After driving across country, we enjoyed our week long stay immensely! The BEST was the beautiful views while sitting by the pool each day. Loved starting each morning with my cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the lake. My daughter loved feeding the ducks, we named them Donald, Daisy, Huey, Dewey, and Kiwi. A few minor problems with the spa heat and the fridge, but the host was super responsive and took care of us immediately! Very close and convenient to all the parks and restaurants. Thank you for such a beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful stay- the home was spotless, had more than ample space, the beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities our family needed. We very much enjoyed the pool and spa- they were a huge hit! The home is conveniently located near all the amenities you could want with the theme parks just a short drive away. The host was very responsive and kind as well. We will definitely book this home for our next visit to Orlando!

We had the most incredible stay at what our daughters coined "The Pool House." It was very clean, well-stocked, and had extras that just made sense. The pool was perfect and the lakeview, absolutely breathtaking. We will 100% be back!

Natuurlijk. Ik heb er een positieve en eerlijke review van gemaakt, waarbij de opmerkingen over buiten vooral als vriendelijk advies overkomen. We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the house. The location was excellent, and the house itself was very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable, and the beds were absolutely fantastic — we slept very well throughout our stay. One of the highlights for us was definitely the swimming pool. It was beautifully heated, and we made great use of it during our vacation. It was a lovely place to relax after a busy day.The only area that could use a little attention is the outside/pool area. To be completely honest, it could benefit from a bit of a refresh. The parasol was broken, and there were quite a few toys and other items left behind by previous guests, which made the area look a little untidy. We mention this more as friendly advice to the owner rather than as a complaint, because it certainly did not spoil our stay. With a little extra attention to the outdoor area, the house would be even better.Overall, we had a fantastic time here and really enjoyed our stay. The spacious house, comfortable beds, great location and lovely heated pool made it a wonderful place for our vacation.Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We have stayed at several Lake Berkley properties for at least 10 years, and this is one of the best. The location is great, and it has every extra that anyone could want. Even though we had a week of warm, sunny days (95 degrees Fahrenheit!), we came home to a cool house every day. Claire was very easy to work with, and we truly appreciate her hospitality. We are looking forward to a return trip in the future!

We enjoyed our stay here. We were able to contact the host and do an early check in, which was great! The house was clean, a few dirty towels and things on the floor in bedrooms and bathrooms that looked like they didn’t get swept, but overall good. The couch in the living room could use an upgrade, not very comfortable. Had issues with tvs for a little while, but figured them out. We had thunderstorms that kept us inside more than we wanted. We had issues with the spa, but contacted the Host who was more than happy to help us. We didn’t get it figured out, but we still enjoyed the pool and view. My boys enjoyed watching the ducks in the yard and the lake. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend this house if you plan on staying in the area.

We liked our stay so much we are coming back next year. We liked the gated community and quiet time regulations. Very peaceful. The house has every appliance and various types of pots and pans, dishes and glassware you might need for your stay. Walmart is a 5 minute drive away to stock up with groceries and anything else needed for your comfort. The pool was well maintained and the bugs and a few worms were easily skimmed out every morning by me. It’s natural to have pests with a lovely little lake full of ducks and birds just a few feet from the house. Cleanliness is more important than new furniture. We were so happy to walk into a very clean and comfortable house.Thank you for an owner and management company that helped make our stay a beautiful and relaxing one. We will be counting the days until we are back. By the way, the little house gecko that visits often is named Pierre.

Great For Family Fun!

I booked the property for the weekend. The pool and hot tub were amazing! My children 5 and 1 both enjoyed their Winnie yhe Pooh room. My niece and son loved all the costumes in the closet and played dress up. The only downside was that the A/C too cold and we couldn't adjust it but there're worst things. Overall, a nice stay and a great time.

lovely lake view from our villa

We have stayed at Lake Berkley for the last 6 years. We keep going back because it is a family oriented resort where everyone is happy to be there and take in their dailey walks and enjoy the views. The house we stayed in this year had the best view, and management was in contact with us right from the start. Great hospitality See you again The Baileys

Family vacation

This house was great! Every room of the house was very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great addition! The hot tub for the cool mornings and nights and the pool during the day. Its location was nice! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. But still close enough to venture out. We enjoyed staying at this property. We took a walk every morning around the lake behind the house. My boys fished off the dock and caught some fish (catch and release). All the ducks, cranes, etc. were so fun to watch. It was a very enjoyable place especially if it's a leisure vacation as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was very helpful and responsive. The view of the pond behind the house was the best part. Got to watch the wildlife come and go throughout the day including a pair of bald eagles. The house was clean and spacious. The pool is a bit on the small side. Just a heads up. We did have aomeniasues with the pool and hot tub, but Claire offered free pool heat for our troubles. Though the heat did shut off one day so we had a cold pool for a day. I was excited that there was an onsite gym at the complex but I wouldn't really call it a gym, just a few pieces of equipment. And it was very dusty and run down. I didn't end up using it.None of these things prevented us from having a great vacation. I would absolutely stay here again.

This property was adequate for our purpose. My wife and I shared the space with another couple on a four-day visit. On the plus side, the house was roomy, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All of the appliances worked as expected. On the "not-so-great" side, the house could use some maintenance. Two of the toilet seats were very loose, so I improvised tools and tightened them. There were a few small holes in the drywall throughout the house and some poorly repaired areas, as well. The only hand soap available were tiny little bar soaps in each bathroom, but none in the kitchen. So, we bought soap at Walmart. All of the pool cues had broken or missing tips, so I repaired them for the host. The felt on the table is badly worn and there is no helping that, but the table is not of high enough quality to warrant replacing the felt. It's fine for kids to play on, but that's about it. For the price, this is a good choice for a family visiting Orlando attractions. The neighborhood is quite and safe. For budget conscious vacationers, I would recommend this property.
