A traditional Spetses island home with Venetian architecture, perfect for families, friends and couples looking for an authentic escape.

The villa is 600 sq m and comprised of a ground floor, 1st floor, guest house, lower and upper garden areas. It easily sleeps 12 people in 6 bedrooms and leaves plenty of room for everyone to have their own space.

The ground floor of the main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 is a master bedroom with ensuite and the other a childrens bedroom with 2 twin beds). There is also the kitchen and 2 living room areas - One room with a couch bed that can be turned into a bedroom for one person and one area with a couch and a TV.

The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (one room with double bed and sea view and the other two with twin beds and garden view), 2 bathrooms, a living room and large balcony with sea view.

There is also one extra room under the ground floor of the main house that has a separate entrance, a single bed and bathroom and can be used either as a service room or a single bedroom.

The guest house has its own, separate entrance from the main house. It is comprised of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom and one living room with a couch /bed and kitchenette.

We also have 2 fold up beds that can be placed in any room to accommodate more people.

If we take into account all the beds from the house and guest house, the house sleeps 13 people comfortably. If we also take into account the couches/pull out or fold up beds, the house can sleep up to 17 people.

There is also a large garden with many lemon trees, a garage covered area for bikes and motorbikes, a small pool (4x3 m) and a pool house with a ping pong table, badmington court, gas bbq and table and chairs to sit out and enjoy your time by the pool.
