We wish you a warm welcome to this spacious, open plan villa with an awe-inspiring lake view, providing the perfect ambience for the private pool. There is vinyl and tile flooring throughout, providing a clean and cool environment that's perfect for the Florida climate. The master bedroom on the left has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom that includes dual sinks, a corner bathtub and walk-in rain shower. The walk-in closet provides ample storage space. On the right side of the house, there is a shared bathroom for the two Disney themed twin bedrooms, which has convenient access to and from the pool area. Also on this side of the villa is the queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and smart TVs, as well as a large TV in the family room. You'll have endless fun gaming retro style on several arcade games in the Florida sports team themed game room. There's just as much fun to be had challenging your family and friends to a game of pool too! The kitchen is well equipped with modern stainless-steel appliances and everything else you would need, including a Vitamix blender and Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen offers great convenience to serve the dining area at the front, the kitchen dining area, the family room, or to cater for those much-needed poolside refreshments with the kitchen overlooking the beautiful lake and pool area. The pool is west facing with dining table, umbrella, loungers, and a gas BBQ grill. The pool area also has lights both in the pool and for the pool deck to make the most of your evening after watching memory making sunsets.


Located in Lake Berkley Resort, a gated community, including a clubhouse, communal pool, fitness center, tennis courts, play areas, and three lakes perfect for a leisurely stroll. Fishing is also permitted in the lakes within the resort. All the onsite facilities are included with your stay. The gate has 24/7 security for your peace of mind. There is a Walmart Supercenter just 1.2 miles away.

We are the property managers, as well as the host for your stay. Rest assured; you will be well looked after from booking to leaving after a well enjoyed vacation. Access to the home is 24/7. You will be provided with a unique access code that will only be provided to you for your stay.

A pack n play, highchair and park stroller are available. Please request this when you book if you would like to use them during your stay.

There is a BBQ grill located at the home. If you would like to enjoy the use of it, we only require a $70 one-time rental/cleaning fee. Please note this is otherwise a self-service amenity and our guests will need to refill the propane tanks when required.

If you fancy a warm dip in the pool, please inquire about our rates to heat the pool as an optional extra. We're happy to discuss how you'll benefit from the heated pool and whether it is recommended for the time of year you are staying.
