive from Avalon village and beach with the 191 bus stooping two doors down if you don’t feel like driving. Great cafes, restaurants, and two bookshops in Avalon made it ideal for me. I’m just sorry I only had three nights and I hope to return soon for a longer stay. Wonderful hosts who were welcoming and helpful.

Quiet and lovely

For us it was great. Very well outfitted and comfy bed. Transit was easy to get to town / beach but not walking distance. Bus ran often and was right outside the door. Hosts were very helpful and lots of supplies for breakfasts were provided. Not near a town Center but only about 15 min drive or bus ride.

Lovely apartment

This apartment is a little gem in a beautiful quiet location with gorgeous views. Thoughtful touches including a lovely breakfast ensured we had everything needed for our stay. The hosts were great to communicate with and have provided a wealth of info about the local area which made it very easy to plan activities.

Perfect home away from home

This property is a perfect home away from home. The hosts have thought of everything you need while away. An amazing array of breakfast provisions provided including home made bread. There were also all the staples you need in the pantry. Beautiful views and a short walk to the harbour. Beautiful northern beaches close by. Our visit was in winter and even though the weather was wet we still enjoyed our stay. Hope to return one day in better weather!!

All Weather Comfort

Refuge Cove ticked all the boxes for our Anniversary Weekend away. Even when the weather scuppered our outdoor plans on Day 1, it was a lovely apartment to just lounge in and relax, with a balcony looking over Pittwater or comfy lounges and other entertainments if needed. The place was stocked with a plentiful variety of basic items so no shopping was necessary (at least for in-house brekkies) and there were some extra treats to boot (home-made bread amongst other much-appreciated extras). The pod coffee machine got a solid workout... Our second day was filled with glorious sunshine so we were able to indulge our outdoor plans as well, and just down the road in Avalon Village there were plenty of great food options for lunch/dinner. We couldn't think of a single thing that we could have wanted/needed that wasn't already thoughtfully provided. This place is awesome and we would happily return

Great stay again.

Beautiful area and will stay again in the future. Robyn is very helpful and her husband is a great baker. Love the fresh bread baked by him was still hot in the bread bin. Thanks again Robyn.

Heavenly!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Refuge Cove on Pittwater. Robyn and Ian are thoughtful, generous hosts and ensured that we had a private, uninterrupted stay. We very much appreciated the open, clean decor of the apartment with the panoramic views! We also appreciated the pantry staples, fresh eggs and Ian's home baked bread with butter and jams. We managed to tear ourselves away from the apartment to explore the local beaches and environs during the day knowing that we had a comfortable sanctuary to "come home" to. Thank you.

The PERFECT holiday in our own city!

I never give a 5 star rating because even when I stay in a place that is amazing I still want to leave an extra star for that time when I go somewhere that is beyond amazing - well, this is that 5 star place! As we arrived we were greeted by a beautiful sunset view from the deck and the sound of waves lapping on side of boats & lorikeets flying back and forth to their nest (which was only about 10m from the kitchen window). Every comfort was provided for! Quality linen and even beach towels. The pantry and fridge were well stocked and the homemade bread, fresh eggs & other breakfast supplies were a treat. I loved all the artwork and decor. I am often hesitant to stay at a place that is attached to the home of the owners. We had complete privacy and never saw the owners, but yet we felt they were always ready to offer assistance if we had contacted them. The view and comfort was so wonderful we often struggled to head out and explore the paradise that surrounded us. Each time we did head out we were never disappointed. 4 min walk to the water. Close to lots of great eating places, supermarkets and beautiful beaches. In Greater Sydney area yet a private sanctuary away from everything 😊 We look forward to staying here again

Nice place with a nice view

We enjoyed our stay, nice place with a nice view. They also gave us some nice home made bread and bacon and eggs in the fridge. Would be great if the hot water had a bit more staying power. Other than that its a good option.

Weekend reset

This was a great place to sit and watch the water, trees, and birds. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked, including eggs and a delicious loaf of bread. Robyn and Ian have thought of everything that might be needed and it was a delight to stay there.

Magic location

Lovely views and a very relaxing location close to many amenities. Quality breakfast starter package. Would highly recommend Refuge Cove.

A peaceful retreat with everything you could possibly need

Ian and Robyn were excellent hosts who were there if needed. The accommodation was excellent. Loved having NetflixTaylor's Point which is a lovely tranquil place to while away the time is a 5 minute walk away. We have loved our 5 weeks stay here.

Ian and I have spent the last 25 years living on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
We love the water and have had a strong connection with Avalon Beach Surf Club.
We are very knowledgeable about the area and are only too happy to help in anyway.

We purchased this property many years ago mainly because of it's fantastic location and proximity to both surf beaches and still water ones.

The apartment is the entire floor of a beach house and has water views from every room.
There are decks both sides and as we live on a point , 180 degree views continue right up to Ku ring gai Chase National Park.
