Casa privada independiente frente al mar en el lado atlántico de A1A en Melbourne Beach, cerca de Sebastian Inlet.
Lugar tranquilo y relajante para un retiro de vacaciones. Cubierta recientemente renovada a la que se accede desde la sala de estar / comedor y el dormitorio principal con una vista que nunca decepciona.

Su familia y amigos se encontrarán pasando la mayor parte del tiempo en la playa o en la terraza para contemplar el amanecer, ver pasar a los delfines y las tortugas regresar al océano después de un arduo trabajo nocturno. Una escapada idílica a la playa con todo lo que su familia y amigos necesitarían para sentirse como en casa.

Esta espaciosa casa privada tiene dos pisos, 3 dormitorios, 3 baños con espacio para dormir 6 personas más un sofá cama en el estudio. Arriba, la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina tienen vistas al océano, así como al dormitorio principal. En la planta baja, el estudio se abre a una terraza con una hamaca para dormir las tardes. La casa está limpia y bien cuidada y amueblada y decorada con buen gusto.

La casa está lista para que pases la semana mientras traes tu maleta. La cocina está equipada con todo lo que pueda necesitar. Tenemos ropa de cama extra, toallas de playa, ropa de playa y una ducha al aire libre. La casa se encuentra en una zona tranquila de la playa de Melbourne y en su mayoría tiene la playa para usted solo.

Todo está ahí para que su estadía sea fácil y relajante. Disfrute de los excelentes restaurantes y bares frente a la playa a lo largo de A1A. Un montón de actividades a poca distancia de la casa.

Will be back again

This is our second time staying at the beach house and as always, it was fantastic, Carole is very accommodating, she has everything you need to enjoy your stay and she leaves a gorgeous welcome basket every time, we will be back again, it's our favorite place. The beach house is the only place we would stay in Melbourne.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed the amenities and the views of this gorgeous property. Place came equipped with all beach toys needed to keep 2 small boys entertained. We even lucked out on turtle spotting at night! Our entire family had a wonderful stay.

Beachfront luxury

What a great house! Location is wonderful with your own private beach, and house has everything you could possibly need and is super clean. We even saw a rocket launch at midnight from the deck! Incredible sunrises and relaxing times on the deck. Communications were terrific at every step. Would definitely recommend- class act!

Great getaway

Great sand, quiet beach, seeing giant sea turtles come up and lay their clutch of eggs was magical. Beach house was beautiful, close enough to amenities/restaurants. We'll definitely be back.

This is a great house for families with lots of room and everything you need. The location is so beautiful and not at all crowded. The turtles are laying everywhere and every night.

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed the panoramic ocean views from inside the house and deck. The beach was mostly private our entire stay. Lots of sea turtles in the ocean and pelicans diving.The host had just about everything you could need for a comfortable stay. If you forgot something you could probably find it there! Plenty of kids beach toys, board games, and books.We recommend the Direct Seafood Outlet in Melbourne for buying local seafood caught that day. That way you can skip the restaurant and enjoy your own private backyard view of the ocean.

Beach bliss

What an amazing stay we had! The house is set up perfectly for multiple couples. We couldn't stop looking at the beautiful views of the water. Being steps away from the ocean was beyond convenient. Basically had the beach to ourselves! We will absolutely be back!

Great location with full beach view

Great location facing the beach. Feels like your own private ocean view home. Kitchen has everything needed and more. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are plenty spacious. One thing to note for anyone with allergies / asthma / respiratory issues is the house has a strong smell of mildew / mustiness. We appreciated the house mgr bringing over damp aid supplies to help cut down on the dampness / smell the very night we checked in. However the smell remained throughout the stay. Otherwise it’s a great house in an incredible location.

Amazing

Never have my family and I felt more welcomed than we did at this property, Carole meet us there walked me through everything that I would need to know and even had a book of useful information there for me to use as needed. Throughout our stay Carole stayed in contact with us sending me different information on things to do, see, where the fireworks display would be, and when there would be a rocket launch so that we could be sure and view it from the beach. All in all best stay at a VRBO thus far!

Breathtaking View and Relaxing Atmosphere

This was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. The view was amazing and you always had a completely private beach to yourself. The house offered everything you needed and more. The master bedroom had a slider that led directly to the porch, a walk in closet and a bathroom to die for. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for wonderful home cooked meals. The downstairs bedroom was more like a mini apartment for an additional couple to stay. Overall, it was an amazing week where my husband and I could sit back, relax and enjoy.

Absolutely wonderful house and location!

This house is great! The view is amazing. It is clean, nicely decorated and multiple things were provided that were or would be needed bonuses if you wanted to avoid bringing them or forgot them including inflatable mattresses, extra linens, pack and play, high chair, and toiletries. There were ample cleaning supplies, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen, and nice appliances. We were able to text the property manager if needed but never needed to. Everything was great and nothing needed attention. There were nice little touches to welcome us like mints and chocolates. Wonderful!

Turtle heaven

Well appointed house on a beautiful lonely beach. The water was clear and very calm. We are native Floridians and have been to every beach. This might be our new favorite. The amount of sea turtles coming into nest blew our minds. It was like a National Geographic episode every day. The house itself was very comfortable and nice and had every amenity you might need for beaching with kids. It was nice for two families sharing as well. The downstairs is very private. The house is cute and well decorated without being so fancy you’re worried about breaking something. Property manager is EXCELLENT. Highly recommend.

Excellent property. I plan to stay again.

This felt like the perfect beach house. The property manager was attentive, responsive and kind. The house was fully equipped with whatever we needed. Bikes, beach gear, fishing poles, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. We cooked daily and were able to find everything in the kitchen to prepare our meals. The view was amazing and the beach was very private. The house was clean and had touches that made it feel like a home. If I had to point out anything it would be having a better privacy door on the bedroom with the trundle bed. But this would not prevent me from staying here again. I didn’t want to leave. Thank you.

Such a mixed bag

Pros - Great ocean view; upstairs floor views terrific; beautiful deck. Cons - This property was sold in the fall of 2019 and the former owner is the property manager. This created triangulation in communication when we encountered these issues. 1) No hot water (hot water heater went out) - three days of tepid showers and a day and a half of NO hot water at all; 2) GFI tripping constantly in the kitchen creating no electricity, errors with the dishwasher, malfunctioning garbage disposal and ice maker, inability to use coffee maker; 3) Poor "house book"; no live TV for the first day: no Roku password for the master BR during the 2 week stay; different messaging on aspects of departure; 4)Lower floor remained damp throughout 2 week stay; 5) Lights in garage didn't work, nor did sconces outside garage, so grilled to the light of an iPhone when pulling grill out after dark. We did our best to communicate via text to the property manager as all these issues arose. She consistently replied, "will contact owner and revert." We requested and did receive a small rebate. When the check arrived from the owner, there was no note and no words of apology. Obviously, we won't be staying at this property again.

Paradise Found

By far, the BEST, most relaxing vacation we've ever had! We found paradise in a beautiful beach house on gorgeous Melbourne Beach. Nothing beats walking the beach in 82 degree weather on Christmas day (especially when you're from Michigan). This vacation was far more than we ever expected. Clean home, fully stocked with all our needs met, right down to a hair dryer. Perfect layout for our family needs. My 62 year brother/in law enjoyed his 2nd vacation (ever) in his life in the private luxury of the lower level suite. Between the Chaise lounge and the hammock, he certainly got his rest in! During our daily early morning walks on the beach, we saw dolphins and manta rays playing in the ocean and collected many unique shells. The water was warm enough to play in, but beware the undertow....watch the roll of the waves and you'll be fine. As for Carole, our home manager, we can't begin to thank her enough. She went out of her way to drop the key off before the holiday at the airport hotel (complete with a delicious box of chocolates) for us. Waiting at the house on Christmas eve was a basket full of goodies, including snacks, lotions, water and a turtle bracelet that our 15 year old daughter absolutely adores. She also made sure that there was a small Christmas tree and decorations to make everything more homey for the holiday. Carole, we appreciate all that you did for our family to make this Christmas vacation a true blessing. It's easy to see that you love your job and truly care about people. I cried after taking a final look at that gorgeous beach. We've been home exactly 24 hours and I'm still near tears thinking of our wonderful experience. We will definitely be back to our new found paradise as soon as we can!

Breathtaking views

This was our second stay here and it’s one of my favorite places to relax. The home is clean and tastefully decorated. The hosts are easy to communicate with. The location is pretty private. Love the views and the waves. Can’t forget to mention the turtles! Also, not too far from great restaurants. A lovely place to recharge!

Everything was great!

I found myself saying great a lot when describing the property, but it's because it was. The rooms were as described, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was probably the best stocked VRBO I've stayed in. It was a great location and the property manager was the best and able to accommodate anything we needed. This place just seemed to have all of the little things that make a vacation memorable. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Great Place to Stay!

The communication with the property manager was superb. Quick response time. There was even a welcome gift basket when we arrived. Nice touch to make it more personal. The amenities on the property were amazing. I haven't been to a rental house that the kitchen was actually stocked that well. The kitchen had everything we could have thought to cook a meal for our family. The name of the property is correct we saw so many sea turtles laying eggs at night. We actually saw a rocket take off at night. The place is isolated if that is what you are going for. We weren't fighting for beach space which for us was nice especially with kids in the house. We personally do not like overly commercialized beaches. So for us this was wonderful getaway. Most major shops are about 15 to 20 minute drive. Publix was only 10 minutes away from the house. If we go back to Melbourne Beach I would definitely stay at this location again.
