Chic designer garden apartment moments from beach!

This chic home away from home has everything your heart could desire!

Luxurious kitchen with stone benchtops, stainless steel applicances and dishwasher.

Newly renovated bathroom with no expense spared including large rain shower and bath. We supply fluffy towels for each guest plus we also have high quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & bath salts for you to use during your stay.

There are two large bedrooms each with a Queen bed plus one of the bedrooms has a single sofa bed perfect for adults & children alike. We have gorgeous luxury bedding, pillows and quilts plus plenty of cosy blankets for you to snuggle up under.

There is an open plan living area with a 6 person dining table plus an oversized plush sofa and armchair. We have a large TV with access to Netflix and Stan.

Guests also have use of our private outdoor terrace area which includes a family size Weber gas BBQ and gorgeous & comfy lounge seating that you'll never want to leave. There are also plenty of communal lawn areas at the property which are perfect for family games and relaxing in.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay at Sally’s property! Fantastic quiet location within east walking distance to the ferry, manly central, cafes and several beaches. The apartment had everything available for a short or long stay and we will definitely be back. Street parking was a challenge but the central location meant the car didn’t need to be used very often.

Great location and size of apartment

Our stay was lovely. Sally was very responsive to any inquiries. Her home is great for 4 people with everything you need. The bathroom was beautiful (a bit cold but then it is winter).The location is great re walking into Manly.The only negative (and this is just what it is given the location) is the parking - whilst there is a parking permit getting on street parking is very difficult.Thanks Sally

A lovely stay

We had a great stay at Sallys place. The location was great and walking distance from everything manly has to offer. The apartment was spacious and modern and we had a lovely stay. It was a little noisy between apartments at times but that wouldn’t stop us staying again!

Manly Short Stay

Great little property, great location. The only inconvenience is the street parking through the day as the area is busy with beachgoers, however after the rush it was easy enough to get a spot close to the apartment.

A must stay in Manly!

I stayed at Sally’s apartment for the weekend with my family of 4. The entire place was well equiped and clean with all the amenities we needed. Short walk to the bay side as well as the surf beach, lovely friendly and safe neighbourhood. Bonus was the parking permit and the outdoor area. We will be back!

Great location, nice to be able to walk outside onto the patio/bbq. Clean, comfortable and lots of condiments, coffee, tea etc. which was nice not to have to run out and buy for a short stay. Beds were very comfortable. Only drawback was the previous guests had broken one of the shower heads . Would go again when we are in Sydney. Thank you Sally

Fantastic, clean, spacious garden apartment

We stayed for the final 2 nights of our month long Aus trip. Great position near the beach, apt is really well kitted out. Comfy beds and crisp, clean linen. Living area great for us and 2 kids. Loved the outdoor sofa area for morning coffee. Bathroom really nice, new, with a fab shower. Parking permit provided, we found a space in the street easily, then walked everywhere. Coffee machine & milk frother made hubby happy, as did Netflix for kids. Great having a washing machine & tumble drier, the only thing that would have helped me was a clothes airer, there is a washing downstairs but the weather was rainy when we were there and I was short on time. Recommended already to friends and family. Thank you!

Amazing location and charming apartment

The lovely apartment has all you need to be comfortable. We were extra happy to also have a parking pass included. The ferry was just minutes away and the neighborhood was lovely with little manly beach just down the hill. Sally responded immediately to any questions we had. We are hoping to stay at this lovely home again.

Perfect location

A lovely apartment in a perfect location for accessing all the delights of Manly. The leafy garden outlook was even better than in the pics! Kitchen was very well supplied and the shower excellent. Comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.
