Perfect Place to enjoy Aspen

Great, clean , safe place to enjoy Aspen. Shuttles with drivers... well let me say, These guys are amazing. They helped us get from A to B and provided best advice. We even had one amazing young man drive us to and introduce to the Snow Shoe guru. Above and beyond is what I will say.

Christmas Vacation

This unit looked way better in person than the photos. Very quiet. All three rooms had their own balcony. Convenient location to the gondola and shops. Great service. Overall a great place.

Aspen skiing

I have stayed at the Hyatt before so I knew what to expect which was nice. Our stay was great and went well. One thing worth mentioning is that this listing said it could fit 8 people but there was only three beds.

Family Ski Vacation

Our family had an amazing time at this property. Everyone had enough space and we were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job and were quick to help us with every little detail. Loved the property!!

A magical place

From the first moment we arrived until the moment we left it was magical. The property is exactly as listed and the location could not be better. Clean, Comfortable, and updated. The staff could not have been more helpful and professional. We didn't want to leave ! Cannot want to return and stay at the same place. Thank you !

Perfection in Aspen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the grand Hyatt Aspen. Tammy was super easy to work with throughout the booking process and very efficient. The unit itself was stunning everything was top notch super clean and the beds were the most comfy ever There was no need for a car during our entire stay because the grand Hyatt is so well located and within walking distance to everything in Aspen. Either the hotel shuttle or the free local bus took us everywhere we needed. Everyone who works at the grand Hyatt was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, the towel warming hut, and the free hot chocolate coffee and teaavailable every day. We will be back for sure!

Super clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful.

The condos we rented were perfect for our family. They had everything we needed. Beds were awesome..and everything very clean. We felt very safe too. The location was perfect and it was wonderful to walk to coffee, lunch and dinner. I was amazed how quiet and peaceful it was during such busy time in Aspen. We plan on staying here again!

Fine Time in Aspen

The Hyatt in Aspen is a wonderful property. It is centrally located and they have house cars to drive you around town so you do not need a car. The units are spacious and have all the technology you might need. The staff is marvelous. The GM is on property working hard and pitching in and you can tell he cares. The concierge staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The guys at the front door are first rate. And, the housekeeping staff cleans very well. Our family of five, including three teenagers, had a great time and we will return.

Overall a Great Place

We really enjoyed our stay in Aspen at The Hyatt Gand. The rooms were perfectly sized for our 6 night Spring Break vacation. The kitchen was adequately equipped and just spacious enough to enjoy cooking for our group of 6. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the ski shop on the first floor and the fact that we could store our skis there. The location and proximity to everything in town was a great bonus. It was also a bit loud being that close to the bus station, but worth being such a short walk to everything.

Excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Aspen!

We had a outstanding stay at the Grand Hyatt Aspen! Perfect location in town with an easy walk to the gondola, shuttle busses, restaurants and shops. Our unit was immaculate, very comfortable and well finished. The staff was friendly and helpful. A big thanks to Tami for making the whole booking process very easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Aspen.

We spent 10 days in Aspen organised by Tami at the Hyatt and we could not be any happier. She was able to organise our exactly what our family of 5 needed. Rooms were perfect. The Hotel, location and staff were excellent. We would - (and in fact already have) - recommended her to anyone looking to organise a Colorado ski trip.

Tami was extremely helpful in booking our stay at the grand Hyatt aspen. She worked with us to make sure everything would be to our liking and we had an outstanding trip. The accommodation speaks for itself. Perfect location, great amenities, and extremely helpful staff. I will definitely be back to Aspen and do not plan on staying anywhere else and will definitely be working with Tami in the future. Friends that were on the trip have already asked me for her information so that they can use her in the future as well. That should tell you all you need to know.

Great stay at Hyatt Aspen!!

Brought the family to Aspen for a summer vacation. Booked my unit at Hyatt Aspen using Tami Brown. I cannot say enough how easy Tami made the whole process….it was great. The unit was great. We got a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit for a week. The Hyatt is in such a great location….you can walk to everything! Tami answered all of my questions in a timely manner and really took care of the whole reservation. I would definitely book thru Tami again!!

Aspen Summer

We reserved an apartment in the Grand Hyatt in Aspen. The reservation was made by Tami Brown who did an excellent job. She was very prompt in her responses to me and very professional. I very much enjoyed working with her and would do so again. The Grand Hyatt is a resort I have stayed in before and it was excellent. The location in the center of Aspen is a big atttraction for us.
